天然橡胶作为一种性能优良的高分子材料,早已广泛应用与各种领域中。绝大多数橡胶制品都是可燃的或易燃的,这是其在应用上的一个严重缺陷,因此它们的阻燃性能至关重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种防火耐高温性能优越,穿着舒适的防火耐高温橡胶鞋底材料。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的防火耐高温橡胶鞋底材料,它由天然橡胶、丁晴橡胶、高胶粉、水杨酸、炭黑、硫磺、硬脂酸、聚乙二醇、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、防焦剂组成,其中各组分质量份数为:天然橡胶40-50份、丁晴橡胶30-40份、高胶粉8-12份、水杨酸3-6份、炭黑2-5份、硫磺1-3份、硬脂酸3-4份、聚乙二醇6-8份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯4-5份、防焦剂3-4份。
作为优化,其中各组分质量份数为:天然橡胶44份、丁晴橡胶38份、高胶粉9份、水杨酸5份、炭黑4份、硫磺2份、硬脂酸3.6份、聚乙二醇7.2份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯4.6份、防焦剂3.3份。
本发明所得到的防火耐高温橡胶鞋底材料,其阻燃性能优越,耐热性能好,成本较低,适合消防员的特种鞋专用。
