背景技术
在熔体纺丝过程中，飘丝是无法避免的生产异常情况。飘丝往往受多种情况影响，原料质量、生产温度、生产湿度等。一块喷丝板上通常有许多孔，有一个空挤出异常救火断头，产生飘丝，如果飘丝没有及时处理，将会给生产和质量带来较大的影响。

本发明采取的技术方案为：一种尼龙66生产用防飘丝纺丝箱，纺丝箱顶面设有喷丝板，喷丝板上设有多个喷丝孔，所述纺丝箱的中部设有油架，纺丝箱的底部连接纺丝通道，所述纺丝箱内设有挡板，所述挡板上设有多条竖直的通道，各通道与喷丝孔对应，所述挡板设置于油架于纺丝通道间，所述纺丝箱的一侧设有飘丝处理装置，所述飘丝处理装置包括吸枪，吸枪的头部朝向纺丝箱内的纺丝，吸枪输入段连接压缩空气，吸枪的输出端连接废丝袋。
采取以上技术方案后，本发明的有益效果为：本技术方案中利用挡板的通道将飘丝和正常的丝束隔离开，避免飘丝影响生产；同时利用吸枪将飘丝吸出后收入废丝带中回收。本技术方案可以有效处理飘丝问题，避免影响生产。
