一种胸腰椎骨折后路微创钉棒系统之连接棒,其特征是连接棒设为T型棒,T型棒远端设为主棒(1),近端设有T型柄(2);主棒末端设有锥尖(3),近端设有定位片(4);T型柄设弧形臂(5),主棒与弧形臂连接处设有连接棒自断痕(6)。上述系统件大小为:T型棒直径6-8mm,长40-450mm;定位片直径8-10mm,厚度1-2mm;弧形臂弧度0-45°,T型棒设为空心T型棒和实心T型棒两种。本发明的优点在于:1、本发明提供T型棒设计有利于预防主棒旋转。设计定位片有利于预防主棒插入过深。连接棒自断痕设计有利于自断T型柄。弧形臂弧形设计有利于预防主棒插入肌肉阻挡。2、T型棒设计为空心T型棒和实心T型棒两种有利于连接棒直径的选择。

Description

一种胸腰椎骨折后路微创钉棒系统之连接棒
技术领域
本发明应用于临床骨科、是一种胸腰椎骨折的内固定系统,属医疗器材。它运用于人体胸椎、腰椎后纵韧带完整而不稳定骨折闭合复位内固定器材。该器材的应用,即有利于减轻手术创伤,又有利于减少手术及住院时间。
背景技术
胸腰椎骨折的治疗方法在发展,变化着。Roy-Camille等在1961年开始应用椎弓根螺钉和钢板进行胸腰椎骨折内固定。经过半个世纪的临床应用与多中心研究分析,认为椎弓根螺钉治疗胸腰椎骨折是有效的。后路内固定系统也由钉-板到钉-棒系统演进着。手术创伤也随着内固定系统改进及医生手术熟练程度提高而减小。目前,钉-棒系统已成为胸腰椎不稳定骨折后路固定治疗的主流。钉-棒系统能为胸腰椎骨折提供稳定内固定,很好地控制骨折的旋转力、有效撑开压缩的椎体,恢复椎体间结构稳定。随着BO理念的提出,不稳定的胸腰椎骨折内固定由开放性复位到闭合性复位转变,以便减轻软组织损伤。但是,获得和维持胸腰椎闭合复位是相当困难的。现在市面上已有相关的内固定器材出现,但仍有待改进。我们设计了一种胸腰椎骨折后路微创钉棒系统,即有利于减轻手术创伤,又有利于减少手术时间。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有胸腰椎骨折后路内固定器材的不足,提供了一种有效的内固定器材。本新型系统即有利于减轻手术创伤,又有利于减少手术时间。是胸腰椎不稳定骨折,后纵韧带完整患者的最佳选择。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种胸腰椎骨折后路微创钉棒系统之连接棒,其特征是连接棒设为T型棒,T型棒远端设为主棒(1),近端设有T型柄(2);主棒末端设有锥尖(3),近端设有定位片(4);T型柄设弧形臂(5),主棒与弧形臂连接处设有连接棒自断痕(6)。
上述系统件大小为:T型棒直径6-8mm,长40-450mm;定位片直径8-10mm,厚度1-2mm;弧形臂弧度0-45°,T型棒设为空心T型棒和实心T型棒两种。
本发明的工作原理为:麻醉成功后,患者取俯卧位置于骨科手术床上,常规消毒铺巾。“C型臂”透视定位伤椎,经上下相邻椎体椎弓根上关节突与横突交汇处置入导针,切开入口皮肤2cm,置入导管扩张,并沿导针放置空心丝攻,进行攻丝,应用空心椎弓根钉起子固定复位套筒与长尾椎弓根钉经导针植入长尾椎弓根钉,经皮外复位系统撑开复位骨折,经旋转臂置入T型棒导针于椎弓根钉尾内,经该导针置入T型棒。T型棒主棒根据需要预弯。定位片控制主棒深度。分别拧入钉帽并锁紧。去除皮外复位系统。折断椎弓根钉长尾及T型柄。清点敷料系统,关闭切口并包扎。全程在“C型臂”监视下操作。
有益效果:
一、安全性:经皮置入椎弓根钉不需要切口显露椎旁肌。全程在“C型臂”监视下操作,经伤椎上下相邻椎体椎弓根上关节突与横突交汇处置入导针,不会损伤神经、血管。
二、有效性:目前市面上有多种胸腰椎骨折后路微创系统,临床应用广泛。本系统在现有内固定系统基础上改进,适用于胸腰椎不稳定骨折,且后纵韧带完整的患者。本新型系统即有利于减轻手术创伤,又有利于减少手术时间。
本发明的优点在于:
1、本发明提供T型棒设计有利于预防主棒旋转。设计定位片有利于预防主棒插入过深。连接棒自断痕设计有利于自断T型柄。弧形臂弧形设计有利于预防主棒插入肌肉阻挡。
2、T型棒设计为空心T型棒和实心T型棒两种有利于连接棒直径的选择。
