本发明公开了一种三棱端头外翻式防滑链,其特征在于包括若干三棱防滑杆;三棱防滑杆由三根光杆侧面两两靠在一起连接而成,该构成三棱防滑杆的三根光杆的两端分别弯曲九十度,相邻的弯曲端所成夹角为120度,其中一根弯曲段的端头指向车轮的轴线且其上设有连接环;三棱防滑杆周向阵列分布在轮胎周围,相邻连接环间通过挂环连接;本发明防滑链使用时,两端弯曲部分的尖端抓入冰雪地面,提高与地面的阻力,上面一根与轮胎接触易于压入胎面形成稳定连接,使轮胎不容易打滑,全硬性部件更耐用更可靠,可以使冰雪路面驾乘更安全。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车、摩托车零部件,特别是涉及一种三棱端头外翻式防滑链。
背景技术
我国是汽车工业大国,也是汽车消费大国,汽车保有量日益增多,道路上就是车的海洋,汽车已经成为民众不可或缺的工具,随着科技发展人们在车辆使用过程中更加注重车的安全性能,为了满足人们的需求,现有车辆安全性配置也是越来越多,大大的提高了汽车行驶的安全系数,但在冬季高寒地区冰雪路面行驶,这些安全配置的介入也不能从更本上保证安全行驶,为了可以顺利通过冰雪路面特别是冰雪坡路,人们给轮胎安装防滑链,现有防滑链耐用性和防滑性能都不是十分的理想,冰雪路面行驶隐患依然很大,仍有待于技术解决。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种三棱端头外翻式防滑链。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种三棱端头外翻式防滑链,其特征在于包括若干三棱防滑杆;三棱防滑杆由三根光杆侧面两两靠在一起连接而成,该构成三棱防滑杆的三根光杆的两端分别弯曲九十度,相邻的弯曲端所成夹角为120度,其中一根弯曲段的端头指向车轮的轴线且其上设有连接环;三棱防滑杆周向阵列分布在轮胎周围,相邻连接环间通过挂环连接。
进一步的,所述光杆侧表面设有凸点。
进一步的,所述三棱防滑杆端头设有压帽,压帽上设有插入光杆弯曲处间隙的圆锥,相邻弯曲段间设有与压帽连接的卡块,弯曲处吻合在相邻卡块间。
本发明防滑链使用时,先将三棱防滑杆挂在轮胎上,通过挂环连接形成一个环形,防止脱落,行走时三棱防滑杆压在轮胎下面,三棱结构自然有两根重压下中部弯曲与地面接触形成稳定的基座,两端弯曲部分的尖端抓入冰雪地面,提高与地面的阻力,上面一根与轮胎接触易于压入胎面形成稳定连接,使轮胎不容易打滑,全硬性部件更耐用更可靠,可以使冰雪路面驾乘更安全。

具体实施方式
本发明实施例一如图1、2所示,该三棱端头外翻式防滑链设有若干三棱防滑杆;每一三棱防滑杆均由三根光杆1侧面两两靠在一起连接而成,光杆可为金属或复合材料,可以通过焊接连接为一体,该构成三棱防滑杆的三根光杆的两端分别弯曲九十度,相邻的弯曲端所成夹角为120度,其中一根弯曲段的端头指向车轮的轴线且其上设有连接环2;三棱防滑杆周向阵列分布在轮胎周围,相邻连接环间通过挂环3连接,形成环形,其中有一个是活接卡环,用于拆装;三棱防滑杆端头设有压帽4,压帽上设有插入光杆弯曲处间隙的圆锥5,相邻弯曲段间设有与压帽连接的卡块6,弯曲处吻合在相邻卡块间,提高结构稳定性。

1.一种三棱端头外翻式防滑链,其特征在于包括若干三棱防滑杆;三棱防滑杆由三根光杆侧面两两靠在一起连接而成,该构成三棱防滑杆的三根光杆的两端分别弯曲九十度,相邻的弯曲端所成夹角为120度,其中一根弯曲段的端头指向车轮的轴线且其上设有连接环;三棱防滑杆周向阵列分布在轮胎周围,相邻连接环间通过挂环连接形成环形,其中一个挂环是活接卡环;所述三棱防滑杆端头设有压帽,压帽上设有插入光杆弯曲处间隙的圆锥,相邻弯曲段间设有与压帽连接的卡块,弯曲处吻合在相邻卡块间。
