流提取2次，第1次2h，第2次1.5h，合并两次提取液，过滤，收集滤液，回收乙醇，浓缩至1:2.5的流浸膏备用；（2）取当归、白术加水适量，用挥发油提墩器提取其中的挥发油，收集馏出液备用，再将上述提取挥发油后的药渣和水煮液分别收集备用；（3）取上一步药渣和处方巾剩余药材：竹节参、黄芪、大枣、枸杞、熟地、知母、野山楂、甘草加水适量浸泡，煎煮2次，

1.升白口服液，其包括以下步骤：（1）取绞股蓝200g，刺五加200g，野山楂150g，竹节参120g，苦参100g，黄芪200g，西洋参40g，大枣150g，炒自术150g，当归150g，枸杞子150g，熟地150g，知母100g，甘草77g，蔗糖180g备用；（2）取西洋参、刺五加、绞股蓝、苦参，用75％的乙醇回流提取2次，第1次2h，第2次1.5h，合并两次提取液，过滤，收集滤液，回收乙醇，浓缩至1:2.5的流浸膏备用；（2）取当归、白术加水适量，用挥发油提墩器提取其中的挥发油，收集馏出液备用，再将上述提取挥发油后的药渣和水煮液分别收集备用；（3）取上一步药渣和处方巾剩余药材：竹节参、黄芪、大枣、枸杞、熟地、知母、野山楂、甘草加水适量浸泡，煎煮2次，第1次加10倍水量，煎煮2h，第2次加8倍水量，煎煮1.5h，合并两次煎煮液，再加入第2步所得水煮液，过滤，滤液静置24h，取上清液浓缩罕总量的2／3，加入蔗糖(总量的18％)，加热煮沸5min，过滤，滤液冷藏备用；（4）取上述流浸膏、挥发油、滤液合并，加蒸馏水至1000ml，混匀，在4℃环境下过滤，滤液按10mL规格灌装，压盖，高压火菌30min即得升白口服液。
