本发明涉及一种木材黏合剂,属于高分子化学领域。其主要组成部分:普通聚乙烯醇,乙酰化聚乙烯醇,复合乳化剂,混合单体,引发剂过硫酸铵,滑石粉,羧基丁苯乳胶,异氰酸酯和水。本发明的木材黏合剂,具有优良的粘接强度、良好的耐水性能,不含任何有机溶剂、甲醛、苯酚等有害物质,拓宽了应用环境,解决了长期困扰木材黏合剂实际应用的难题。

本发明涉及木材胶黏剂,特别涉及一种木材黏合剂。
背景技术
黏合剂现在广泛使用在交通运输、仪器仪表、电子电器、纺织、建筑、木材加工、室内装饰、生活用品等各个领域。现有的黏合剂大多残留有甲醛,使用时对人体健康危害较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的缺陷而提供一种木材黏合剂,这种木材黏合剂不含甲醛,耐水性好,不易老化。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:一种木材黏合剂,包含以下重量百分比的成分:
进一步地,所述的普通聚乙烯醇的醇解度为88%。
进一步地,所述的复合乳化剂由辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚和十二烷基硫酸钠制成。
进一步地,所述的混合单体由醋酸乙烯酯、丙烯酸丁酯和甲基丙烯酸-2-羟乙酯制成。
进一步地,所述的异氰酸酯包括水乳化多异氰酸酯和高官能度多异氰酸酯。
有益效果:本发明的木材黏合剂,具有优良的粘接强度、良好的耐水性能,不含任何有机溶剂、甲醛、苯酚等有害物质,拓宽了应用环境,解决了长期困扰木材黏合剂实际应用的难题。
具体实施方式
下面是本发明的具体实施例。
实施例I
一种木材黏合剂,包含以下重量百分比的成分:普通聚乙烯醇1.0%,乙酰化聚乙烯醇2.0%,复合乳化剂0.1%,混合单体24.5%,引发剂过硫酸铵0.01%,滑石粉1.8%,羧基丁苯乳胶1.5%,乳化多异氰酸酯5.9%,高官能度多异氰酸酯4.0%,水59.19%。
实施例II
一种木材黏合剂,包含以下重量百分比的成分:普通聚乙烯醇1.7%,乙酰化聚乙烯醇5.0%,复合乳化剂0.2%,混合单体31.4%,引发剂过硫酸铵0.05%,滑石粉4.5%,羧基丁苯乳胶4.3%,乳化多异氰酸酯8.9%,高官能度多异氰酸酯7.7%,水40.95%。
实施例III
一种木材黏合剂,包含以下重量百分比的成分:普通聚乙烯醇1.3%,乙酰化聚乙烯醇3.7%,复合乳化剂0.13%,混合单体27.8%,引发剂过硫酸铵0.03%,滑石粉3.2%,羧基丁苯乳胶3.1%,乳化多异氰酸酯6.9%,高官能度多异氰酸酯6.5%,水47.34%。
