背景技术
目前紧张的工作环境下，大部分的人的体质在下降，很多人为了有更多时间去工作，提神的咖啡类的使用得相当多，有些人喝一些提神的汤药，往往有副作用，但这些都是一些在表面上提升体力作用的药，对身体是一种“提前消费”的效果，此药可以在本质上提升身体的体力，起到抗疲劳的作用，本药还对很多健身者有很大帮助，市场上有很多蛋白粉，但是很多蛋白粉不仅仅是长肌肉而且会导致肥胖，本药全中药制成，从本质上刺激肌肉生长，同时也可以治疗肌肉损伤的现象，无副作用，效果好，治疗其根本。

本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种增加体力助长肌肉的中药组合物，该组合物包括：山药、当归、枸杞、红枣、白术、黄精、芝麻、大豆、巴戟天、洋参、蜂蜜；
各原材料的重量份数比为：10~20份山药、5~10份当归、10~20份枸杞、10~20份红枣、5~10份白术、10~15份黄精、10~15份核桃、10~20份芝麻、10~20份大豆、10~20份巴戟天、10~15份洋参、20~25份蜂蜜。
优选为：10份山药、5当归、10份枸杞、10份红枣、10份白术、10份黄精、10份核桃、15份芝麻、15份大豆、20份巴戟天、10份洋参、25份蜂蜜。
本发明的有益效果为：本发明对于增加体力助长肌肉具有明显的效果，副作用小，见效快。

具体实施例1：一种增加体力助长肌肉的中药组合物，该组合物包括：山药、当归、枸杞、红枣、白术、黄精、芝麻、大豆、巴戟天、洋参、蜂蜜；
各原材料的重量份数比为：1g山药、5g当归、10g枸杞、10g红枣、5g白术、10g黄精、10g核桃、10g芝麻、10g大豆、10g巴戟天、10g洋参、20g蜂蜜。
具体实施例2：上述的一种增加体力助长肌肉的中药组合物，该组合物包括：山药、当归、枸杞、红枣、白术、黄精、芝麻、大豆、巴戟天、洋参、蜂蜜；
各原材料的重量份数比为：20g山药、5g当归、10g枸杞、10g红枣、5g白术、15g黄精、11g核桃、15g芝麻、15g大豆、15g巴戟天、13g洋参、20g蜂蜜
具体实施例3：上述的一种增加体力助长肌肉的中药组合物，该组合物包括：山药、当归、枸杞、红枣、白术、黄精、芝麻、大豆、巴戟天、洋参、蜂蜜；
各原材料的重量份数比为：15g山药、5g当归、15g枸杞、15g红枣、8g白术、10g黄精、15g核桃、15g芝麻、15g大豆、10g巴戟天、15份洋参、25份蜂蜜。
上述实施例按配方称取原料，用水煎服，日1剂，服3次；也可以深加工成中药丸、冲剂或中药片，一天服用两次，在早晚饭后服用。持续服用一个月即可。
