Preferably, the rectifying plate 41 is rotatably connected to the flow stabilizer 30 through the rotating shaft 42, and the width of the rectifying groove is smaller than that of the flow stabilizing groove in the same cross section in a state where the rectifying plate 41 is parallel to the flow stabilizer 30.
