Through the cooperation of the handheld scanner 3 and the computer management device 1, the state of the corresponding sewing accessory clamp is recorded in the catalog, and convenience is provided for managing the sewing accessory clamp.
The long-range scan gun 4 has the following operating modes: inventory mode, seek mode. In particular, keys or buttons (which may be in the form of hardware keys or virtual keys) for activating different modes of operation may be provided on the body of the long-range scan gun 4.
When the sewing accessory clamps need to be counted in batches, the computer management device 1 generates a counting list according to the sewing accessory clamps needing to be counted, wherein clamp IDs corresponding to all the sewing accessory clamps needing to be counted are recorded.
In the inventory mode, the long-distance scanning gun 4 acquires (may be actively acquired or passively received) an inventory list, scans the clamp information card 6 of each sewing accessory clamp to acquire a clamp ID, compares the acquired clamp ID with the clamp ID included in the inventory list, and marks the acquired clamp ID as an inventory state when the comparison result is consistent, which indicates that the sewing accessory clamp corresponding to the clamp ID has been successfully inventory. After the inventory is finished, the clamp ID which is not marked as the inventory status is marked as the inventory shortage status in the inventory list, which indicates that the sewing accessory clamp corresponding to the clamp ID is not successfully inventory, and the long-distance scanning gun 4 generates the inventory result by the inventory status or the inventory shortage status of all the clamp IDs in the inventory list and sends the inventory result to the computer management device 1, so as to inform each clamp ID which is successfully and unsuccessfully inventory.
When some sewing accessory holders need to be searched (for example, a sewing accessory holder corresponding to a holder ID in a discardable state is searched), the computer management device 1 generates a search list in which the holder IDs corresponding to all sewing accessory holders need to be searched are recorded according to the sewing accessory holders that need to be searched.
In the search mode, the long-distance scanning gun 4 acquires (may be actively acquired or passively received) a search list, acquires a clamp ID by scanning the clamp information card 6 of each sewing accessory clamp, compares the acquired clamp ID with the clamp ID included in the search list, and when the comparison result is consistent, indicates that the currently scanned clamp information card 6 is corresponding to the sewing accessory clamp to be searched, that is, the sewing accessory clamp is successfully found, at this time, the long-distance scanning gun 4 prompts a user (for example, by sound or text) to scan the warehouse ID of the warehouse where the sewing accessory clamp is currently located by using the long-distance scanning gun 4, and then the long-distance scanning gun 4 writes the scanned warehouse ID into a search message, and sends the search message to the computer management device 1. The computerized management apparatus 1 is further configured to record the warehouse ID of the currently located warehouse in the catalog corresponding to the sewing accessory clamp according to the search message, so as to specify the specific position of the sewing accessory clamp, which is convenient for subsequent management.
Considering the situation that the number of the sewing accessory clamps in the warehouse is large and the positions of the sewing accessory clamps are different, and the long-distance scanning gun 4 needs to complete fast checking and search for the sewing accessory clamps, in order to ensure that the long-distance scanning gun 4 has a high scanning speed, in a specific implementation, an ultrahigh frequency (for example, 860MHz to 920MHz) reading device which works remotely (for example, the clamp information card 6 is scanned by using the RFID technology to read the clamp ID) is built in the long-distance scanning gun 4, for example, the scanning speed is 150 to 400 tags per second, and the scanning distance is 7 to 11 meters. In a preferred embodiment, the fixture information card 6 employs a radio frequency identification tag of the type C116039, and the long-range scan gun 4 scans outdoor space to a distance of 7 meters or indoor space to a distance of 7-11 meters at a scan rate of typically 150 tags per second (up to 400 tags per second) at the selected Gen2 setting.
The fixed card reader 5 is fixedly arranged in the entrance guard area and used for scanning a clamp information card 6 of a sewing accessory clamp passing through the entrance guard area in real time to obtain a clamp ID, writing the obtained clamp ID and the time of the sewing accessory clamp passing through the entrance guard area into an access registration message, and sending the access registration message to the computer management equipment 1; the computer management device 1 is also configured to determine the area where the sewing accessory holder is located based on the entry/exit registration message, and update the area where the sewing accessory holder is located in the list of sewing accessory holders, providing convenience for subsequent management and use of the sewing accessory holder.
In order to ensure that the holder information card 6 of each sewing accessory holder is successfully scanned, a reading device (which scans the holder information card 6 by using the RFID technology to read the holder ID) with an ultra-high frequency (for example, 860MHz to 920MHz) may be built into the fixed card reader 5 to ensure that the fixed card reader has a high scanning speed, considering that the time for the sewing accessory holders to access the access area is limited and the number of sewing accessory holders to access the access area at the same time may be large.
By utilizing the sewing accessory clamp management system provided by the invention, the automatic management of the sewing accessory clamp can be realized, and the sewing accessory clamp can be rapidly put in a warehouse, scrapped, borrowed, returned, checked, searched and positioned; greatly saves the time for daily management of the sewing accessory clamp and the paper for the traditional management of manual record, thereby saving the labor and the production cost; the adjustment, maintenance, checking and position of the sewing accessory clamp can be recorded in real time, inquiry is facilitated, and operation is simple. Compared with the management technology of sewing accessory clamps by the clothing manufacturing enterprises at present, the sewing accessory clamp management system provided by the invention can obviously improve the management efficiency of the sewing accessory clamps, obviously reduce the management cost and improve the competitiveness of the clothing manufacturing enterprises.
In the specific implementation of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, an employee information card 7 (for example, a tag that records information using RFID technology) may be optionally introduced into the sewing accessory clamp management system, where the employee ID is recorded in the employee information card 7. Accordingly, when the sewing accessory clamp is managed by warehousing, scrapping, borrowing, returning, maintaining, transferring and the like, the handheld scanner 3 needs to scan the employee information cards 7 of the employees to obtain employee IDs, and the computer management device 1 records the employee IDs in the corresponding catalog so as to clarify the specific employees involved in the management. The implementation mode can further improve the management degree of the sewing accessory clamp, and is convenient for inquiry and management and clear authority and responsibility.
Example one
The embodiment is an implementation mode of the sewing accessory clamp management system provided by the invention, and mainly relates to management processes of newly purchasing, warehousing, scrapping, borrowing, returning, maintaining, transferring and the like of sewing accessory clamps.
When a sewing accessory clamp is newly purchased for warehousing, a user (such as an employee) triggers the warehousing mode of the handheld scanner 3, scans the clamp information card 6 of the sewing accessory clamp with the handheld scanner 3 to acquire a clamp ID, and scans the employee information card 7 of the employee in charge of managing the sewing accessory clamp with the handheld scanner 3 to acquire an employee ID. The handheld scanner 3 defaults to determine the time for scanning the clamp information card 6 of the sewing accessory clamp to acquire the clamp ID as the warehousing time (or the user inputs the warehousing time into the handheld scanner 3), then the handheld scanner 3 generates warehousing registration information and submits the warehousing registration information to the computer management device 1, the computer management device 1 analyzes the warehousing registration information, the sewing accessory clamp is marked as the warehousing state (indicating that the sewing accessory clamp is in the warehouse and in the available state) in a directory corresponding to the clamp ID, and the employee ID of the employee responsible for managing the sewing accessory clamp and the warehousing time are recorded in the directory.
When the sewing accessory clamp is scrapped, a user (such as an employee) triggers a scrapping mode of the handheld scanner 3, scans the clamp information card 6 of the sewing accessory clamp with the handheld scanner 3 to acquire a clamp ID, and scans the employee information card 7 of an employee in charge of managing the sewing accessory clamp with the handheld scanner 3 to acquire an employee ID. The handheld scanner 3 determines the time for scanning the clamp information card 6 of the sewing accessory clamp to obtain the clamp ID as the scrapping time by default (or the scrapping time is input into the handheld scanner 3 by a user), then the handheld scanner 3 generates a scrapping registration message and submits the message to the computer management device 1, the computer management device 1 analyzes the scrapping registration message, marks the sewing accessory clamp in a catalog corresponding to the clamp ID as a scrapping state (indicating that the sewing accessory clamp is in a warehouse and in a scrapping state), and records the employee ID of the employee responsible for managing the sewing accessory clamp and the scrapping time in the catalog.
When borrowing a sewing accessory clamp, a user (e.g., an employee) triggers the borrowing mode of the handheld scanner 3, scans the clamp information card 6 of the sewing accessory clamp with the handheld scanner 3 to obtain a clamp ID, and scans the employee information card 7 of the employee who borrowed the sewing accessory clamp with the handheld scanner 3 to obtain an employee ID. Then, the hand-held scanner 3 generates a borrowing registration message and sends the borrowing registration message to the computer management apparatus 1, and the computer management apparatus 1 analyzes the borrowing registration message, marks the sewing accessory holder as a borrowing state (indicating that the sewing accessory holder is lent out of the warehouse) in the directory corresponding to the holder ID, and records the employee ID of the employee who borrows the sewing accessory holder in the directory.
When returning the sewing accessory clamp, the user (e.g., an employee) triggers the return mode of the handheld scanner 3, scans the clamp information card 6 of the sewing accessory clamp with the handheld scanner 3 to obtain the clamp ID, and scans the employee information card 7 of the employee returning the sewing accessory clamp with the handheld scanner 3 to obtain the employee ID. Then, the hand-held scanner 3 generates a return registration message and submits the return registration message to the computer management apparatus 1, and the computer management apparatus 1 parses the return registration message, marks the sewing accessory clamp in a list corresponding to the clamp ID as a return state (indicating that the sewing accessory clamp has been returned to the warehouse and is in a usable state), and records the employee ID of the employee who returned the sewing accessory clamp in the list.
In a specific implementation, a user (e.g., a staff member) may also input a borrowing time limit into the handheld scanner 3 in the borrowing mode, then the handheld scanner 3 writes the time limit into a borrowing registration message, the computer management device 1 sets a reminding message after receiving the borrowing registration message, and if the borrowing time limit expires and the sewing accessory clamp is in the borrowing state, the computer management device 1 sends the reminding message (e.g., in the form of a prompt message or a mail, and the like, and sends the reminding message to a relevant staff member who borrows the sewing accessory clamp) to remind the relevant staff member to return the sewing accessory clamp. If the relevant employee needs to continue borrowing the sewing accessory clamp, the user (for example, the employee) can also input a renewal command (including a renewal reason and/or a renewal period) into the handheld scanner 3 in the borrowing mode, then the handheld scanner 3 sends the renewal command to the computer management device 1, and finally the computer management device 1 records the renewal reason and/or the renewal period in the catalog.
When servicing a sewing accessory clamp, a user (e.g., a worker) triggers a service mode of the handheld scanner 3, scans the clamp information card 6 of the sewing accessory clamp with the handheld scanner 3 to acquire a clamp ID at the start of service and at the end of service, respectively, and scans the worker information card 7 of the worker servicing the sewing accessory clamp with the handheld scanner 3 to acquire a worker ID. The handheld scanner 3 defaults to determine the time when the first scanning of the jig information card 6 acquires the jig ID as the maintenance start time, defaults to determine the time when the second scanning of the jig information card 6 acquires the jig ID as the maintenance end time (the maintenance start time and the maintenance end time may be input by the user into the handheld scanner 3), then the handheld scanner 3 generates a maintenance registration message and submits the maintenance registration message to the computer management device 1, the computer management device 1 analyzes the maintenance registration message, marks the sewing accessory jig in the directory corresponding to the jig ID as the maintenance completion state (indicating that the sewing accessory jig has completed the maintenance work), and records the maintenance start time and the maintenance end time in the directory.
In specific implementation, maintenance work can be scheduled regularly, and maintenance data can be collected. For example, a user adds a maintenance list in the computer management device 1, where the maintenance list may include a fixture ID corresponding to a sewing accessory fixture to be maintained and a maintenance item to be implemented, and then the computer management device 1 sends the maintenance list to the handheld scanner 3 (or the computer management device 1 sends a maintenance list download message to the handheld scanner 3 and then the handheld scanner 3 downloads the maintenance list), and after receiving the maintenance list, the handheld scanner 3 displays the fixture ID and the maintenance item in the maintenance list to assist the staff to complete the maintenance work.
When the sewing accessory clamp is mobilized, a user (such as an employee) triggers a mobilizing mode of the handheld scanner 3, the handheld scanner 3 scans the clamp information card 6 of the sewing accessory clamp to obtain a clamp ID, the handheld scanner 3 scans the employee information card 7 of the employee mobilizing the sewing accessory clamp to obtain an employee ID, the employee information card 7 of the employee who is responsible for managing the sewing accessory clamp after the scanning mobilizing is completed to obtain the employee ID, and the warehouse ID where the sewing accessory clamp is located after the scanning mobilizing is completed is scanned. The handheld scanner 3 then generates and submits a mobilisation registration message to the computerised management device 1. The computer management apparatus 1 parses the maneuver registration message, marks the sewing accessory jig in a maneuver complete state (indicating that the sewing accessory jig has completed the maneuver) in a directory corresponding to the jig ID, records in the directory a warehouse ID where the sewing accessory jig is located after the maneuver is completed for subsequent positioning and management, records in the directory an employee ID of an employee who maneuvers the sewing accessory jig, and updates in the directory an employee ID of an employee who is responsible for managing the sewing accessory jig so as to determine authority for the maneuver. In a specific implementation, the handheld scanner 3 may further record the time when the maneuver is started and the time when the maneuver is finished, and send the maneuver register message to the computerized management apparatus 1.
In particular, it may be specified which sewing accessory clamps are to be maneuvered. For example, a user (e.g., an employee) adds a deployment list in the computer management device 1, where the deployment list includes a fixture ID corresponding to a sewing accessory fixture to be deployed, a warehouse ID where the sewing accessory fixture to be deployed is located before deployment, and a warehouse ID where the deployment is located after completion, and the computer management device 1 sends the deployment list to the handheld scanner 3 (or the computer management device 1 sends a deployment list download message to the handheld scanner 3, and then the handheld scanner 3 downloads the deployment list); after the maneuver list is obtained, the worker in charge of the maneuver triggers the maneuver mode of the handheld scanner 3, and the handheld scanner 3 displays the maneuver list, so that the worker in charge of the maneuver finds the sewing accessory clamp according to the clamp ID in the sewing accessory clamp maneuver list (for example, by means of the long-distance scanning gun 4); then, the worker information card 7 of the worker (or a plurality of workers) in charge of the maneuver is scanned by the hand-held scanner 3 to acquire the worker ID and record the maneuver start time, the worker information card 7 of the worker in charge of managing the sewing accessory clamp after the maneuver is completed is scanned by the hand-held scanner 3 after the maneuver is completed to acquire the worker ID, the clamp information card 6 of the sewing accessory clamp is scanned and the maneuver end time is recorded, and finally, the maneuver registration message is generated by the hand-held scanner 3 to the computer management device 1.
In consideration of the fact that it may be inconvenient to scan the employee information cards 7 of the respective employees when the number of employees in charge of mobilizing is large, it is also possible to set a function of displaying and selecting mobilized personnel in the handheld scanner 3 in a concrete implementation. For example, in the mobilizing mode, the handheld scanner 3 displays a page containing all employee IDs in which the user can select the employee ID of the employee (or employees) responsible for the mobilization, thus eliminating the need to scan the employee information card 7 of each employee responsible for the mobilization.
In consideration of the fact that the manual list may be incorrectly implemented, a function of returning the manual list may be provided in the handheld scanner 3. For example, in the manual mode, the handheld scanner 3 displays a list-returning interface, the user can input the list-returning reason in the interface, the handheld scanner 3 sends a message containing the list-returning reason back to the computerized management device 1, the computerized management device 1 modifies the list of the manual operation, and the modified list of the manual operation is sent to the handheld scanner 3 again.
In specific implementation, in addition to executing the maneuver process according to the maneuver list generated by the computer management device 1, the staff may also complete the maneuver process by inputting a maneuver command on the handheld scanner 3. For example, in the maneuver mode, the handheld scanner 3 may receive a maneuver command input by an employee, where the maneuver command includes a fixture ID corresponding to a sewing accessory fixture to be maneuvered, an employee ID of the employee who maneuvers the sewing accessory fixture, and a warehouse ID where the sewing accessory fixture is located after the maneuver is completed; the hand-held scanner 3 uploads the deployment command to the computer management device 1; the computer management apparatus 1 is also configured to record, in a catalog, a warehouse ID where the sewing accessory clamp is located after completion of the deployment and an employee ID of an employee who deploys the sewing accessory clamp, in accordance with the deployment command.
Example two
The present embodiment is another embodiment of the sewing accessory clamp management system provided by the present invention, and mainly relates to management processes of checking and finding a sewing accessory clamp.
When the sewing accessory clamp needs to be checked, a check list is generated by the computer management device 1 and sent to the long-distance scanning gun 4 (or a check list download message is sent by the computer management device 1 to the long-distance scanning gun 4, and then the check list is downloaded by the long-distance scanning gun 4 from the computer management device 1). The user utilizes long-distance scanning rifle 4 to scan anchor clamps information card 6 of each sewing accessory anchor clamps in order to obtain anchor clamps ID, and long-distance scanning rifle 4 compares this anchor clamps ID with the anchor clamps ID that contains in the inventory list, marks this anchor clamps ID as the inventory state when the comparison result is unanimous, and after waiting to inventory, long-distance scanning rifle 4 marks the anchor clamps ID that is not marked as the inventory state as the inventory shortage state in the inventory list, and with all anchor clamps ID's in the inventory list inventory state or inventory shortage state generation inventory result send to computer management equipment 1.
In consideration of the situation that when a large number of sewing accessory clamps are checked (for example, all sewing accessory clamps belonging to the same warehouse), the clamp IDs are more and are inconvenient to be input into the checking list individually, in specific implementation, all clamp IDs corresponding to a certain warehouse ID (the warehouse ID of the warehouse which needs to be checked) can be searched in the computer management device 1, and then all the searched clamp IDs are added into the checking list.
In order to facilitate the user to view and process the inventory results uploaded by the long-distance scanning gun 4 on the computerized management apparatus 1, the computerized management apparatus 1 may be made to display the gripper IDs in the sufficient state and the insufficient state in different formats (e.g., different colors or different display areas).
When a sewing accessory holder needs to be searched, a search list is generated by the computer management device 1 and sent to the long-distance scanning gun 4 (or a search list download message is sent by the computer management device 1 to the long-distance scanning gun 4, and then the search list is downloaded by the long-distance scanning gun 4 from the computer management device 1). The user scans the clamp information card 6 of each sewing accessory clamp by using the long-distance scanning gun 4 to obtain the clamp ID, the long-distance scanning gun 4 compares the clamp ID with the clamp ID contained in the search list, when the comparison result is consistent, the warehouse ID of the warehouse where the sewing accessory clamp is currently located is scanned, the warehouse ID is written in the search message, and the search message is sent to the computer management device 1. The computerized management apparatus 1 records the warehouse ID of the current warehouse corresponding to the sewing accessory clamp in the directory by analyzing the search message, so as to subsequently locate and manage the sewing accessory clamp.
In particular, the search list may be generated according to the checking result. For example, the computer management apparatus 1 writes the fixture ID marked as the disc defect state in the inventory result into the seek list.
In specific implementation, besides completing the search process according to the search list generated by the computer management device 1, the staff can also complete the search process by inputting a search command into the long-distance scanning gun 4. For example, in the search mode, the user inputs a search command including a jig ID into the long-distance scanning gun 4, obtains the jig ID by scanning the jig information card 6 of each sewing accessory jig, compares the obtained jig ID with the jig ID included in the search command, scans the warehouse ID of the warehouse where the sewing accessory jig is currently located when the comparison result is in agreement, writes the warehouse ID in a search message, and sends the search message to the computer management device 1.
EXAMPLE III
This embodiment is another embodiment of the sewing accessory clamp management system provided by the present invention, and mainly relates to a positioning process of an area where a sewing accessory clamp is located.
In this embodiment, the fixed card reader 5 scans the jig information card 6 of the sewing accessory jig passing through the entrance guard area in real time to acquire a jig ID, writes the acquired jig ID and the time when the sewing accessory jig passes through the entrance guard area into the entrance and exit registration message, and sends the entrance and exit registration message to the computer management device 1. The computer management device 1 determines the area where the sewing accessory holder is located based on the entry/exit registration message, and updates the area where the sewing accessory holder is located in the directory.
In specific implementation, the computer management device 1 may further be configured to determine whether the area where the sewing accessory clamp is located is within a reasonable range allowed by a factory (for example, a preset certain range), and when it is determined that the area where the sewing accessory clamp is located is not within the reasonable range allowed by the factory, the computer management device 1 sends out warning information (for example, sends a timely message or a mail to a relevant employee) to remind the relevant employee of processing.
In specific implementation, the computer management device 1 may further be configured to determine whether the update condition of the area where the sewing accessory fixture is located conforms to the preconfigured area update route, and when it is determined that the update condition of the area where the sewing accessory fixture is located does not conform to the preconfigured area update route, the computer management device 1 sends out warning information (for example, sends a timely message or a mail to a relevant employee) to remind the relevant employee of performing processing. For example, according to the needs of the process line, the area pre-configured for a certain sewing accessory clamp is updated to be from the area a to the area B, and when the sewing accessory clamp device goes out of the area a and comes to a public area but does not enter the area B, which belongs to the violation operation, the computer management device 1 sends out warning information.
In specific implementation, the computer management device 1 may further be configured to determine whether the update time difference of the area where the sewing accessory fixture is located matches a pre-configured area update time difference, and when it is determined that the update time difference of the area where the sewing accessory fixture is located does not match the pre-configured area update time difference, the computer management device 1 sends out warning information (for example, sends a timely message or a mail to a relevant employee) to remind the relevant employee of performing processing. For example, according to the needs of the process line, the time difference for a region previously allocated to a sewing accessory holder to arrive at the next region within a predetermined time after the device exits from the previous region is updated, and when the sewing accessory holder device exits from the previous region and does not arrive at the next region within the predetermined time, the computer management device 1 issues a warning message.
The sewing accessory clamp management system provided by the invention realizes automatic management of sewing accessory clamps based on the RFID technology, and can quickly carry out management operations such as warehousing, scrapping, borrowing, returning, maintaining, transferring, checking, searching, positioning and the like of the sewing accessory clamps; the time for daily management of the sewing accessory clamp can be greatly saved, and the paper recorded by the traditional management manual is saved, so that the labor and the production cost are saved; furthermore, the data of warehousing, scrapping, borrowing, returning, maintaining, transferring, checking, position and the like of the sewing accessory clamp can be recorded in real time, and the sewing accessory clamp is convenient to query and simple to operate.

In one or more exemplary designs, the functions described above in connection with the embodiments of the invention may be implemented in hardware, software, firmware, or any combination of the three. If implemented in software, the functions may be stored on or transmitted over as one or more instructions or code on a computer-readable medium. Computer-readable media includes both computer storage media and communication media that facilitate transfer of a computer program from one place to another. Storage media may be any available media that can be accessed by a general purpose or special purpose computer. For example, such computer-readable media can include, but is not limited to, RAM, ROM, EEPROM, CD-ROM or other optical disk storage, magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other medium which can be used to carry or store program code in the form of instructions or data structures and which can be read by a general-purpose or special-purpose computer, or a general-purpose or special-purpose processor. Additionally, any connection is properly termed a computer-readable medium, and, thus, is included if the software is transmitted from a website, server, or other remote source via a coaxial cable, fiber optic cable, twisted pair, Digital Subscriber Line (DSL), or wirelessly, e.g., infrared, radio, and microwave. Such discs (disk) and disks (disc) include compact disks, laser disks, optical disks, DVDs, floppy disks and blu-ray disks where disks usually reproduce data magnetically, while disks usually reproduce data optically with lasers. Combinations of the above may also be included in the computer-readable medium.

Claims (10)

1. A sewing accessory clamp management system, comprising: computer management equipment, a writing device, a handheld scanner, a long-distance scanning gun, a fixed card reader and a clamp information card; the writing device, the handheld scanner, the long-distance scanning gun and the fixed card reader are all in data transmission with the computer management equipment in a wireless communication mode; the handheld scanner, the long-distance scanning gun and the fixed card reader are internally provided with reading devices for reading information by utilizing an RFID technology;
the clamp information card is a label for recording information by utilizing the RFID technology and is fixedly arranged on the sewing accessory clamp; the clamp information cards correspond to the sewing accessory clamps one by one;
the computer management equipment generates a clamp ID and a catalog which correspond to each sewing accessory clamp one by one, and sends the clamp ID to the writing device;
after receiving the clamp ID, the writing device writes the clamp ID into a clamp information card of a corresponding sewing accessory clamp by using an RFID technology;
the handheld scanner has the following working modes: a warehousing mode, a scrapping mode, a borrowing mode, a returning mode, a maintenance mode and a transferring mode; wherein,
in a warehousing mode, the handheld scanner scans a clamp information card to obtain a clamp ID, determines warehousing time, writes the obtained clamp ID and the warehousing time into a warehousing registration message, and sends the warehousing registration message to the computer management equipment; the computer management equipment is also used for marking the corresponding sewing accessory clamp as a warehousing state and recording the warehousing time in a directory corresponding to the obtained clamp ID according to the warehousing registration message;
in a scrap mode, the handheld scanner scans a clamp information card to obtain a clamp ID, determines scrap time, writes the obtained clamp ID and the scrap time into a scrap registration message, and sends the scrap registration message to the computer management equipment; the computer management equipment is also used for marking the corresponding sewing accessory clamp as a scrapped state and recording the scrapped time in a catalogue corresponding to the obtained clamp ID according to the scrapped registration message;
in the borrowing mode, the handheld scanner scans a clamp information card to acquire a clamp ID, determines borrowing registration time, writes the acquired clamp ID and the borrowing registration time into a borrowing registration message, and sends the borrowing registration message to the computer management equipment; the computer management equipment is further used for marking the corresponding sewing accessory clamp as a borrowing state and recording the borrowing registration time in a catalogue corresponding to the obtained clamp ID according to the borrowing registration message;
in a return mode, the handheld scanner scans a clamp information card to acquire a clamp ID, determines return registration time, writes the acquired clamp ID and the return registration time into a return registration message, and sends the return registration message to the computer management device; the computer management equipment is further used for marking the corresponding sewing accessory clamp in a return state and recording the return registration time in a directory corresponding to the obtained clamp ID according to the return registration message;
in a maintenance mode, the handheld scanner scans a clamp information card to obtain a clamp ID, determines maintenance starting time and maintenance ending time, writes the obtained clamp ID, the maintenance starting time and the maintenance ending time into a maintenance registration message, and sends the maintenance registration message to the computer management equipment; when the computer management device receives the maintenance registration message, marking the corresponding sewing accessory clamp as a maintenance completion state and recording the maintenance start time and the maintenance end time in a directory corresponding to the obtained clamp ID;
in the transfer mode, the handheld scanner scans a clamp information card to obtain a clamp ID, scans a warehouse ID where a sewing accessory clamp is located after transfer is completed, writes the obtained clamp ID and the warehouse ID where the sewing accessory clamp is located after transfer into a transfer registration message, and sends the transfer registration message to the computer management equipment; the computer management equipment is further used for marking the corresponding sewing accessory clamp in a catalogue corresponding to the obtained clamp ID as a movement completion state and recording the warehouse ID of the sewing accessory clamp after the movement is completed according to the movement registration message;
the long-distance scanning gun has the following working modes: checking mode and searching mode; wherein,
in an inventory mode, the long-distance scanning gun acquires an inventory list which is generated by the computer management equipment and contains clamp IDs corresponding to all sewing accessory clamps needing inventory, the clamp IDs are acquired by scanning clamp information cards of all sewing accessory clamps, the acquired clamp IDs are compared with the clamp IDs contained in the inventory list, when the comparison result is consistent, the acquired clamp IDs are marked to be in an inventory state, after the inventory is finished, the clamp IDs which are not marked to be in the inventory state are marked to be in an inventory state, and the inventory result generated by the inventory state or the inventory shortage state of all the clamp IDs in the inventory list is sent to the computer management equipment;
in a search mode, the long-distance scanning gun obtains a search list which is generated by the computer management equipment and contains clamp IDs corresponding to sewing accessory clamps to be searched, clamp IDs are obtained by scanning clamp information cards of all sewing accessory clamps, the obtained clamp IDs are compared with the clamp IDs contained in the search list, when the comparison results are consistent, warehouse IDs of warehouses where the sewing accessory clamps to be searched are currently located are scanned, the warehouse IDs of the warehouses where the warehouses are currently located are written into a search message, and the search message is sent to the computer management equipment; the computer management equipment is also used for recording the warehouse ID of the current warehouse in a catalogue corresponding to the sewing accessory clamp needing to be searched according to the searching message;
the fixed card reader is fixedly arranged in an entrance guard area and used for scanning a clamp information card of a sewing accessory clamp passing through the entrance guard area in real time to obtain a clamp ID, writing the obtained clamp ID and the sewing accessory clamp into an entrance and exit registration message in time of passing through the entrance guard area, and sending the entrance and exit registration message to the computer management equipment; the computer management device is further configured to determine an area where the sewing accessory clamp is located according to the entry and exit registration message, and update the area where the sewing accessory clamp is located in a catalog of the sewing accessory clamp.
2. The sewing accessory clamp management system of claim 1, further comprising: the employee information card records an employee ID;
in the warehousing mode, the handheld scanner is used for scanning an employee information card of an employee in charge of managing the sewing accessory clamp to acquire an employee ID and writing the acquired employee ID into the warehousing registration message; the computer management equipment is also used for recording the employee ID of the employee responsible for managing the sewing accessory clamp in a catalogue corresponding to the obtained clamp ID according to the warehousing registration message;
in the scrapping mode, the handheld scanner is used for scanning an employee information card of an employee in charge of managing the sewing accessory clamp to acquire an employee ID and writing the acquired employee ID into the scrapping registration message; the computer management equipment is also used for recording the employee ID of the employee responsible for managing the sewing accessory clamp in a catalogue corresponding to the obtained clamp ID according to the scrapping registration message;
in the borrowing mode, the handheld scanner further obtains an employee ID by scanning an employee information card of an employee who borrows the sewing accessory clamp, and writes the obtained employee ID into the borrowing registration message; the computer management equipment is also used for recording the employee ID of the employee borrowing the sewing accessory clamp in a catalogue corresponding to the obtained clamp ID according to the borrowing registration message;
in a return mode, the handheld scanner further obtains an employee ID by scanning an employee information card of an employee returning the sewing accessory clamp, and writes the obtained employee ID into the return registration message; the computer management equipment is also used for recording the employee ID of the employee returning the sewing accessory clamp in a catalogue corresponding to the obtained clamp ID according to the returning registration message;
in the maintenance mode, the handheld scanner is used for scanning and maintaining an employee information card of an employee of the sewing accessory clamp to acquire an employee ID and writing the acquired employee ID into the maintenance registration message; the computer management equipment is also used for recording the employee ID of the employee who maintains the sewing accessory clamp in a catalogue corresponding to the obtained clamp ID according to the maintenance registration message;
in the transferring mode, the handheld scanner further scans and transfers the employee information card of the employee of the sewing accessory clamp to acquire an employee ID, and after the scanning and transferring are completed, the handheld scanner is responsible for managing the employee information card of the sewing accessory clamp to acquire the employee ID and writes the acquired employee ID into the transferring registration message; and the computer management equipment is also used for recording the employee ID of the employee who mobilizes the sewing accessory clamp in a catalogue corresponding to the obtained clamp ID according to the mobilizing registration message, and updating the employee ID of the employee who is responsible for managing the sewing accessory clamp.
3. The sewing accessory clamp management system of claim 2,
in borrowing mode, the handheld scanner is further configured to accept an employee-entered period of time for borrowing the sewing accessory clamp and write the period of time into the borrowing registration message, such that the computer management device issues a reminder message upon determining that the sewing accessory clamp is in a borrowed state and that the period of time has expired; the handheld scanner receives a lending command which is input by an employee and contains a lending reason and/or a lending period, and sends the lending command to the computer management equipment;
the computer management equipment is further used for recording the lending reason and/or the lending period in a catalog corresponding to the sewing accessory clamp according to the lending command.

The sewing accessory clamp management system of claim 2, wherein the computerized management device is further configured to generate a maintenance list containing clamp IDs corresponding to sewing accessory clamps requiring maintenance and send the maintenance list to the handheld scanner; the maintenance list also comprises maintenance items required to be implemented on the sewing accessory clamp;
and the handheld scanner is also used for displaying the fixture ID and the maintenance items in the maintenance list after receiving the maintenance list.

The sewing accessory clamp management system of claim 2, wherein the computerized management device is further configured to generate a tuning list containing clamp IDs corresponding to sewing accessory clamps to be tuned, and send the tuning list to the handheld scanner; the transfer list also comprises a warehouse ID where the sewing accessory clamp needing to be transferred is located before transfer and a warehouse ID where the sewing accessory clamp needing to be transferred is located after transfer is completed;
and the handheld scanner is also used for displaying the clamp ID in the maneuvering list, the warehouse ID before the maneuvering and the warehouse ID after the maneuvering are finished after the maneuvering list is received.
6. The sewing accessory clamp management system of claim 2,
in the transfer mode, the handheld scanner is further used for receiving a transfer command input by an employee, wherein the transfer command comprises a clamp ID corresponding to a sewing accessory clamp to be transferred, an employee ID of the employee who transfers the sewing accessory clamp, and a warehouse ID where the sewing accessory clamp to be transferred is located after the transfer is completed; and uploading the mobilizing command to the computer management equipment;
and the computer management equipment is also used for recording the warehouse ID of the sewing accessory clamp after the transfer is finished and the employee ID of the employee transferring the sewing accessory clamp in a catalogue corresponding to the sewing accessory clamp according to the transfer command.
7. The sewing accessory clamp management system of claim 2, wherein the computerized management device determines a clamp ID marked as disclosable from the inventory result and writes the clamp ID marked as disclosable to the seek list.
8. The sewing accessory clamp management system of claim 2,
in the search mode, the long-distance scanning gun is further used for receiving a search command which is input by an employee and contains a clamp ID, obtaining the clamp ID by scanning a clamp information card of each sewing accessory clamp, comparing the obtained clamp ID with the clamp ID contained in the search command, scanning the warehouse ID of the current warehouse of the sewing accessory clamp corresponding to the obtained clamp ID when the comparison result is consistent, writing the warehouse ID of the current warehouse into a search message, and sending the search message to the computer management device.
9. The sewing accessory clamp management system of claim 2, wherein the computer management device is further configured to send out a warning message when the area where the sewing accessory clamp is located is judged to be out of preset regulations;
wherein, the area where the sewing accessory clamp is located does not conform to the preset regulation comprises:
the area where the sewing accessory clamp is located is not within a preset range; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the updating condition of the area where the sewing accessory clamp is located does not conform to a pre-configured area updating route; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the update time difference of the area where the sewing accessory clamp is located does not conform to the preset area update time difference.
10. The sewing accessory clamp management system of claim 1, wherein the long-range scanning gun has a scanning distance of 7-11 meters and a scanning speed of 150-400 labels per second.
