技术领域
本发明属于钢结构建筑领域,特别涉及一种用于现场喷筑墙的冷热桥龙骨。
背景技术
现场喷筑墙是本申请人在先申请的一种新的房屋非承重墙的建筑结构形式,其结构原理是,采用龙骨系统,在房屋的承重结构之间连接,在龙骨系统上附加钢板网,然后在龙骨系统上喷涂由石膏,水泥,轻质颗粒,添加剂等混合物加水搅拌形成的喷涂浆料,浆料凝固后整平墙面,就形成了轻质,隔热保温,建筑速度快,容易实现机械化施工的一种墙体结构;由于其浆料采用了石膏为主要材料,其耐水性和快随凝固性能得到了保证;由于采用了大量的轻质保温颗粒,例如聚苯颗粒,植物粉碎物颗粒,膨胀珍珠岩颗粒等,这些轻质颗粒均匀分布在墙体结构内部,对墙体的隔热,隔音,保温性能的提高有很大帮助;但是,由于现有的龙骨系统采用钢制龙骨,其热传导速率比较大,对整个墙体的隔热保温性能有所影响;降低了整体墙体的隔热保温性能。
发明内容
针对现有的龙骨系统因热传导率高而影响整体现场喷筑墙体的隔热保温性能的问题,本发明提出一种用于现场喷筑墙的冷热桥龙骨,包括底边,棱边,其特征在于:还包括布置在底边或棱边上的孔;所述的孔设置在底边或棱边上,或者同时设置在底边和棱边上;所述的孔为长孔;所述的孔在底边或棱边上的横截面方向呈多排排列;所述的孔各排孔与相邻排的孔之间为交错排列。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果在于,能够减缓墙体导热速率,提高墙体的隔热保温性能。

具体实施方式
为了进一步说明本发明的技术方案,现结合附图,进一步说明本发明的具体实施方式;如图1,本例中选用底边1的宽度为40毫米,厚度0.8毫米;棱边2的高度25毫米,厚度0.8毫米;本例中以在底边1上布置孔3为例,设定孔3的长度60毫米,宽度10毫米,在底边1的横截面上布置3排孔3,单排孔与孔之间的间距为3毫米,每排孔之间的距离为3毫米;这样就完成了本发明的实施;应用时,由于龙骨处于现场喷筑墙墙体内部,呈纵向布局,而影响墙体热传导的最大因素是墙体两面之间的热传导,从墙体两表面之间传导热量的路径是墙体两表面之间的垂直距离,而龙骨的横截面处于这个距离之中,由于采用了多排、多个孔3在底边1和棱边2上,裁减掉了大部分的金属材料,在底边1或者棱边2上设置多排孔3后,孔内被充满喷涂浆料,代替了原来龙骨的金属材料,由于喷涂浆料的热传导率低于金属材料,从而减缓了热传导过程中金属导热的速度;而剩余相连的金属材料,由于孔3的各排孔3之间采用间隔布局,是剩余的金属材料形成了曲线,增加了热传导的路径长度,相对减缓了热传导的速率。本实施例只是本发明众多实施方式中的一种,不代表所有技术方案,任何由此产生的变异或尺寸形式的改变,都被认为是包括在本发明的技术方案之内。
