Abstract

本发明提供了一种具有单层式束腰的拉拉裤结构，包括吸收主体和腰围，所述吸收主体包括前腰部、裆部和后腰部，所述腰围包括一体成型的弹性无纺布，所述弹性无纺布包括单层的无纺布和若干条橡筋带，所述橡筋带的宽度为2～5mm，所述橡筋带通过超声波密封复合在无纺布的表面。本发明公开的具有单层式束腰的拉拉裤结构，其改变了腰围的结构，利用超声波密封将宽度为2～5mm的橡筋带复合在无纺布的表面，相较于传统的拉拉裤的腰围减少了一层无纺布，大大降低了腰围的厚度，使得其透气性能大大提升，不容易对婴儿幼嫩的皮肤产生伤害。本发明可用于拉拉裤的生产。

Description

具有单层式束腰的拉拉裤结构
技术领域
本发明涉及纸尿裤制造技术领域，特别是一种具有单层式束腰的拉拉裤结构。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高，出现了由纸尿裤到普通内裤过渡用的拉拉裤，拉拉裤是像内裤一样为整体结构，小孩子扯不下来也不易尿湿到外面，由于拉拉裤具有携带方便，干净卫生的优点，穿着方便美观，因此婴幼儿的拉拉裤的使用也越来越广泛。
目前市场上的拉拉裤五花八门，品种繁多，但是大多数拉拉裤由于其设计以及采用的生产工艺不是很好，因此具有很多的缺陷。如图1所示，现有的拉拉裤的腰围处仍然保持像纸尿裤一般的、分别从前腰（a）和后腰（b）位延伸出翼部，然后以粘接或压接的方式对翼部进行固定。这样的加工方式使得翼部与翼部之间的连接位无可避免地变厚，在婴儿穿久了会感觉不舒服透气性很差，经常捂出汗液，容易发展成汗疹。同时，上述翼部均为两层无纺布体将橡筋线夹持在中间复合而成，由于结构的限制，其厚度难以进一步减少。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本发明提供了具有单层式束腰的拉拉裤结构，其针对腰围的结构进行改进，使之透气舒适，不容易对婴儿幼嫩的皮肤产生伤害。
本发明解决技术问题的技术方案如下：
一种具有单层式束腰的拉拉裤结构，包括吸收主体和腰围，所述吸收主体包括前腰部、裆部和后腰部，所述腰围包括一体成型的弹性连接体，所述弹性连接体包括单层的无纺布和若干条橡筋带，所述橡筋带的宽度为2～5mm，所述橡筋带通过超声波密封复合在无纺布的表面。
本发明所述弹性连接体呈长条形，其中部与后腰部固定连接，所述弹性连接体的两端均通过超声波密封与前腰部接合。
本发明所述无纺布上设有透气孔。
本发明相邻的透气孔的连线与橡筋带的夹角为45°。
本发明公开的具有单层式束腰的拉拉裤结构，其改变了腰围的结构，利用超声波密封将宽度为2～5mm的橡筋带复合在无纺布的表面，相较于传统的拉拉裤的腰围减少了一层无纺布，大大降低了腰围的厚度，使得其透气性能大大提升，不容易对婴儿幼嫩的皮肤产生伤害。本发明可用于拉拉裤的生产。

如图2所示，一种具有单层式束腰的拉拉裤结构，包括吸收主体1和腰围2，所述吸收主体包括前腰部11、裆部12和后腰部13，所述腰围2包括一体成型的弹性连接体，所述弹性连接体包括单层的无纺布21和若干条橡筋带22，所述橡筋带22的宽度为2～5mm，所述橡筋带22通过超声波密封复合在无纺布21的表面。传统腰围使用的橡筋线与无纺布接触面积较少，所以必须通过两层无纺布包裹复合，而本技术方案实用的橡筋带22具有2～5mm的宽度，通过超声波密封复合在无纺布21上能实现稳定连接，从而起到大大减少腰围2厚度的效果，提高整体透气性能。
进一步作为优选的实施方式，所述弹性连接体呈长条形，其中部与后腰部13固定连接，所述弹性连接体的两端均通过超声波密封与前腰部11接合。所述腰围2由一体成型的弹性连接体制成，能减少腰围2与吸收主体1之间的复合面积，且复合位置均处于前腰部11和后腰部13的表面，不会在两侧产生较厚的复合位，有效提高拉拉裤腰围2的透气性。使用超声波密封能减少吸收主体1和腰围2之间的复合用胶量，进一步提升透气性。
进一步作为优选的实施方式，所述无纺布21上设有透气孔23。
进一步作为优选的实施方式，相邻的透气孔23的连线与橡筋带22的夹角为45°。透气孔23的连线与橡筋带22形成夹角可以避免腰围2因打孔而容易发生撕裂。

1.一种具有单层式束腰的拉拉裤结构，包括吸收主体（1）和腰围（2），所述吸收主体包括前腰部（11）、裆部（12）和后腰部（13），其特征在于：所述腰围（2）包括一体成型的弹性连接体，所述弹性连接体包括单层的无纺布（21）和若干条橡筋带（22），所述橡筋带（22）的宽度为2～5mm，所述橡筋带（22）通过超声波密封复合在无纺布（21）的表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有单层式束腰的拉拉裤结构，其特征在于：所述弹性连接体呈长条形，其中部与后腰部（13）固定连接，所述弹性连接体的两端均通过超声波密封与前腰部（11）接合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具有单层式束腰的拉拉裤结构，其特征在于：所述无纺布（21）上设有透气孔（23）。
4.根据权利要求3所述的具有单层式束腰的拉拉裤结构，其特征在于：相邻的透气孔（23）的连线与橡筋带（22）的夹角为45°。
