Abstract
本发明实施例提供一种业务导向的处理方法和设备,其中,用户设备包括:接收模块,用于接收的网络设备发送的参数阈值;处理模块,用于在检测所述UE的当前的网络环境参数和接收的所述网络设备发送的所述参数阈值满足预先配置的协议规则时,根据获取的将业务从当前网络转向目标网络的转向规则,将所述业务从所述当前网络转向所述目标网络。通过获取转向规则,根据转向规则将不同的用户设备的业务选择性的转向目标网络,减少在同一时刻瞬间转向的目标网络的用户设备的数量,有效减轻了目标网络瞬间的负载。
