本发明公开了一种高日晒牢度分散蓝色染料，按质量份数，其组成为：组分A：4～6份，组分B：9～12份，组分C：30～32份，组分D：38～42份，组分E：8～10份；组分F：4～8份。本发明提供的分散蓝色染料，应用于超细涤纶或者其混纺织物染色，色牢度能达到4级以上，且环保要求符合OEKO-TEX？STANDARD100一类环保要求，可满足高端客户要求，符合欧洲等对环保有严格要求的地区的出口订单。

一种高日晒牢度分散蓝色染料
技术领域
本发明涉及分散染料技术领域，尤其适用于高日晒牢度的分散蓝色染料。
背景技术
随着环保事业的全球化发展，绿色产品及其消费开始成为主导国际贸易的新潮流，对环境质量的需求已成为消费者生活质量的具体目标之一，这在西方国家消费者身上体现得尤其明显。欧洲可以说是倡导环保消费品的先锋，继德国及荷兰先后禁止服装采用偶氮染料后，欧洲现正考虑要求纺织品符合OEKO-TEXSTANDARD100标准。OEKO-TEXSTANDARD100是由国际生态学研究测试协会发布的纺织品和服装生态标准，其针对染料主要内容如下：可萃取重金属、氯化苯酚、多环芳香烃、色牢度等项目
目前，普通分散蓝主要有：分散蓝79、分散蓝56、分散蓝183、分散蓝165等单支或者复配而成，此类染料存在牢度差、含有OEKO-TEXSTANDARD100的禁用物质缺陷，导致其无法用于高端环保织物的染色。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种环保、高日晒牢度分散蓝色染料。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案：一种高日晒牢度分散蓝色染料，按质量份数，其组成为：组分A：4～6份，组分B：9～12份，组分C：30～32份，组分D：38～42份，组分E：8～10份；组分F：4～8份；
所述的组分A为 的任意比混合物；
所述的组分B为 的任意比混合物；
所述的组分C为 的任意比混合物；

所述的组分E为
所述的组分F为亚甲基双荼磺酸钠。
所述的高日晒牢度分散蓝色染料，按组份，其优选组成为：组分A：4～5份，组分B：10～11份，组分C：30～31份，组分D：38～40份，组分E：9～10份；组分F：5～7份。
所述的高日晒牢度分散蓝色染料，按组份，其进一步优选组成为：组分A：5份，组分B：10份，组分C：30份，组分D：39份，组分E：10份；组分F：5份。
所述分散蓝色染料，其制备方法：按上述质量份数，将各个组分充分研磨搅拌均匀既得成品。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本发明具有如下优点和效果：本发明提供的分散蓝色染料，应用于超细涤纶或者其混纺织物染色，色牢度能达到4级以上，且环保要求符合OEKO-TEXSTANDARD100一类环保要求，可满足高端客户要求，符合欧洲等对环保有严格要求的地区的出口订单。

结合具体实施例作进一步的详细说明，使本发明的优点更为明显。应该理解，其中的内容只是用作说明，而绝非对本发明的保护范围构成限制。下列实施例中未注明具体条件的实验方法，通常按照常规条件，或按照制造厂商所建议的条件进行。
按上述配比，将各个组分充分研磨搅拌均匀既得成品；将上述实施制得的分散黑色染料进行性能测试，测试方法如下：
取该成品0.5克，分散于500克冷水中，经充分搅拌后取8mL后与32mL水混合均匀，用醋酸调节pH＝4.0，放入2克涤纶纤维进行染色，以3℃/min的升温速率升至130℃，保温30min后冷却至80℃，清洗取样，获得蓝色染织物，经过还原清洗，采用GB/T3921-1997、GB/T5718-1997、GB/T5713-1997法进行牢度测试，测试结果如下表所示：

上述测试结果表明：本发明所提供的分散蓝色染料，在涤纶纤维上经还原清洗，牢度表现优异，且有SGS检测报告，证明染料不含禁用物质。
