一种医用检查用笔，包括，笔杆、笔帽，在笔尖的一端设有聚光灯；在离聚光灯一定距离上，设有与聚光灯配套的带有刻度的镜片，其特征在于：在镜片一侧设有抽出尺的结构，并安装在笔杆内部一侧的尺匣内，通过所述的抽出尺的抽出来的多少，来确定反射在需检查的部位上的刻度尺寸，从而得知患者需检查部位的大小。本发明便于维护，结构简单，能根据医生需要可作为笔用、手电用、也可如钢笔一样刮在上衣的口袋上，非常方便和实用。

本发明的目的在于，提供一种医用检查用笔。
一种医用检查用笔，包括，笔杆、笔帽，在笔尖的一端设有聚光灯；在离聚光灯一定距离上，设有与聚光灯配套的带有刻度的镜片，其特征在于：在镜片一侧设有抽出尺的结构，该抽出尺安装在笔杆内部一侧的尺匣内，通过所述的抽出尺的抽出来的多少，来确定反射在需检查的部位上的刻度尺寸，从而得知患者需检查部位的大小，所述的抽出尺结构是在尺匣上设有能将抽出尺拉出的开口部，在其开口部内侧设有能将抽出尺固定的限动轮的结构，所述限动轮的结构是在其开口部内侧设有两个轮，限动轮的轮体内侧是硬塑料制作而成的，外侧用橡胶层做成的，所述的限动轮中部设有轴，所述的轴两端设在匣子的凹槽内，在凹槽内设有顶簧，顶簧一端与轴连接另一端与凹槽的壁相连。
为了使抽出尺可控的在所述的尺匣内定向出入，在尺匣的出口端内壁上，设有防止抽出尺刮伤的防尘磨擦刷或针织布层。
所述的聚光灯是LED灯；所述的刻度镜片是在透明的镜片上设置有刻度或数字。
在所述的抽出尺里端，设有使抽出尺不能滑出脱落的尺挡或弯曲部。
本发明便于维护，结构简单，能根据医生需要可作为笔用、手电用、也可如钢笔一样刮在上衣的口袋上，非常方便和实用。

具体实施方式
如图所示，一种医用检查用笔，包括，笔杆1、笔帽，在笔尖的一端设有聚光灯；所述的聚光灯是LED灯4。在离聚光灯一定距离上，设有与聚光灯配套的带有刻度的镜片3；在刻度镜片3一侧设有抽出尺2的结构。
在医生为患者做检查工作时，按压开关按钮7通过聚光灯的照射使镜片3上的刻度，可以反射在需检查的部位上的影像刻度尺寸的投影8，从而得知患者受伤部位的尺寸大小。
所述的抽出尺2的抽出距离可导致，聚光灯照射刻度字9再投射在需检查的部位上的影像投影8刻度尺寸的大小；抽出距离越长可导致投影8刻度尺寸越大。例如：抽出距离10公分投射影像为实际10公分，那么抽出距离20公分投射影像为实际N公分。所以在镜片3上需要设有多排刻度字9或按照医生的习惯或需要的刻度字9在镜片3上制作刻度字9。
所述的抽出尺2的结构是：在笔杆1内设有能装抽出尺2的尺匣15，在笔尾端的尺匣15上设有能将抽出尺2拉出的开口部15，在其开口部15内侧设有能将抽出尺2固定的限动轮5的结构。
所述的限动轮5的结构，是在其开口部15内侧设有两个轮，所述限动轮5的轮体内侧是硬塑料制作而成的，外侧用橡胶层10做成的，所述的限动轮5中部设有轴11，所述的轴11两端设在匣子15的凹槽12内，在凹槽12内设有顶簧13，顶簧13一端与轴11连接另一端与凹槽12的壁相连。在靠近聚光灯的匣子15的内壁上，设有防止抽出尺2刮伤的防尘磨擦刷或针织布层14。
在所述的抽出尺2里端，设有使抽出尺2不能滑出脱落的尺挡16或弯曲部。

3.根据权利要求1所述的医用检查用笔，其特征在于：所述的聚光灯是LED灯；所述的刻度镜片是在透明的镜片上设置有刻度或数字。
