Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气净化器,具体是一种智能空气净化器。
背景技术
随着社会的极速发展,汽车的拥有量正在快速的增长,人们对汽车的依赖程度也越来越高,而汽车的内饰使用了大量工业加工的装饰材料,在这些材料中留存了大量的化学材料,据不完全统计大概包含有甲醛、苯、二甲苯、苯乙烯、十一烷等。现在的人们在开车的过程中习惯打开空调关闭所有的车窗,这样就很容易滋生出各种细菌、病菌,特别是如车内有患有呼吸道、感冒等疾病的司乘人员,更易造成车内人员的交叉传染,汽车本身的空调系统也会滋生吸附很多的细菌及病菌,所以汽车车内的空气是极其不健康的,呆在汽车里是对身体很大伤害的事情。夏天在房间内大家都是要开空调的,这样房间的空气就不流通,并且温度基本上在26℃左右,这样的温度下细菌、病菌繁殖速度很快;有的场所里面还会有人吸香烟,这样空气中就会充刺鼻难闻的尼古丁味道,中国近几十年的工业发展造成了大气中的颗粒污染,这就使得空气净化器受到大家的欢迎。目前现有的空气净化器采用微孔过滤系统,这种过滤系统容易堵塞,并且会有大量的细菌、病菌吸附在过滤系统中,空气净化器本身就成了一个污染源。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种智能空气净化器,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种智能空气净化器,包括外壳、显示屏、按键、风扇、杀菌总成、LED光源、控制电路板和空气进口,所述外壳的一侧设置有空气进口,另一侧设置有风扇,外壳的顶端设置有显示屏和按键,显示屏位于按键的左端,外壳内部的左端安装有杀菌总成,杀菌总成包括电泳除尘通道、涂有光触媒涂层的甲醛及苯衍生物处理通道和阴冷极UVC灯,外壳内部的中间位置安装有控制电路板,控制电路板的右侧设置有LED光源,外壳内安装有空气质量传感器、负离子发生器、声光报警装置和直流电机。
作为本发明进一步的方案:显示屏采用液晶显示屏,LED光源采用LED灯珠。
作为本发明进一步的方案:直流电机的工作电压为12V。
作为本发明进一步的方案:外壳上设置有用于照明的应急灯和用于充电的USB接口。
作为本发明进一步的方案:外壳内安装有用于供电的太阳能锂电池装置。
作为本发明进一步的方案:外壳采用EVA材质制作。

下面结合具体实施方式对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
请参阅图1-2,一种智能空气净化器,包括外壳1、显示屏2、按键3、风扇4、杀菌总成5、LED光源6、控制电路板7和空气进口8,所述外壳1的一侧设置有空气进口8,另一侧设置有风扇4,外壳1的顶端设置有显示屏2和按键3,显示屏2位于按键3的左端,外壳1内部的左端安装有杀菌总成5,杀菌总成5包括电泳除尘通道、涂有光触媒涂层的甲醛及苯衍生物处理通道和阴冷极UVC灯,外壳1内部的中间位置安装有控制电路板7,控制电路板7的右侧设置有LED光源6,外壳1内安装有空气质量传感器、负离子发生器、声光报警装置和直流电机。显示屏2采用液晶显示屏2,LED光源6采用LED灯珠。直流电机的工作电压为12V。外壳1上设置有用于照明的应急灯和用于充电的USB接口。外壳1内安装有用于供电的太阳能锂电池装置。外壳1采用EVA材质制作。
本发明的工作原理是:空气经空气进口8进入到电泳除尘通道,让每个粉尘和烟尘带上负电荷,然后让带电粒子进入高压正电场中,正电极板就会把带电粒子吸附到极板上从而达到除尘的效果;除尘后的清洁空气再进入甲醛及苯衍生物处理通道,在此通道的内壁涂有光触媒涂层,光触媒在光的照射下会产生光催化反应,产生出氧化能力极强的自由氢氧基和活性氧,可以杀灭空气中的细菌和分解甲醛等有机污染物,将有机污染物分解成无污染的水、二氧化碳和其他无害物质,在LED光源6的照射下可完全降解掉空气中的甲醛、苯、二甲苯、苯乙烯和十一烷。最后进入阴冷极UVC灯,阴冷极UVC灯产生的紫外线对空气中的病菌、细菌彻底的杀灭,经过多种有效处理后,送出机器外的空气就是清洁,清新,无菌,无尘的,该装置设置有负离子发生器,产生可以使人精力旺盛,消除疲劳和倦怠,提高工作效率的负离子。空气质量传感器检测空间内的空气质量,将电信号传输给控制电路板7,控制电路板7通过处理计算,适时调节该装置的LED光源6强度和风扇4的风速,检测到空间内甲醛的含量超过了一定的浓度,声光报警装置会发出警报并且亮起警示灯,提醒空间内人员打开窗户,等到空间内空气到达安全值以内方可关闭窗户。该装置设计合理,体积小巧,重量轻,故障率低,运行稳定性好;采用UVC杀菌、电泳除尘和光触媒分解技术,可以有效的分解掉空气中的甲醛、苯、二甲苯、苯乙烯和十一烷,杀死空气中的病菌和细菌;设置有负离子发生器,产生有利于人的身体健康的负离子,使得空气更清新;设置有太阳能锂电池系统,可以作为电源供电,设置有USB接口,可以为电子产品充电;该装置具有自洁功能,避免该装置成为污染源;该装置设置有空气质量传感器,可以自主调节LED光源6强度和风扇4的风速,使用效果好,使用寿命长。

1.一种智能空气净化器,其特征在于,包括外壳、显示屏、按键、风扇、杀菌总成、LED光源、控制电路板和空气进口,所述外壳的一侧设置有空气进口,另一侧设置有风扇,外壳的顶端设置有显示屏和按键,显示屏位于按键的左端,外壳内部的左端安装有杀菌总成,杀菌总成包括电泳除尘通道、涂有光触媒涂层的甲醛及苯衍生物处理通道和阴冷极UVC灯,外壳内部的中间位置安装有控制电路板,控制电路板的右侧设置有LED光源,外壳内安装有空气质量传感器、负离子发生器、声光报警装置和直流电机。
