Abstract

本发明公开了一种具备减震降噪功能的高钼不锈钢泵阀铸件,该不锈钢铸件在低碳钢具备良好韧性和塑性的基础上适当提高了Al、Mo、Li等元素的用量,赋予了不锈钢铸件材料更优的力学性能,加工性能更好,同时具备良好的耐磨、耐高温、抗腐蚀性能,对介质产生的震动和噪音有良好的吸收效果,改善泵阀工作环境,熔液中加入的复合精炼剂更易稳定均匀分散,除杂化渣速度快,效率高,可有效的提高钢液的纯净度,提高铸件质量,经多次热处理后得到的不锈钢性能稳定,可达到节能高效的生产效果。

一种具备减震降噪功能的高钼不锈钢泵阀铸件及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及不锈钢铸件技术领域,尤其涉及一种具备减震降噪功能的高钼不锈钢泵阀铸件及其制备方法。
背景技术
不锈钢泵、阀广泛的应用于化工、石化、石油、造纸、采矿、电力、液化气、食品、制药、给排水、市政、机械设备配套、电子工业,城建等领域。泵是输送各种不同介质的部件,而阀门是管路流体输送系统中控制部件,它是用来改变通路断面和介质流动方向,具有导流、截止、调节、节流、止回、分流或溢流卸压等功能、两者常常配套使用。
由于不锈钢泵、阀门接触的介质多种多样,可能是水、蒸汽、油品、气体、泥浆、各种腐蚀性介质、液态金属和放射性流体等等,因此对泵阀材料的性能要求较高,目前市场上的泵阀合金钢性能参差不齐,远远不能满足生产需求,急需从工艺和配方上着手,获得更为高质高效的不锈钢材料。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种具备减震降噪功能的高钼不锈钢泵阀铸件及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种具备减震降噪功能的高钼不锈钢泵阀铸件,该不锈钢铸件中各组分的重量百分数为:Cr:12-16%、Ni:1.8-2.3%、Mn:0.5-0.6%、Al:2.0-3.0%、Mo:3.0-4.0%、N:0.04-0.05%、Nb:0.2-0.3%、Ti:0.5-0.8%、Li:0.2-0.3%、Si:0.5-0.6%、S<0.03%、P<0.03%、C≤0.25%、精炼剂0.2-0.3%,其余为Fe及不可避免的杂质。
所述的精炼剂由以下重量百分比的原料制成:蜂窝陶瓷粉5-8、石墨烯0.1-0.2、无水乙醇10-12、Ca含量为75-80wt.%的Al-Ca中间合金粉5-6、RE含量为10-15wt.%Al-RE中间合金粉3-4、硬脂酸1-2,该精炼剂的制备方法为:先将Al-Ca中间合金粉、Al-RE中间合金粉一起投入球磨罐中,搅拌混合均匀后加入无水乙醇、硬脂酸、石墨烯,在密闭条件下球磨混合2-3h,球磨结束后加入蜂窝陶瓷粉,继续研磨20-30min,研磨结束后将混合物料取出,室温干燥,完全除去无水乙醇和硬脂酸,即得。
所述的一种具备减震降噪功能的高钼不锈钢泵阀铸件的制备方法为:
(1)将除精炼剂外的各原料按照元素重量配比投入熔炼炉中,加热至1250℃-1320℃熔炼,加入精炼剂,搅拌混合均匀后将熔液升温至1300-1350℃,精炼处理40-50min,最后将所得熔液经过排渣、脱气后浇注至模具腔中,自然冷却至室温后脱模,得铸锭;
(2)将所得的铸锭表面处理后以800-100℃/h的升温速率加热至750-800℃,保温4-6h,随后水冷淬火至650-750℃,保温2-3h后继续空冷至300-400℃,保温1-2h后以100-150℃/h的速度升温至550-650℃,保温2-3h后空冷至室温即得。
本发明在低碳钢具备良好韧性和塑性的基础上适当提高了Al、Mo、Li等元素的用量,赋予了不锈钢铸件材料更优的力学性能,加工性能更好,同时具备良好的耐磨、耐高温、抗腐蚀性能,对介质产生的震动和噪音有良好的吸收效果,改善泵阀工作环境,熔液中加入的复合精炼剂更易稳定均匀分散,除杂化渣速度快,效率高,可有效的提高钢液的纯净度,提高铸件质量,经多次热处理后得到的不锈钢性能稳定,可达到节能高效的生产效果。
具体实施方式
该实施例不锈钢铸件中各组分的重量百分数为:Cr:12%、Ni:1.8%、Mn:0.5%、Al:2.0%、Mo:3.0%、N:0.04%、Nb:0.2%、Ti:0.5%、Li:0.2%、Si:0.5%、S<0.03%、P<0.03%、C:0.25%、精炼剂0.2%,其余为Fe及不可避免的杂质。
其中精炼剂由以下重量百分比的原料制成:蜂窝陶瓷粉5、石墨烯0.1、无水乙醇10、Ca含量为75wt.%的Al-Ca中间合金粉5、RE含量为10wt.%Al-RE中间合金粉3、硬脂酸1,该精炼剂的制备方法为:先将Al-Ca中间合金粉、Al-RE中间合金粉一起投入球磨罐中,搅拌混合均匀后加入无水乙醇、硬脂酸、石墨烯,在密闭条件下球磨混合2h,球磨结束后加入蜂窝陶瓷粉,继续研磨20min,研磨结束后将混合物料取出,室温干燥,完全除去无水乙醇和硬脂酸,即得。
该实施例不锈钢的制备方法为:
(1)将除精炼剂外的各原料按照元素重量配比投入熔炼炉中,加热至1280℃熔炼,加入精炼剂,搅拌混合均匀后将熔液升温至1320℃,精炼处理40min,最后将所得熔液经过排渣、脱气后浇注至模具腔中,自然冷却至室温后脱模,得铸锭;
(2)将所得的铸锭表面处理后以800℃/h的升温速率加热至750℃,保温4h,随后水冷淬火至650℃,保温2h后继续空冷至300℃,保温1h后以100℃/h的速度升温至550℃,保温2h后空冷至室温即得。
制备得到的铸件性能测试结果为:
拉伸强度:954.3MPa;屈服强度:416.5MPa;断裂强度:525.4MPa;断裂前塑性应变:2.5%;冲击韧性:80.5J/cm2;弹性模量:255.4GPa;在酸碱溶液中材料的腐蚀速率≤0.006mm/a;该材料对震动及噪音均有一定的减缓效果,环境噪音得到有效降低。

1.一种具备减震降噪功能的高钼不锈钢泵阀铸件,其特征在于,该不锈钢铸件中各组分的重量百分数为:Cr:12-16%、Ni:1.8-2.3%、Mn:0.5-0.6%、Al:2.0-3.0%、Mo:3.0-4.0%、N:0.04-0.05%、Nb:0.2-0.3%、Ti:0.5-0.8%、Li:0.2-0.3%、Si:0.5-0.6%、S<0.03%、P<0.03%、C≤0.25%、精炼剂0.2-0.3%,其余为Fe及不可避免的杂质。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种具备减震降噪功能的高钼不锈钢泵阀铸件,其特征在于:所述的精炼剂由以下重量百分比的原料制成:蜂窝陶瓷粉5-8、石墨烯0.1-0.2、无水乙醇10-12、Ca含量为75-80wt.%的Al-Ca中间合金粉5-6、RE含量为10-15wt.%Al-RE中间合金粉3-4、硬脂酸1-2,该精炼剂的制备方法为:先将Al-Ca中间合金粉、Al-RE中间合金粉一起投入球磨罐中,搅拌混合均匀后加入无水乙醇、硬脂酸、石墨烯,在密闭条件下球磨混合2-3h,球磨结束后加入蜂窝陶瓷粉,继续研磨20-30min,研磨结束后将混合物料取出,室温干燥,完全除去无水乙醇和硬脂酸,即得。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种具备减震降噪功能的高钼不锈钢泵阀铸件的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的制备方法为:
(1)将除精炼剂外的各原料按照元素重量配比投入熔炼炉中,加热至1250℃-1320℃熔炼,加入精炼剂,搅拌混合均匀后将熔液升温至1300-1350℃,精炼处理40-50min,最后将所得熔液经过排渣、脱气后浇注至模具腔中,自然冷却至室温后脱模,得铸锭;
(2)将所得的铸锭表面处理后以800-100℃/h的升温速率加热至750-800℃,保温4-6h,随后水冷淬火至650-750℃,保温2-3h后继续空冷至300-400℃,保温1-2h后以100-150℃/h的速度升温至550-650℃,保温2-3h后空冷至室温即得。
