Abstract

The design consists of the features of shape, ornament, pattern and configuration of the sample cassette for diagnostic instrument shown in solid lines in the drawings. Portions shown in broken lines do not form part of the claimed design. The drawings show five design variants, which do not differ substantially from each other. Figures 1 to 9 show a first variant of the design, Figures 10 to 18 show a second variant of the design, Figures 19 to 27 show a third variant of the design, Figures 28 to 36 show a fourth variant of the design and Figures 37 to 45 show a fifth variant of the design.Figs. 1 to 18 show a top portion of the sample cassette for diagnostic instrument is optically opaque and a bottom portion is optically transparent. Figs. 19 to 27 show a top and a bottom portion of the sample cassette for diagnostic instrument are optically transparent. Figs 28 to 36 show a top and a bottom portion of the sample cassette for diagnostic instrument are optically opaque. Figs 37 to 45 show a top portion of the sample cassette for diagnostic instrument is optically transparent and a bottom portion is optically opaque. The broken lines in Fig. 46 show an environment of a diagnostic instrument with which the sample cassette for diagnostic instrument may be associated and a test tube positioned within the sample cassette (also shown in broken lines). In the Drawings:Fig. 1 is a right rear perspective view of a first variant of the design;Fig. 2 is a front right perspective view of the first variant of the design;Fig. 3 is a top plan view of the first variant of the design;Fig. 4 is a left side elevation view of the first variant of the design;Fig. 5 is a right side elevation view of the first variant of the design;Fig. 6 is a rear elevation view of the first variant of the design;Fig. 7 is a front elevation view of the first variant of the design;Fig. 8 is a left rear perspective view of the first variant of the design;Fig. 9 is a left front perspective view of the first variant of the design;Fig. 10 is a right rear perspective view of a second variant of the design;Fig. 11 is a front right perspective view of the second variant of the design;Fig. 12 is a top plan view of the second variant of the design;Fig. 13 is a left side elevation view of the second variant of the design;Fig. 14 is a right side elevation view of the second variant of the design;Fig. 15 is a rear elevation view of the second variant of the design;Fig. 16 is a front elevation view of the second variant of the design;Fig. 17 is a left rear perspective view of the second variant of the design;Fig. 18 is a left front perspective view of the second variant of the design;Fig. 19 is a right rear perspective view of a third variant of the design;Fig. 20 is a front right perspective view of the third variant of the design;Fig. 21 is a top plan view of the third variant of the design;Fig. 22 is a left side elevation view of the third variant of the design;Fig. 23 is a right side elevation view of the third variant of the design;Fig. 24 is a rear elevation view of the third variant of the design;Fig. 25 is a front elevation view of the third variant of the design;Fig. 26 is a left rear perspective view of the third variant of the design;Fig. 27 is a left front perspective view of the third variant of the design;Fig. 28 is a right rear perspective view of a fourth variant of the design;Fig. 29 is a front right perspective view of the fourth variant of the design;Fig. 30 is a top plan view of the fourth variant of the design;Fig. 31 is a left side elevation view of the fourth variant of the design;Fig. 32 is a right side elevation view of the fourth variant of the design;Fig. 33 is a rear elevation view of the fourth variant of the design;Fig. 34 is a front elevation view of the fourth variant of the design;Fig. 35 is a left rear perspective view of the fourth variant of the design;Fig. 36 is a left front perspective view of the fourth variant of the design;Fig. 37 is a right rear perspective view of a fifth variant of the design;Fig. 38 is a front right perspective view of the fifth variant of the design;Fig. 39 is a top plan view of the fifth variant of the design;Fig. 40 is a left side elevation view of the fifth variant of the design;Fig. 41 is a right side elevation view of the fifth variant of the design;Fig. 42 is a rear elevation view of the fifth variant of the design;Fig. 43 is a front elevation view of the fifth variant of the design;Fig. 44 is a left rear perspective view of the fifth variant of the design;Fig. 45 is a left front perspective view of the fifth variant of the design; andFig. 46 is a perspective view of the first variant of the design inserted into the environment element of a diagnostic instrument having a display screen and having inserted therein the environmental elemet of a test tube.Drawing(s)/photograph(s) of the design is (are) included.
