在现代社会中，人们的交往越来越多，而拥有青春靓丽的肌肤是每个人希望拥有的，尤其对于女性来说，尤为重要。因而对皮肤的护理和保养时刻伴随着人们，成为人们日常生活中不可或缺的事情。俗话说：一白遮百丑，白皙的皮肤一直是许多爱美人士的追求，特别是对于天生黄皮肤的亚洲女性，一直以来都将能拥有白皙肤质当作美容之中的重要课题。近年来随着人们生活水平的不断提高，人们对美的要求也越来越高，美白淡斑类化妆品的市场份额始终处于快速增长的趋势。
目前市面上的化妆品种类繁多，作用各异，一个品牌中便有精油、水、乳液、日霜、晚霜、面膜等不同产品，不同产品又可具有美白、祛斑、抗皱、防晒、补水、防敏、修复、滋养、增白等不同作用，大多数化妆品均存在有害物质（如铅、汞等）含量超标、效果短暂（初用效果好长用则无效）等问题。其实，美白就像是治病，治标不如治本，只有把内在肤质调理好，根治影响美白的罪魁祸首——黑色素，肌肤才能展现真正由内而外的自然美白光彩。西医美白多采用外治法以治标为重，虽有疗效快的优点，但毒副作用明显，且疗效很不稳定。
因此，针对上述问题，本发明提出一种新的技术方案。

本发明的目的是提供一种无任何副作用，效果好，稳定性强的中药美白护肤液。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的;
一种中药美白润肤液，包括以下重量份数的原料组成：
芦荟8~20份；
白茯苓5~12份；
白术5~10份；
白芷4~10份；
珍珠粉2~5份；
桃仁3~8份；
白附子2~5份；
玉竹3~6份；
薄荷2~3份；
黄连3~10份；
甘草5~12份；
人参2~4份。
进一步地，还包括0.5~3份的维生素。

芦荟：性味：苦，寒。杀菌作用，抗炎作用，湿润美容作用，健胃下泄作用，强心活血作用，免疫和再生作用，免疫与抗肿瘤作用，解毒作用，抗衰老作用，镇痛、镇静作用，防晒作用。
白茯苓：甘；淡；平。心；脾；肺；肾经。渗湿利水；健脾和胃；宁心安神。用于小便不利；水肿胀满；痰饮咳逆；呕吐；脾虚食少；泄泻；心悸不安；失眠健忘；遗精白浊。
白芷：辛，温。入肺、脾、胃经。祛风，燥湿，消肿，止痛。治头痛，眉棱骨痛，齿痛，鼻渊，寒湿腹痛，肠风痔漏，赤白带下，痈疽疮疡，皮肤燥痒，疥癣。
珍珠粉：具有安神定惊、明目去翳、解毒生肌、提高人体免疫力、延缓衰老、祛斑美白、补充钙质等功效。
桃仁：苦、甘，平。归心、肝、大肠经。活血祛瘀，润肠通便，止咳平喘。
白附子：味辛，性温。归胃、肝经。祛风痰，定惊搐，解毒散结，止痛。
玉竹：具养阴、润燥、清热、生津、止咳等功效。
薄荷：治流行性感冒、头疼、目赤、身热、咽喉、牙床肿痛等症。外用可治神经痛、皮肤瘙痒、皮疹和湿疹等。
黄连：辛，温。有小毒。搜风，祛痰，开窍。
甘草：甘草：甘，平。入脾、胃、肺经。用于心气虚，心悸怔忡，脉结代，以及脾胃气虚，倦怠乏力。补脾益气，清热解毒，祛痰止咳，缓急止痛，调和诸药。
人参：味甘、微苦，性温、平。归脾、肺经、心经。补气，固脱，生津，安神，益智。
