本发明属于复合材料的技术领域,具体涉及一种用于制造钢笔笔尖的复合材料。
背景技术
钢笔笔尖是钢笔最重要的部分,笔尖的材质不同,硬度、耐磨度等均不同,决定着钢笔的品质。传统碳钢笔尖笔质硬,书写不适,且不耐墨水中化学成分的腐蚀。一般而言,除美工笔外,钢笔笔尖上有一个铱粒,铱粒与纸张直接接触,非常耐磨,但铱是一种稀有金属,但由于需要量过大,天然的铱合金矿石供不应求,笔尖全部用铱制造价格比金贵。碳钢价格低廉、易于制作,可以在碳钢的基础上研制一种耐磨、耐腐蚀、不易变形、书写手感好且价格低廉的复合材料,替代传统笔尖材料。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种用于制造钢笔笔尖的复合材料,强度高、弹性好、造价低廉、易于制备,用该材料制成的笔尖耐磨、耐腐蚀、不易变形、书写手感好。
本发明的技术方案是:一种用于制造钢笔笔尖的复合材料,由以下重量比原料组成:铁70-85份、铜2-5份、碳0.6-1.4份、钼1-4份、铱1-3份、锆0.5-2份、钴0.5-1份,所述铁、铜、碳、钼、铱、锆、钴纯度均为99.9%以上。
与现有技术相比,本发明优点在于:具有较高的强度、弹性好、造价低廉、易于制备;用该材料制成的笔尖耐磨、耐腐蚀、不易变形、书写流利;加工性好,可在笔尖上刻制不同花纹、图案。

一种用于制造钢笔笔尖的复合材料,由以下重量比原料组成:铁70份、铜2份、碳0.6份、钼1份、铱1份、锆0.5份、钴0.5份,所述铁、铜、碳、钼、铱、锆、钴纯度均为99.9%以上。
实施例2
一种用于制造钢笔笔尖的复合材料,由以下重量比原料组成:铁80份、铜3份、碳1份、钼2份、铱2份、锆1份、钴0.7份,所述铁、铜、碳、钼、铱、锆、钴纯度均为99.9%以上。
实施例3
一种用于制造钢笔笔尖的复合材料,由以下重量比原料组成:铁85份、铜5份、碳1.4份、钼4份、铱3份、锆2份、钴1份,所述铁、铜、碳、钼、铱、锆、钴纯度均为99.9%以上。
