Abstract

本发明油浸式电力变压器,包括箱体,设置在箱体侧面的片式散热器,箱体的顶部设置有高压套管和低压套管;箱体上方设置有储油箱,储油箱通过管道连通箱体,管道的中部设置有气体继电器,箱体内设置有铁心和安装在铁心上的线圈,箱体的下部设置有底座;底座底部安装有至少四个固定腿,固定腿为圆锥形,固定腿外表面包裹有1.2~1.7cm厚的橡胶;还包括至少四个同固定腿相对应的圆锥形凹槽,圆锥形凹槽内表面设置有1.2~1.7cm厚的橡胶;箱体的箱体壁为内箱体板和外箱体板组合成的双层结构,内箱体板和外箱体板中间填充有混合粉末。

一种油浸式电力变压器
技术领域
本发明属于电力设备技术领域,具体为一种油浸式电力变压器。
背景技术
油浸式变压器主要由铁芯、绕组、油箱、油枕、绝缘套管、分接开关和气体继电器等组成。铁芯是变压器的磁路部分。运行时要产生磁滞损耗和涡流损耗而发热。为降低发热损耗和减小体积和重量,铁芯采用小于0.35mm导磁系数高的冷轧晶粒取向硅钢片构成。绕组和铁芯都是变压器的核心元件。由于绕组本身有电阻或接头处有接触电阻,由I2Rt知要产生热量。故绕组不能长时间通过比额定电流高的电流。另油浸式变压器的器身(绕组及铁芯)都装在充满变压器油的油箱中,油箱用钢板焊成。中、小型变压器的油箱由箱壳和箱盖组成,变压器的器身放在箱壳内,将箱盖打开就可吊出器身进行检修。
目前,欧美发达国家还没有工频电磁场暴露限制标准或其他国际标准,只有国际非电离辐射防护委员会(ICNIRP)向世界各国推荐了电场和磁场辐射限制的导则。我国的环评导则参考标准电场强度是4千伏/米(kV/m),磁场强度是100微特斯拉(μT),欧洲共同体法规中,这两项数值分别为5千伏/米和100微特斯拉;澳大利亚同欧共体;英国是12千伏/米和1600微特斯拉。变压器噪声是由本体结构设计、选型布局、安装、使用过程中,变压器本体及冷却系统产生的不规则、间歇、连续或随机引起的机械噪声及空气噪声总和。变压器所产生的噪声广泛影响住宅小区、商业中心、轻站、机场、厂矿、企业、医院、学校等场所。申请号为201220447315 的中国专利、申请号为201320356540 的中国专利等,虽然公开了降低变压器噪声的方式,但不适用于油浸式变压器或降噪效果较低。
发明内容
本发明目的在于克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种具有优异散热能力的低噪声油浸式电力变压器。
本发明油浸式电力变压器,包括箱体,设置在所述箱体侧面的片式散热器,所述箱体的顶部设置有高压套管和低压套管;所述箱体上方设置有储油箱,所述储油箱通过管道连通所述箱体,所述管道的中部设置有气体继电器,所述箱体内设置有铁心和安装在所述铁心上的线圈,所述箱体的下部设置有底座;所述底座底部固定有至少四个固定腿,所述固定腿为圆锥形,固定腿外表面包裹有1.2~1.7cm厚的橡胶;还包括至少四个同固定腿相对应的圆锥形凹槽,所述圆锥形凹槽内表面设置有1.2~1.7cm厚的橡胶;所述箱体的箱体壁为内箱体板和外箱体板组合成的双层结构,所述内箱体板和外箱体板中间填充有由粒度200目硅橡胶粉、粒度100目鳞片石墨粉、粒度2000目二氧化硅粉、粒度325目海泡石粉、牛脂胺聚氧乙烯醚组成的混合粉末。
本发明油浸式电力变压器,其内箱体板和外箱体板之间的距离为0.6~0.7cm。
本发明油浸式电力变压器,其内箱体板和外箱体板中间纵向设置有多个挡板。
本发明油浸式电力变压器,其固定腿的长宽比例为3:1。按重量份数取200目硅橡胶粉80份、粒度100目鳞片石墨粉60份、粒度2000目二氧化硅粉120份、粒度325目海泡石粉70份、牛脂胺聚氧乙烯醚(AC-1860)50份,加入干粉搅拌机搅拌均匀得箱体壁中的填充混合粉末。
本发明油浸式电力变压器,通过特殊设计的箱体壁夹层,添加不同粒度和不同种类的粉末,获得了最优化的隔音效果,同时降低了变压器的电场和磁场辐射;另外,本发明还设计了独特的固定腿以及相应的圆锥形凹槽结构,通过该结构设计精巧,大大降低了变压器振动进而降低了噪声,本发明新型电力变压器通过,声音的屏蔽和变压器自身减震两方面同时进行了改进,达到了十分突出的降低噪声的效果,同时降低了变压器对外的电场和磁场辐射。

具体实施方式
下面给出的实施例拟对本发明作进一步说明,但不能理解为是对本发明保护范围的限制,本领域技术人员根据本发明内容对本发明的一些非本质的改进和调整,仍属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1:如图1、图2、图3所示,油浸式电力变压器,包括箱体1,设置在箱体1侧面的片式散热器2,箱体1的顶部设置有高压套管3和低压套管4;箱体1上方设置有储油箱5,储油箱5通过管道6连通箱体1,管道6的中部设置有气体继电器7,箱体1内设置有铁心8和安装在铁心8上的线圈9,箱体1的下部设置有底座10;底座10底部安装有至少四个固定腿11,固定腿11为圆锥形,固定腿11外表面包裹有1.4cm厚的橡胶12;还包括至少四个同固定腿11相对应的圆锥形凹槽13,圆锥形凹槽13内表面设置有1.4m厚的橡胶14;固定腿11插在圆锥形凹槽13内,圆锥形凹槽13的底部固定在地面上, 箱体1的箱体壁为内箱体板15和外箱体板16组合成的双层结构,内箱体板15和外箱体板16之间的距离为0.65cm。内箱体板15和外箱体板16中间填充有混合粉末17。混合粉末17通过以下方法制成:取200目硅橡胶粉80千克、粒度100目鳞片石墨粉60千克、粒度2000目二氧化硅粉120千克、粒度325目海泡石粉70千克、牛脂胺聚氧乙烯醚(AC-1860)50千克,加入干粉搅拌机搅拌均匀;即成。
对比例1:油浸式电力变压器结构如同实施例1,不同在于混合粉末通过以下方法制成:取200目硅橡胶粉80千克、粒度100目鳞片石墨粉60千克、牛脂胺聚氧乙烯醚(AC-1860)50千克,加入干粉搅拌机搅拌均匀;即成。
对比例2:油浸式电力变压器结构如同实施例1,不同在于混合粉末通过以下方法制成:取200目硅橡胶粉80千克、粒度2000目二氧化硅粉120千克、牛脂胺聚氧乙烯醚(AC-1860)50千克,加入干粉搅拌机搅拌均匀;即成。
对比例3:油浸式电力变压器结构如同实施例1,不同在于混合粉末通过以下方法制成:取200目硅橡胶粉80千克、粒度325目海泡石粉70千克、牛脂胺聚氧乙烯醚(AC-1860)50千克,加入干粉搅拌机搅拌均匀;即成。
对比例4:油浸式电力变压器结构如同实施例1,不同在于油浸式电力变压器底座通过螺栓固定安装在地面的安装架上,安装架和底座之间设置有橡胶垫。
相关噪声实验:共分为五组分别是正泰S11-1000/35油浸式电力变压器根据实施例1、对比例1、对比例2、对比例3、对比例4中技术方案改造所得。根据《JB/T10088-20046kV~500kV级电力变压器声级》中的测试方法测试各个组的声功率级,结果见表1。通过表1可见采用本发明的实施例1的噪声,相对于其他组有了显著的降低。

Claims (3)

1.油浸式电力变压器,包括箱体;设置在所述箱体侧面的片式散热器,所述箱体的顶部设置有高压套管和低压套管;所述箱体上方设置有储油箱,所述储油箱通过管道连通所述箱体,所述管道的中部设置有气体继电器,所述箱体内设置有铁心和安装在所述铁心上的线圈,所述箱体的下部设置有底座;
其特征在于所述底座底部固定有至少四个固定腿,所述固定腿的长宽比例为3:1,所述固定腿为圆锥形,固定腿外表面包裹有1.2~1.7cm厚的橡胶;还包括至少四个同固定腿相对应的圆锥形凹槽,所述圆锥形凹槽内表面设置有1.2~1.7cm厚的橡胶;
所述箱体的箱体壁为内箱体板和外箱体板组合成的双层结构,所述内箱体板和外箱体板中间填充有混合粉末;按重量份数取200目硅橡胶粉80份、粒度100目鳞片石墨粉60份、粒度2000目二氧化硅粉120份、粒度325目海泡石粉70份、牛脂胺聚氧乙烯醚50份,加入干粉搅拌机搅拌均匀得所述混合粉末。
2.根据权利要求1所述的油浸式电力变压器,其特征在于所述内箱体板和外箱体板之间的距离为0.6~0.7cm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的油浸式电力变压器,其特征在于所述内箱体板和外箱体板中间纵向设置有多个挡板。
