Abstract

本发明涉及一种免气腹式腹腔镜腹壁悬吊装置,其特征在于包括套筒(2),套筒外圆上设有一组卡孔(3),该组卡孔(3)以套筒(2)为中心呈圆周状等距分布设置,套筒(2)外侧设有一组折弯向外的L型折板(4),该组L型折板(4)以套筒(3)为中心呈圆周状等距分布设置,每个L型折板(4)均是由竖段(4a)和横段(4b)构成,其中竖段(4a)一侧设有与卡孔(3)形成限位配合的销轴(5),所述的竖段(4a)一侧与套筒(2)外壁接触配合。本发明的有益效果在于结构简单、安全性高,在实现各个L型折板可以单独装拆的同时,又保证了各个L型折板受力均匀,减小了整个装置在装拆及使用时占用的腹腔空间。

Description

一种免气腹式腹腔镜腹壁悬吊装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种微创手术工具,特别是涉及一种免气腹式腹腔镜腹壁悬吊装置。
背景技术
目前,建立腹腔镜手术操作空间主要依赖二氧化碳气腹。气腹状态下进行的手术操作必需处于密封状态,因此对手术器械以及微创切孔的密封性要求较高,且手术时间过长及气腹压力过高时,可引起皮下及纵隔气肿、高碳酸血症、血流瘀阻、空气栓塞等,由腹腔向胸腔的压迫还可引起心肺功能障碍。对于婴幼儿以及老年人,尤其是有心肺血管疾病的患者危害严重,也增加手术与麻醉的危险。现有技术下虽然已研制出不少免气腹装置,但是存在占用的腹腔空间较大、手术空间暴露不足的问题,在置入腹腔时易对肠管、腹壁等造成损伤。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术下的免气腹装置占用的腹腔空间较大、手术空间暴露不足的技术问题,而提供一种免气腹式腹腔镜腹壁悬吊装置。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种免气腹式腹腔镜腹壁悬吊装置,其特征在于包括套筒,套筒外圆上设有一组卡孔,该组卡孔以套筒为中心呈圆周状等距分布设置,套筒外侧设有一组折弯向外的L型折板,该组L型折板以套筒为中心呈圆周状等距分布设置,每个L型折板均是由竖段和横段构成,其中竖段一侧设有与卡孔形成限位配合的销轴,所述的竖段一侧与套筒外壁接触配合。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以有以下进一步技术方案。
所述的套筒顶端封闭,并设有环形吊耳,以此方便吊装。
所述的卡孔由相互连通的第一通孔和第二通孔构成,其中第二通孔位于第一通孔的下侧,且第二通孔的宽度小于第一通孔的宽度。
所述L型折板的横段端部宽度大于竖段端部宽度,以此增大L型折板的横段与腹壁的接触面积。
所述L型折板的两端为弧形,以此防止L型折板在置入腹腔时对肠管、腹壁造成损伤,进一步保护腹壁。
本发明的有益效果在于结构简单、安全性高,在实现各个L型折板可以单独装拆的同时,又保证了各个L型折板受力均匀,减小了整个装置在装拆及使用时占用的腹腔空间。

具体实施方式
如图1和2所示,为本发明提供的一种免气腹式腹腔镜腹壁悬吊装置,包括顶端封闭的套筒2,套筒2顶端设有与其固定连接的环形吊耳1,套筒2外圆上设有一组卡孔3,该组卡孔3以套筒2为中心呈圆周状等距分布设置,所述的卡孔3由相互连通的第一通孔3a和第二通孔3b构成,其中第一通孔3a截面为圆弧形、第二通孔3b截面为矩形,所述的第二通孔3b位于第一通孔3a的下侧,且第二通孔3b的宽度小于第一通孔3a的直径,所述套筒2外侧设有一组折弯向外的L型折板4,该组L型折板4以套筒2为中心呈圆周状等距分布设置,每个L型折板4均是由竖段4a和横段4b构成,其中横段4b端部宽度大于竖段4a端部宽度,且横段4b端部与竖段4a端部均为弧形,所述的竖段4a一侧与套筒2外壁接触配合,竖段4a一侧设有与卡孔3形成定位配合的销轴5,销轴5由大径段和小径段两个部分构成,当销轴5插入至卡孔3后,销轴5的小径段置于第二通孔3b中、大径段置于套筒2内侧,且销轴5的大径段与第二通孔3b所在的套筒内侧形成限位配合。
使用操作
先通过环形吊耳1将套筒2与悬吊机构连接,利用悬吊机构将套筒2悬吊至指定位置;再依次安装每一块L型折板4,先将L型折板的横段4b沿水平方向插入至腹壁切口中,使横段4b一侧与腹壁接触贴合,再将销轴5插入卡孔3中,使销轴5的小径段置于第二通孔3b中、大径段置于套筒3内侧,销轴5的大径段与第二通孔3b所在的套筒3内侧形成限位配合,所述L型折板的竖段4a一侧与套筒2外壁接触配合;最后再利用悬吊机构带动套筒2及L型折板4升至指定高度,从而将与L型折板的横段4b接触贴合的腹壁悬吊起来,并形成腹腔。

1.一种免气腹式腹腔镜腹壁悬吊装置,其特征在于包括套筒(2),套筒外圆上设有一组卡孔(3),该组卡孔(3)以套筒(2)为中心呈圆周状等距分布设置,套筒(2)外侧设有一组折弯向外的L型折板(4),该组L型折板(4)以套筒(3)为中心呈圆周状等距分布设置,每个L型折板(4)均是由竖段(4a)和横段(4b)构成,其中竖段(4a)一侧设有与卡孔(3)形成限位配合的销轴(5),所述的竖段(4a)一侧与套筒(2)外壁接触配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种免气腹式腹腔镜腹壁悬吊装置,其特征在于套筒(2)顶端封闭,并设有环形吊耳(1)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种免气腹式腹腔镜腹壁悬吊装置,其特征在于所述的卡孔(3)由相互连通的第一通孔(3a)和第二通孔(3b)构成,其中第二通孔(3b)位于第一通孔(3a)的下侧,且第二通孔(3b)的宽度小于第一通孔(3a)的宽度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种免气腹式腹腔镜腹壁悬吊装置,其特征在于L型折板的横段(4b)端部宽度大于竖段(4a)端部宽度。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种免气腹式腹腔镜腹壁悬吊装置,其特征在于L型折板(4)的两端为弧形。
