Abstract

本发明公开了一种电磁屏蔽混凝土,其所用原料按重量份计包括:粘结料70‑80份、碳纤维10‑15份、炭黑8‑10份、云母粉5‑10份、胶粉0.5‑0.8份、减水剂0.1‑0.3份、消泡剂0.05‑0.1份;其制备方法具体是将上述各原料与骨料混合后加水拌匀,然后浇筑到由泡沫铜构建的架构中,经养护后打磨抛光即可。所得电磁屏蔽混凝土具有较好的电磁屏蔽性能,其应用前景广泛。

本发明属于混凝土材料技术领域,具体涉及一种电磁屏蔽混凝土。
背景技术
随着无线通讯的高速发展与电子设备的广泛使用,电磁波辐射已成为一种新的社会公害。电磁辐射会影响人们的身体健康,并对周围的电子仪器造成严重干扰,使电子仪器的工作程序发生紊乱,产生错误动作,同时,电磁辐射会泄露信息,使计算机等设备的信息安全得不到保障。电磁屏蔽混凝土是通过对混凝土进行改性得到的一种能防护或遮挡电磁波的混凝土,其主要作用是对外部的电磁辐射进行反射和吸收,同时也可以防止电磁信号的泄露和外部的电磁干扰。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种电磁屏蔽混凝土,其具有较好的电磁屏蔽性能,可用于基站、微波站、高压线下建筑物等的建设,其应用前景广泛。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种电磁屏蔽混凝土,其所用原料按重量份计包括:粘结料70-80份、碳纤维10-15份、炭黑8-10份、云母粉5-10份、胶粉0.5-0.8份、减水剂0.1-0.3份、消泡剂0.05-0.1份。
所述粘结料为普通硅酸盐水泥;
所述减水剂为聚羧酸减水剂;
所述消泡剂为聚醚类消泡剂。
所述电磁屏蔽混凝土的制备方法是将粘结料、碳纤维、炭黑、云母粉、胶粉、减水剂、消泡剂与骨料混合后加水拌匀,然后浇筑到由泡沫铜构建的架构中,经养护后打磨抛光。
所述骨料的规格为2-4mm,包括彩贝、丹东玉、雨花石,其与粘结料的重量比为2.0-2.5:1;所用水与粘结料的重量比为0.3-0.35:1。
本发明的显著优点在于:本发明提供的电磁屏蔽混凝土能有效屏蔽频率为100MHz~1GHz的电磁辐射,并具有良好的装饰效果及抗开裂等性能,且其制备方法简单,可用于基站、微波站、高压线下建筑物等的建设,其应用前景广泛。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明所述的内容更加便于理解,下面结合具体实施方式对本发明所述的技术方案做进一步的说明,但是本发明不仅限于此。
所用粘结料为普通硅酸盐水泥;所用减水剂为聚羧酸减水剂;所用消泡剂为聚醚类消泡剂。
实施例1
一种电磁屏蔽混凝土,其制备方法是将70重量份粘结料、15重量份碳纤维、10重量份炭黑、10重量份云母粉、0.5重量份胶粉、0.3重量份减水剂、0.05重量份消泡剂与140重量份的彩贝(规格2-4mm)混合后,加21重量份的水拌匀,然后浇筑到由泡沫铜构建的架构中,经养护后打磨抛光。
实施例2
一种电磁屏蔽混凝土,其制备方法是将75重量份粘结料、12重量份碳纤维、9重量份炭黑、8重量份云母粉、0.6重量份胶粉、0.2重量份减水剂、0.07重量份消泡剂与165重量份的丹东玉(规格2-4mm)混合后,加24重量份的水拌匀,然后浇筑到由泡沫铜构建的架构中,经养护后打磨抛光。
实施例3
一种电磁屏蔽混凝土,其制备方法是将80重量份粘结料、10重量份碳纤维、8重量份炭黑、5重量份云母粉、0.8重量份胶粉、0.1重量份减水剂、0.1重量份消泡剂与粘200重量份的雨花石(规格2-4mm)混合后,加28重量份的水拌匀,然后浇筑到由泡沫铜构建的架构中,经养护后打磨抛光。
1. 按实施例1-3制备厚度为3.6mm的试件,然后采用Aglient HP 4291B阻抗分析仪对样品在100MHz-1GHz范围内的电磁屏蔽传输系数曲线进行扫描,其结果见表1。

由表1可以看出,本发明所得电磁屏蔽混凝土的电磁屏蔽效果较好。
2. 按实施例1-3制备厚度为120mm×50mm×15mm的试件,按照JC/T951-2005进行抗开裂性能测定,其结果见表2。

由表2可见,本发明所得电磁屏蔽混凝土具有良好的抗开裂性能。

1.一种电磁屏蔽混凝土,其特征在于:将80重量份粘结料、10重量份碳纤维、8重量份炭黑、5重量份云母粉、0.8重量份胶粉、0.1重量份减水剂、0.1重量份消泡剂与200重量份的雨花石混合后,加28重量份的水拌匀,然后浇筑到由泡沫铜构建的架构中,经养护后打磨抛光;
所述雨花石的规格为2-4mm;
所述粘结料为普通硅酸盐水泥;
所述减水剂为聚羧酸减水剂;
所述消泡剂为聚醚类消泡剂。
