Abstract

本发明涉及一种治疗乳腺增生的膏药，由以下原料药制成：当归，川芎，熟地黄，甘草，香附，夏枯草，生南星，生半夏，僵蚕，全蝎，大戟，巴豆，马钱子，生地黄，白芷，连翘，木鳖子，青皮，牡蛎，皂刺，黄芪，金银花，川贝母，白芥子，大枫子，人参，白术，白芍，桃仁，红花，元胡，木香，乌药，远志，柴胡，麻黄，黄连，水蛭，赤芍，桔梗，乳香，没药，血竭，蟾酥，硇砂。制取方法：取上述原料药（乳香、没药、血竭、蟾酥、硇砂除外），加入芝麻油5-7千克，浸泡3-7天，小火熬至药渣发黑，滤渣将药油继续熬至滴油成珠，放入黄丹药膏，稍冷后再加入其它药，搅拌均匀摊布上制成膏药。本发明药效直接，使用方便。

一种治疗乳腺增生的膏药
技术领域
本发明涉及中药技术领域，具体是一种治疗乳腺增生的膏药。
背景技术
乳腺增生是一种妇科常见的疾病。表现为乳房的不同部位单发或多发地生长一些肿块，质地柔软，边界不清，可活动，常伴有不同程度的疼痛。尤其在月经前、劳累后或是生气(中医称气郁)等情绪波动时，肿块增大，疼痛加重，而在月经后肿块明显缩小，疼痛减轻。乳腺增生症有很多类型，有的完全是生理性的，不需特殊处理也可自行消退，有的则是病理性的，需积极治疗。现代医学则认为，乳腺增生的发生，是由于妇女体内的激素周期性变化所导致。当卵巢分泌的雌激素水平过高，黄体孕激素过少，或者这两者分泌不协调，就可以引起乳房中的乳腺导管上皮细胞和纤维组织增生。当前治疗方法主要分为西医疗法和中医疗法，由于对乳腺增生发生的机理和病因尚无确切了解，2010年左右西医治疗上基本为对症治疗，类似的药物产品较多，如乳块消、乳癖消、天冬素片等等，治疗效果不一。中药治疗的药方众多，但普遍治疗周期长，见效慢，而不能被广大患者所接受。
发明内容
本发明克服现有技术所存在的不足，提供一种治疗乳腺增生的膏药。
本发明的技术方案是：一种治疗乳腺增生的膏药，由以下原料药制成：当归50-60，川芎50-60，熟地黄50-60，甘草50-60，香附50-60，夏枯草80-100，生南星80-100，生半夏80-100，僵蚕50-60，全蝎50-60，大戟50-60，巴豆50-60，马钱子50-60，生地黄50-60，白芷50-60，连翘50-60，木鳖子50-60，青皮50-60，牡蛎50-60，皂刺60-70，黄芪30-40金银花40-50，川贝母30-40，白芥子30-40，大枫子70-80，人参30-40，白术30-40，白芍70-80，桃仁40-50，红花30-40，元胡30-40，木香30-40，乌药30-40，远志30-40，柴胡30-40，麻黄30-40，黄连30-40，水蛭30-40，赤芍30-40，桔梗30-40，乳香10-20，没药10-20，血竭10-20，蟾酥10-20，硇砂10-20。
制取方法：取上述重量的原料药（乳香、没药、血竭、蟾酥、硇砂除外），放入铁锅内，向锅里加入芝麻油5-7千克，浸泡3-7天，加热小火熬至药渣发黑，滤渣澄清，将澄清的药油放入锅中继续熬至滴油成珠，放入黄丹药膏，稍冷后再加入乳香、没药、血竭、蟾酥、硇砂，搅拌均匀并使全部熔化，去火毒。将药膏摊布上制成膏药，每帖重50克。
中医认为，乳腺增生发病原因多与脏腑机能失调、气血失和有关，病变脏腑责之肝脾，尤其是脾土虚弱之人或过食辛辣肥甘厚味，损伤脾土，而致脾土运化功能失常，聚湿为痰或天生性格内向，情绪压抑，好生闷气或性情急躁、动则易怒或因七情所伤，忧思过度，而致肝失疏泄，郁而成痰等，均可导致痰湿结聚，气血凝滞而形成肿块。
本发明中药各原料药的药理药效为：
当归：当归气轻而辛，故又能行血，既可通经调经，又能活络止痛，尤其适合女性使用，特别适合月经不调、痛经、血虚闭经等病证，被古人称为“妇科圣药”。
川芎：活血祛瘀；行气开郁；祛风止痛。
熟地黄：熟地黄具有补血滋阴，益精填髓的功效。
甘草：用于痈疽疮疡、咽喉肿痛等。可单用，内服或外敷，或配伍应用。痈疽疮疡，常与金银花、连翘等同用，共奏清热解毒之功。
香附：疏肝解郁，理气宽中，调经止痛。
夏枯草：夏枯草配伍当归、白芍夏枯草清肝散淤；当归、白芍养血补血。三者伍用有解肝郁、养肝血之功效用于治疗肝郁血虚所致诸症。夏枯草配伍当归、白芍夏枯草清肝散淤；当归、白芍养血补血。三者伍用有解肝郁、养肝血之功效用于治疗肝郁血虚所致诸症。
生南星：燥湿化痰，祛风止痉，散结消肿。
生半夏：燥湿化痰，降逆止呕，消痞散结；外用消肿止痛。
僵蚕：息风止痉，祛风止痛，化痰散结。
全蝎：息风镇痉，通络止痛，攻毒散结。息风镇痉，通络止痛，攻毒散结。
大戟：该品外用能消肿散结，内服能攻泻而通结滞。
巴豆：能治冷积凝滞，胸腹胀满急痛，血瘕，痰癖，泻痢，水肿，外用治喉风，喉痹，恶疮疥癣。
马钱子：《中药志》：散血热，消肿毒。治痈疽，恶疮。
生地黄：清热生津滋阴，养血。
白芷：祛风，燥湿，消肿，止痛。《本草求真》：白芷，气温力厚，通窍行表，为足阳明经祛风散湿主药。故能治阳明一切头面诸疾，如头目昏痛，眉棱骨痛，暨牙龈骨痛，面黑瘢疵者是也。且其风热乘肺，上烁于脑，渗为渊涕；移于大肠，变为血崩血闭，肠风痔瘘痈疽；风与湿热，发于皮肤，变为疮疡燥痒；皆能温散解托，而使腠理之风悉去，留结之痈肿潜消，诚祛风上达，散湿火要剂也。
连翘：　清热，解毒，散结，消肿。
木鳖子：散结消肿，攻毒疗疮。用于疮疡肿毒，乳痈，瘰疠，痔漏，干癣，秃疮。
青皮：有疏肝破气，消积化滞的功效。用于胸胁胀痛，疝气疼痛，乳癖，乳痈，食积气滞，脘腹胀痛。
牡蛎：《汤液本草》：牡蛎，入足少阴，咸为软坚之剂，以柴胡引之，故能去胁下之硬；以茶引之，能消结核；以大黄引之，能除股间肿；地黄为之使，能益精收涩、止小便，本肾经之药也。
皂刺：消毒透脓；搜风；杀虫。主痈疽肿毒；瘰疬；疮疹顽癣；产后缺乳；胎衣不下；疠风。《医学入门》：皂刺，凡痈疽未破者，能开窍；已破者能引药达疮所，乃诸恶疮癣及疠风要药也。
黄芪：有补气升阳、益卫固表之功能。黄芪不仅能扩张冠状动脉，改善心肌供血，提高免疫功能，而且能够延缓细胞衰老的进程。
金银花：金银花性寒，味甘，入肺、心、胃经，具有清热解毒、抗炎、补虚疗风的功效，主治胀满下疾、温病发热，热毒痈疡和肿瘤等症。
川贝母：《本草汇言》：贝母，开郁、下气、化痰之药也。润肺消痰，止咳定喘，则虚劳火结之证，贝母专司首剂。故配知母，可以清气滋阴；配芩、连可以清痰降火；配耆参可以行补不聚；配归、芍可以调气和营；又配连翘可解郁毒，治项下瘿核；配二陈代半夏用，可以补肺消痰、和中降火者也。以上修用，必以川者为妙。若解痈毒，破症结，消实痰，敷恶疮，又以土者为佳。然川者味淡性优，土者味苦性劣，二者以分别用。
白芥子：温肺豁痰利气，散结通络止痛。治乳痈、乳癌、乳腺疼痛、结核、痰饮咳喘，胸胁胀满疼痛，反胃呕吐，中风不语，肢体痹痛麻木，脚气，阴疽，肿毒，跌打肿痛。
大枫子：祛风燥湿，攻毒杀虫。
人参：大补元气，复脉固脱，补脾益肺，生津，安神。《别录》：“疗肠胃中冷，心腹鼓痛，胸肋逆满，霍乱吐逆，调中，止消渴，通血脉，破坚积，令人不忘。”
白术：健脾益气，燥湿利水，止汗，安胎。
白芍：白芍性凉，味苦酸，微寒，具有补血养血、平抑肝阳、柔肝止痛、敛阴止汗等功效，适用于阴虚发热、月经不调、胸腹胁肋疼痛、四肢挛急，泻痢腹痛、自汗盗汗、崩漏、带下等症。
桃仁：具有活血祛瘀，润肠通便，止咳平喘的功效。用于经闭痛经，瘕瘕痞块，肺痈肠痈，跌扑损伤，肠燥便秘，咳嗽气喘。
红花：活血通经，散瘀止痛，有助于治经闭、痛经、恶露不行、胸痹心痛、瘀滞腹痛、胸胁刺痛、跌打损伤、疮疡肿痛疗效。
元胡：用于全身各部气滞血瘀之痛，痛经，经闭，症瘕，产后瘀阻，跌扑损伤，疝气作痛。水煎服。
木香：行气止痛；调中导滞。《汤液本草》：木香，《本经》云，主气劣气不足，补也；通壅气导一切气，破也；安胎健脾胃，补也；除痃癖块，破也。与本条补破不同何也？易老以为破气之剂，不言补也。
乌药：行气止痛，温肾散寒。《药品化义》：乌药，气雄性温，故快气宣通，疏散凝滞，甚于香附。
远志：安神益智，解郁。治惊悸，健忘，梦遗，失眠，咳嗽多痰，痈疽疮肿。
柴胡：用于感冒发热，寒热往来，胸胁胀痛，月经不调，子宫脱垂，脱肛。
麻黄：其性温，味辛、微苦，有发汗散寒、宣肺平喘、利水消肿的功效。取麻黄温散寒邪的作用，配合其他相应药物可以治风湿痹痛及阴疽、痰核等证。
黄连：清热燥湿，泻火解毒。《本草分经》：大苦大寒。入心泻火，镇肝凉血，燥湿开郁，能消心窍恶血，亦泻脾火。
水蛭：破血逐瘀，通经消症瘕。该品破血力大，适用于瘀血停滞引起的经闭、肿瘤包块以及跌打肿痛等病症。
赤芍：清热凉血，散瘀止痛。用于热人营血，温毒发斑，吐血衄血，目赤肿痛，肝郁胁痛，经闭痛经，瘾瘕腹痛，跌扑损伤，痈肿疮疡。
桔梗：宣肺，利咽，祛痰，排脓。用于咳嗽痰多，胸闷不畅，咽痛，音哑，肺痈吐脓，疮疡。
乳香：用于胸痹心痛，胃脘疼痛，痛经经闭，产后瘀阻，症瘕腹痛，风湿痹痛，筋脉拘挛，跌打损伤，痈肿疮疡。
没药：散瘀定痛，消肿生肌。用于胸痹心痛，胃脘疼痛，痛经经闭．产后瘀阻，癥瘕腹痛，风湿痹痛，跌打损伤，痈肿疮疡等病症的治疗。
血竭：活血定痛，化瘀止血，敛疮生肌。用于跌打损伤，心腹瘀痛，外伤出血，疮疡不敛。
蟾酥：益气活血、强心止痛。
硇砂：主要用于消积软坚，破瘀散结。
本发明药效直接，使用方便，价格低廉。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。

典型病例
病例1：王某某，女，31岁，山东省阳谷县人，一年前发现右侧乳房有一结块，核桃大小，每在月经前胀痛，并且结块发硬，月经过后则变软，疼痛减轻，月经先后无定期，在医院被诊断为乳腺增生，经服药治疗无效，2013年10月23日来我所求中医治疗。给本发明膏药，贴于患处，2天一帖，5帖一个疗程，5帖后，症状大减，结块变软，继续用10帖，痊愈。
病例2：田某某，女，45岁，河南省台前县人，2014年10月9日来诊所治疗，主诉：因右乳不适伴乳头溢液4个月。病史：4月前无明显诱因发现右乳头溢液，每次挤压后有溢液约5至6滴淡黄色澄清液体。此后每次月经前感觉右乳不适，无乳房胀痛，无发热，无红肿，手压时减轻。在医院肿瘤科查乳腺彩超、钼靶、垂体核磁诊断为乳腺增生症，给予乳疾灵口服，口服10余天，效果不明显。给本发明膏药，贴于患处，2天一帖，20帖痊愈。
病例3：刘某某，女，36岁，山东省阳谷县人，2014年5月中旬意外发现左侧乳房有一结块，月经前胀痛，在医院做乳腺彩超、钼靶垂体核磁，最终确诊为乳腺增生症，同年5月23日来我所求中医治疗。给本发明膏药，贴于患处，2天一帖，5帖后结块变软，继续用10帖，痊愈。
病例4：王某某，女，46岁，因左侧乳房不适到医院检查，彩超显示
病例4张某，女，学生，因左乳房肿块胀痛就诊。左乳房胀憋疼痛，乳房肿块，近3个月来月经量减少色暗，经前腹部胀痛。月经先后无定期，量少紫黑有块，记忆力下降。查：神清语利，心肺腹无异常，左乳房外上象限可触及肿块，触痛明显，可活动。红外线扫描示：乳腺小叶增生。诊断：乳腺增生症。给本发明膏药，贴于患处，2天一帖，5帖一个疗程，5帖后，疼痛消失，继续用15帖，痊愈。
