一种模块化电氧化处理废水系统,包括若干个顺次串接的电氧反应器以及与每个电氧反应器电连接的控制系统,所述电氧反应器包括槽体,设置于槽体内的塑料支架,塑料支架包括水平底板以及固定于底板上与底板垂直设置的两侧板,两侧板间设置有若干块分隔板,将塑料支架分隔成偶数个区间,所述两侧板上端设置有把手,每个区间内均设置有与分隔板水平的厚度为5~10mm的金属板,距离两侧板最近的金属板分别接正极、负极电源。结构简单,安装维修方便,电极更换方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及污水处理领域,尤其涉及电氧化处理废水系统。
背景技术
电氧化过程能用电能打破一定水量中的胶质物的平衡,将污水中含有的胶体物质收集并分离出来,产生一定的絮凝和凝聚反应,去除重金属、去除和分离油脂、氧化/打断有机大分子物质、减少/消除生态毒性、去除细菌、去除和分离悬浮固体和胶体、消除气味,有效去除有毒化合物,提高传统物化处理效率,还可以氧化可生物降解的污染物和不可生物降解的污染物,提高后续生化处理效果。
现有技术还没有专门进行电氧化的模块化装置,现有的电氧化器更换电极复杂,安装和维修难度较大,有待改进。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种结构简单,安装维修方便,电极更换方便的模块化电氧化处理废水系统。
为实现本发明目的,提供了以下技术方案:一种模块化电氧化处理废水系统,其特征在于包括若干个顺次串接的电氧反应器以及与每个电氧反应器电连接的控制系统,所述电氧反应器包括槽体,设置于槽体内的塑料支架,塑料支架包括水平底板以及固定于底板上与底板垂直设置的两侧板,两侧板间设置有若干块分隔板,将塑料支架分隔成偶数个区间,所述两侧板上端设置有把手,每个区间内均设置有与分隔板水平的厚度为5~10mm的金属板,距离两侧板最近的金属板分别接正极、负极电源。
作为优选,所述底板上开设有与金属板底端配接的插槽。
作为优选,接正极电源的金属板为含二氧化钛的金属板,金属板外层喷涂导电石墨。
作为优选,与负极电源连接的金属板为不锈钢板。
本发明有益效果:本发明的电氧化处理系统可作为膜系统的预处理工艺,通过氧化、凝聚、气浮作用对原水进行破络、破乳、降解COD等,进一步改善来水的水质,使来水达到超滤、MBR、反渗透等膜系统所要求的水质,有效防止络合物、乳化油等杂质对膜的污染,减少膜的清洗次数,保障膜系统的稳定运行,减少膜的清洗费用,延长膜的使用寿命,减少用工量。
对高浓度或含有生物毒性物质的有机废水,需要采用适当预处理措施来分解或去除废水中对生物有抑制作用或难生物降解的污染物,本发明的电氧化处理系统,可破坏分子的稳定性,使环状分子开环、大分子断链,从而大幅度改善废水的可生化性。应用对象包括:油田回注水、油田外排水、炼化废水、工业废水、电镀废水、制药废水、高浓度有机废水、食品废水、生活污水、垃圾渗滤液、染料废水、印染废水、造纸废水、制革废水等。

具体实施方式
实施例1:一种模块化电氧化处理废水系统,包括4个顺次串接的电氧反应器1以及与每个电氧反应器1电连接的控制系统2,所述电氧反应器1包括槽体1.1,设置于槽体1.1内的塑料支架3,塑料支架3包括水平底板3.1以及固定于底板3.1上与底板3.1垂直设置的两侧板3.2,两侧板3.2间设置有5块分隔板3.4,将塑料支架分隔成6个区间,所述两侧板3.2上端设置有把手3.3,每个区间内均设置有与分隔板3.4水平的厚度为5~10mm的金属板4,距离两侧板3.2最近的金属板4分别接正极、负极电源。所述底板3.1上开设有与金属板4底端配接的插槽3.1.1。接正极电源的金属板4为含二氧化钛的金属板4,金属板4外层喷涂导电石墨。与负极电源连接的金属板4为不锈钢板。
可根据处理水质的要求和水量大小,任意串联多个电氧化反应器,通过自动化控制系统,连续控制并监控和调节电氧化反应过程,控制进水泵、出水泵、进口&出口电磁阀、刮板电机等,并且实现防爆要求。
当自动程序出现故障时,操作员可通过手动开启和关闭程序,查看所有元件的状态,并根据所需水平设置电流强度,调出系统的能源消耗,调整阳极,重置声音报警。

1.一种模块化电氧化处理废水系统,其特征在于包括若干个顺次串接的电氧反应器以及与每个电氧反应器电连接的控制系统,所述电氧反应器包括槽体,设置于槽体内的塑料支架,塑料支架包括水平底板以及固定于底板上与底板垂直设置的两侧板,两侧板间设置有若干块分隔板,将塑料支架分隔成偶数个区间,所述两侧板上端设置有把手,每个区间内均设置有与分隔板水平的厚度为5~10mm的金属板,距离两侧板最近的金属板分别接正极、负极电源。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种模块化电氧化处理废水系统,其特征在于所述底板上开设有与金属板底端配接的插槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种模块化电氧化处理废水系统,其特征在于接正极电源的金属板为含二氧化钛的金属板。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种模块化电氧化处理废水系统,其特征在于金属板外层喷涂导电石墨。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种模块化电氧化处理废水系统,其特征在于与负极电源连接的金属板为不锈钢板。
