本发明涉及一种镗刀调整工装,其特征在于:包括刀架、调整螺栓座、调整块和镗刀,所述的调整螺栓座设于刀架上,调整块设于刀架的侧边,调整块的上部通过调节螺栓和调整螺栓座连接,所述的镗刀设于调整块的下部,调整块的侧壁和底壁上设有调节镗刀的调节螺钉,本发明能够提高镗刀调整的效率和精度,进而提高镗孔的精度。

技术领域
本发明涉及刀具工装技术领域,具体是一种用于船舶制造加工的镗刀调整工装。
背景技术
船舶制造加工过程中经常使用到镗刀,利用镗刀镗孔的时候要多次反复的对镗刀进行调整,但是镗刀的调整和测量都相对麻烦,而且调整到最后一刀时容易因为测量失误而引起镗孔的超差。因此设计一套能迅速而且精确调整到所需位置的镗刀调整工装,是提高加工精度和工作效率的需要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种能够提高镗刀调整的效率和精度,进而提高镗孔的精度的镗刀调整工装。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:提供一种镗刀调整工装,包括刀架、调整螺栓座、调整块和镗刀,所述的调整螺栓座设于刀架上,调整块设于刀架的侧边,调整块的上部通过调节螺栓和调整螺栓座连接,所述的镗刀设于调整块的下部,调整块的侧壁和底壁上设有调节镗刀的调节螺钉。
采用以上结构后,本发明镗刀调整工装通过调节螺栓调节调整块的位置,进而调整进刀量,通过调节螺钉对镗刀进行上下左右的调节,本发明能够提高镗刀调整的效率和精度,进而提高镗孔的精度,结构简单,利于安装。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例对本发明做详细的说明。
如图1所示,本发明镗刀调整工装,包括刀架1、调整螺栓座2、调整块4和镗刀6,调整螺栓座2设于刀架1上,通过内六角圆柱头螺钉固定在刀架1的上表面上,调整块4设于刀架1的侧边,调整块4的上部通过调节螺栓3和调整螺栓座2连接,镗刀6设于调整块4的下部,调整块4的侧壁和底壁上设有调节镗刀6的调节螺钉5。
本发明在具体实施时,调节螺栓3一端和调整螺栓座2连接,另一端和调整块4连接,镗刀6插入调整块4下部的孔内,孔面积略大于镗刀6的横截面积,调整块4下部的侧壁、底壁上均设有调节螺钉5,调节螺钉5也是采用内六角圆柱头螺钉,通过对镗刀6的抵压进行调节。

1.一种镗刀调整工装,其特征在于:包括刀架、调整螺栓座、调整块和镗刀,所述的调整螺栓座设于刀架上,调整块设于刀架的侧边,调整块的上部通过调节螺栓和调整螺栓座连接,所述的镗刀设于调整块的下部,调整块的侧壁和底壁上设有调节镗刀的调节螺钉。
