本发明涉及合金技术领域,尤其涉及一种铝合金。
背景技术
在空气中,铝容易同氧化合,生成致密的三氧化二铝薄膜(厚度约0.1-0.2μm),熔点高(约2050℃),远远超过铝及铝合金的熔点(约600℃左右)。氧化铝的密度3.95-4.10g/cm3,约为铝的1.4倍,氧化铝薄膜的表面易吸附水分,焊接时,它阻碍基本金属的熔合,极易形成气孔、夹渣、未熔合等缺陷,引起焊缝性能下降。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的问题,本发明提供一种抗氧化能力强,易焊接,硬度值高,强度及耐磨性好的铝合金。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:一种铝合金,包含以下组份的原料:
锰4-6份,硅3.2-4.3份,铋4-5份,钛3.5-4.1份,钨2-3份,钒1-3份,硼3-4份,碲1-3份,镱2-2.6份,镍2-3.2份,锶2.3-2.8份,球墨铸铁10-13份,铬2-4份,铜8-12份,铝44-46份。
上述的铝合金,包含以下组份的原料:
锰5份,硅3.7份,铋4.5份,钛3.8份,钨2.6份,钒2份,硼3.5份,碲2份,镱2.3份,镍2.6份,锶2.5份,球墨铸铁12份,铬3份,铜10份,铝45份。
本发明解决技术问题所带来的有益效果在于:本发明抗氧化能力强,易焊接,焊接缺陷小,硬度值高,强度及耐磨性好。

锰6份,硅4.3份,铋5份,钛4.1份,钨3份,钒3份,硼4份,碲3份,镱2.6份,镍3.2份,锶2.8份,球墨铸铁13份,铬4份,铜12份,铝46份。
