技术领域
本发明涉及一种电工铁芯片,尤其是绝缘层含铁氧体软磁材料的电工铁芯片。
背景技术
目前,公知的电工铁芯片(如硅钢片、坡莫合金片或非晶合金片)两面的绝缘层只起绝缘作用,不含导磁材料,铁芯片有效截面需由总截面减去绝缘层截面,造成有效截面减小的缺点。
发明内容
为了克服铁芯片总截面减去绝缘层截面所造成有效截面减小的缺点,本发明提出一种在绝缘材料内加入导磁绝缘材料、将加入导磁绝缘材料的绝缘材料涂覆在铁芯片两面所制造的电工铁芯片。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案
铁氧体软磁材料导磁性好但导电性差,可认为绝缘材料。将铁氧体软磁粉末加入胶状绝缘材料,将加入铁氧体软磁粉末的胶状绝缘材料涂覆在铁芯片两面,所制造的电工铁芯片两面绝缘层就具有一定导磁性能。
本发明的有益效果
含铁氧体软磁材料绝缘层既有良好绝缘性能,又有一定导磁性能,可减少绝缘层截面对电工铁芯片有效截面的减小。
具体实施方式
将铁氧体软磁粉末加入胶状绝缘材料,将加入铁氧体软磁粉末的胶状绝缘材料涂覆在铁芯片两面制成电工铁芯片。

1.一种绝缘层含铁氧体软磁材料的电工铁芯片,其特征是:所述电工铁芯片的绝缘层内含有铁氧体软磁材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的绝缘层含铁氧体软磁材料的电工铁芯片,其特征是:所述电工铁芯片为硅钢片、坡莫合金片或非晶合金片。
