本发明公开了一种高效水泥搅拌装置,包括机体(1)、安装架(2)和搅拌室(4),所述机体(1)的中心位置上设置有一安装架(2),所述安装架(2)上均匀设置有若干个旋转机构(3),每个旋转机构(3)均连接有搅拌室(4),每个搅拌室(4)的边缘均活动连接有挤压支架(5),挤压支架(5)的两端分别铰接挤压块a(6)和挤压块b(7),所述机体(1)在挤压块a(6)和挤压块b(7)相对应的位置上设置有出料板(8)。本发明结构简单,自动化程度高,采用3个搅拌室和3个出料板同步作业的方式,能够一次性完成传统搅拌机几倍的搅拌任务,大大的提高了工作效率。

一种高效水泥搅拌装置
技术领域
本发明涉及了一种自动化设备技术领域,尤其涉及了一种高效水泥搅拌装置。
背景技术
随着近几年经济的高速发展,土木建筑行业越来越热,水泥的需求量越来越大,搅拌机在化工、建筑、食品、环保等工业生产中应用广泛,从其操作的作用来看,搅拌可以促使两种或两种以上的物料相互分散,充分接触,进而达到密度场、浓度场、温度场的均匀一致。
水泥搅拌机是建筑事业的重要组成部分,主要是混合各种砂浆、物料、水泥、粘合剂的搅拌设备,广泛应用在建筑砂浆混合、腻子粉混合、干粉涂料混合等领域,水泥搅拌机的工作原理是物料经进料口进入设备,搅拌装置高速旋转搅拌,令物料全方位连续循环翻滚而快速混合,最后物料经出料口排出。现有技术的水泥搅拌机一般采用一个搅拌室进行搅拌,即使为了提高搅拌机的工作效率,会增加若干个搅拌轴来进行同步搅拌,但是多个搅拌轴搅拌的量仍然只通过一个出料口流出,因此,搅拌机的效率并没有获得预想的效果,相反,由于出料口出料较慢,反而会导致水泥集中在出料口处,容易堵塞出料口,造成一定的麻烦。
因此,为了解决上述存在的问题,本发明特提供了一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种结构简单、采用3个搅拌室和3个出料板同步作业的方式以及自动化程度高的高效水泥搅拌装置。
本发明针对上述技术缺陷所采用的技术方案是:
一种高效水泥搅拌装置,包括机体、安装架和搅拌室,所述机体的中心位置上设置有一安装架,所述安装架上均匀设置有若干个旋转机构,每个旋转机构均连接有搅拌室,每个搅拌室的边缘均活动连接有挤压支架,挤压支架的两端分别铰接挤压块a和挤压块b,所述机体在挤压块a和挤压块b相对应的位置上设置有出料板。
进一步地,所述旋转机构的数量为3个。
进一步地,每个搅拌室的中心位置上均设置有动力轴,动力轴连接螺旋搅拌器。
进一步地,每个搅拌室的边缘上均设置有出料腔。
进一步地,每个挤压支架均为拱形结构。
进一步地,所述安装架为牛头结构,安装架的中心位置上设置有连接动力设备的连接部。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,自动化程度高,采用3个搅拌室和3个出料板同步作业的方式,能够一次性完成传统搅拌机几倍的搅拌任务,大大的提高了工作效率。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示的一种高效水泥搅拌装置,包括机体1、安装架2和搅拌室4,机体1的中心位置上设置有一安装架2,安装架2上均匀设置有若干个旋转机构3,每个旋转机构3均连接有搅拌室4,每个搅拌室4的边缘均活动连接有挤压支架5,挤压支架5的两端分别铰接挤压块a6和挤压块b7,机体1在挤压块a6和挤压块b7相对应的位置上设置有出料板8。
其中,旋转机构3的数量为3个,每个搅拌室4的中心位置上均设置有动力轴9,动力轴9连接螺旋搅拌器10,每个旋转机构3驱动相应的动力轴9旋转进行搅拌,每个搅拌室4的边缘上均设置有出料腔11,便于搅拌室4内的水泥通过挤压实现出料。
另外,每个挤压支架5均为拱形结构,出料时,挤压支架5的中部受到压力会将力分散给相邻的两端口,受到力的作用的两个端口分别挤压挤压块a6、b7,从而借助力的作用实现出料。安装架2为牛头结构,安装架2的中心位置上设置有连接动力设备的连接部12。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,自动化程度高,采用3个搅拌室和3个出料板同步作业的方式,能够一次性完成传统搅拌机几倍的搅拌任务,大大的提高了工作效率。

1.一种高效水泥搅拌装置,包括机体(1)、安装架(2)和搅拌室(4),其特征在于:所述机体(1)的中心位置上设置有一安装架(2),所述安装架(2)上均匀设置有若干个旋转机构(3),每个旋转机构(3)均连接有搅拌室(4),每个搅拌室(4)的边缘均活动连接有挤压支架(5),挤压支架(5)的两端分别铰接挤压块a(6)和挤压块b(7),所述机体(1)在挤压块a(6)和挤压块b(7)相对应的位置上设置有出料板(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效水泥搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述旋转机构(3)的数量为3个。
