It should be noted that, as long as there is no conflict, the embodiments and the features of the embodiments of the present invention may be combined with each other, and the technical solutions formed are within the scope of the present invention.
The first embodiment is as follows:
the embodiment of the invention provides an appointment data processing method facing an intelligent robot, which can be applied to mutual appointment when community residents perform entertainment activities.
As shown in fig. 1, the contract request data processing method includes the following steps:
s1: the initiating user end receives the appointment voice instruction of the initiating user.
For example, if an initiating user in the community requests a certain initiating appointment, the initiating user may speak an appointment voice instruction "i want to find people to play mahjong" to the intelligent robot (initiating user side), and the intelligent robot receives the appointment voice instruction.
S2: and carrying out voice recognition and semantic analysis on the request-making voice instruction to obtain request-making information.
Through voice recognition and semantic analysis, the intelligent robot can obtain appointment information from the voice recognition and semantic analysis. In this embodiment, the appointment information may include one or more of the name, the location, the appointment and the number of persons in need of the initiating user.
The content of the appointment information is more than that of the appointment information, and may not be all included in the appointment voice command. The appointment information except the appointment voice instruction can be stored in the intelligent robot in advance by the initiating user, or the intelligent robot can continuously ask questions to the initiating user after receiving the appointment voice instruction.
S3: and sending the appointment information to the appointed user terminal.
The intelligent robot of the initiating user can send the obtained appointment information to the server, and then the server sends the appointment information to other intelligent robots (appointed user sides) in the community.
The community in this embodiment may be understood as a certain location range, which may be a range within a certain distance from the initiating user, for example, a range within a kilometer from the number of initiating users, and the initial value of the kilometer may be set to 2. Alternatively, the name of a cell or a building may be used.
The intelligent robot means: the method can be a client embedded in an intelligent mobile terminal, or a special appointment device, and the appointment device can be a companion intelligent robot and has portability, but is not limited.
S4: and playing the appointment information at the appointed user side by using a Text To Speech (TTS) component.
After receiving the appointment information from the server, other intelligent robots in the community use the TTS component to read appointment information for their users (appointed users), for example, "a certain person is in the community chess and card room, wants to find a person to play mahjong, and you are participating? "
The speech synthesis is a process of converting a text into a speech and outputting the speech, and the process mainly comprises the steps of decomposing the input text into phonemes according to characters or words, generating digital audio from the phonemes, and then playing the digital audio by using a loudspeaker or playing the digital audio by using multimedia software after storing the digital audio as a sound file.
S5: and the initiating user terminal receives the response information of the contracted user.
The response information is obtained by the contracted user terminal performing voice recognition and semantic analysis on the response voice instruction of the contracted user. For example, if a contracted user in the same community has a certain agreement with a certain contract, the intelligent robot (contracted user side) may speak a response voice instruction "i participate in playing mahjong", and the intelligent robot may acquire response information through voice recognition and semantic analysis.
Then, a certain intelligent robot (initiating client) initiating the appointment can receive a certain response message from the certain intelligent robot through the server.
S6: it is determined whether the response message indicates consent to the appointment.
After receiving the response message, the intelligent robot of the initiating user can judge whether the response message agrees with the appointment or disagrees with the appointment.
S7: and playing the response information to the initiating user by utilizing the voice synthesis component.
Preferably, the TTS component is used to play the response message to the initiating user only if the response message is an agreement to the appointment, such as "something is about to participate in li". If the response message is not approved, the response message may not be played.
In addition, when the number of people who agree to the appointment request is full, namely the number of people who meet the requirement of the appointment request is reached, the initiating user side can stop the appointment request through the server, the appointment request channel is closed, the information that the number of people is full is sent to all intelligent robots in the community, and the intelligent robots play the information that the number of people is full to the respective users.
By using the appointment data processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, after the initiating user initiates the appointment in the form of the voice instruction, the appointment information can be sent to all other users in the community through the server. All other users can know the detailed information of the appointment, then decide whether to accept the appointment or not, and return response information in the form of voice commands. The server sends the response information aiming at the appointment request to the initiating user so that the initiating user can know the result of the appointment request.
The whole appointment process is carried out in a voice mode, and voice instructions of the user are analyzed through voice recognition and semantic analysis; and converting the appointment information and the response information into audio through a TTS component, and playing the audio to the user.
Therefore, the appointment data processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention greatly facilitates the appointment process of community residents during entertainment activities, and particularly solves the problem of low appointment efficiency of the prior appointment for the old people who are not used to use mobile phones.
Example two:
the embodiment of the invention provides an appointment data processing system oriented to an intelligent robot, which can be applied to mutual appointment when community residents perform entertainment activities.
As shown in fig. 2, the appointment data processing system includes a server 1 and a plurality of intelligent robots.
The first intelligent robot 21 is configured to receive a request-making voice instruction of the initiating user, that is, the first intelligent robot 21 at this time serves as the initiating user side. For example, if an initiating user in the community requests a certain initiating appointment, the first intelligent robot 21 may speak an appointment voice instruction "i want to find people to play mahjong" to the first intelligent robot 21, and the first intelligent robot 21 may receive the appointment voice instruction.
The first intelligent robot 21 performs voice recognition and semantic analysis on the appointment voice command, and the first intelligent robot 21 can obtain appointment information from the appointment voice command. In this embodiment, the appointment information may include one or more of the name, the location, the appointment and the number of persons in need of the initiating user.
The content of the appointment information is more than that of the appointment information, and may not be all included in the appointment voice command. The appointment information other than the appointment voice instruction may be stored in the first intelligent robot 21 by the initiating user in advance, or may be obtained by the first intelligent robot 21 continuously asking questions after receiving the current appointment voice instruction.
The first intelligent robot 21 sends the acquired appointment information to the server 1, and then the server 1 sends the appointment information to other intelligent robots (appointed user terminals) in the community.
The intelligent robot refers to: the method can be a client embedded in an intelligent mobile terminal, or a special appointment device, and the appointment device can be a companion intelligent robot and has portability, but is not limited.
The community in this embodiment may be understood as a certain location range, which may be a range within a certain distance from the initiating user, for example, a range within a kilometer from the number of initiating users, and the initial value of the kilometer may be set to 2. Alternatively, the name of a cell or a building may be used.
After receiving the appointment information from the server 1, other intelligent robots in the community use the TTS component to read out the appointment information to their own users (appointed users). For example, the second intelligent robot 22 will read "a certain chess and card room in community, want to find a person and play mahjong, do you participate? "
Compared with some application programs which realize sound production by using a pre-recorded sound file, the sound production engine of the TTS is only several megabytes, and a large number of sound file supports are not needed, so that a large storage space can be saved, and any sentence which is unknown in advance can be read. At present, many application software are already in use for implementing voice function by using TTS technology, for example, some broadcasting software can be used for reading novels or performing proofreading work, and also can read electronic mails, some electronic dictionaries can read words, and also can be used for inquiring center automatic playing service information, etc.
In the system, other intelligent robots receive response voice instructions of the contracted users and acquire response information. For example, if a contracted user in the same community has a certain agreement with a certain contract, the second intelligent robot 22 may speak the response voice command "i participate in mahjong playing", and the second intelligent robot 22 may obtain the response information from the response voice command through voice recognition and semantic analysis.
The first intelligent robot 21 (originating client) of a certain person who originates a contract request can receive response information of a certain person through the server 1, and can further determine whether the response information agrees with the contract request or disagrees with the contract request.
As a preferred scheme, the first intelligent robot 21 plays the response information to the initiating user, for example, "lie somebody will participate in soon" using the TTS component only when the response information is a consent. If the response message is not approved, the response message may not be played.
In addition, when the number of people who agree to the appointment request is full, that is, the number of people who meet the requirement of the appointment request is reached, the first intelligent robot 21 may terminate the appointment request through the server 1, close the channel of the appointment request, send the information that the number of people is full to all the intelligent robots in the community, and play the information that the number of people is full to the respective user by each intelligent robot.
By using the appointment request data processing system provided by the embodiment of the invention, after the initiating user initiates the appointment request in the form of a voice instruction, the appointment request information can be sent to all other users in the community through the server 1. All other users can know the detailed information of the appointment, then decide whether to accept the appointment or not, and return response information in the form of voice commands. The server 1 sends the response message for the appointment to the initiating user again, so that the initiating user can know the result of the appointment.
The whole appointment process is carried out in a voice mode, and voice instructions of the user are analyzed through voice recognition and semantic analysis; and converting the appointment information and the response information into audio through a TTS component, and playing the audio to the user. Therefore, the appointment data processing system provided by the embodiment of the invention greatly facilitates the appointment process of community residents during entertainment activities, and particularly solves the problem of low appointment efficiency of the prior appointment for the old people who are not used to use mobile phones.
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the above description is only for the convenience of understanding the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
