Abstract

本发明提供了一种空气净化器,包括壳体,壳体相对的侧壁上分别设有空气进口及空气出口,壳体内由空气进口到空气出口依次设有第一过滤网、第二过滤网、臭氧杀菌器、活性炭过滤网及风机,第一过滤网及第二过滤网与壳体可拆卸连接,第一过滤网孔径比第二过滤网孔径大。本发明所述的空气净化器空气净化效果好,能够有效去除空气中的粉尘等颗粒物,具有持久性好的净化效果,当使用时间久后可以及时清洗或更换第一过滤网及第二过滤网,以保证较好的净化效果,本发明还可在天气潮湿时将第一过滤网及第二过滤网取出烘干,避免细菌的滋生。

技术领域
本发明属于空气净化领域,尤其是涉及一种空气净化器。
背景技术
随着社会的快速发展,城市化进程在逐渐加快。环境问题越来越受到人们的关注,尤其是最近几年PH2.5可吸入颗粒物的概念让人们逐渐关注周围的环境安全。人们长期处于含有污染物的环境中,容易引起口、鼻、喉等慢性疾病,在家中严重的污染还会对孕妇、儿童等产生不良影响,导致头晕、恶心、呕吐、轻度中毒,甚至引起胎儿畸形等严重问题。因此,市场上出现了多种空气净化器,但是现有的空气净化器虽然在刚使用时具有较好的净化效果,但随着使用时间的增加,净化器的净化效果会明显下降,而且找厂家更换器件价格昂贵。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明旨在提出一种空气净化器,以解决现有的空气净化器随使用时间的增加净化效果急速下降的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种空气净化器,包括壳体1,所述壳体1相对的侧壁上分别设有空气进口2及空气出口3,所述壳体1内由空气进口2到空气出口3依次设有第一过滤网4、第二过滤网5、臭氧杀菌器6、活性炭过滤网7及风机8,所述第一过滤网4及第二过滤网5与所述壳体1可拆卸连接,所述第一过滤网4孔径比所述第二过滤网5孔径大。进一步的,所述第一过滤网4及所述第二过滤网5均为棉布过滤网。
进一步的,所述第一过滤网4及第二过滤网5均与所述壳体1滑动连接,所述壳体1内侧壁上设有所述第一过滤网4及第二过滤网5滑动的滑槽。
进一步的,所述第一过滤网4及第二过滤网5底端均设有密封橡胶条10。
进一步的,臭氧杀菌器6由紫外杀菌器或超声波震荡杀菌器替代。
进一步的,所述第一过滤网4及第二过滤网5底部均设有储尘槽11。
进一步的,所述壳体1底部设有万向轮9。
进一步的,所述万向轮9上设有锁紧机构。
进一步的,所述空气进口2处设有格栅。
进一步的,所述空气出口3处设有格栅。
相对于现有技术,本发明所述的空气净化器具有以下优势:
本发明所述的空气净化器空气净化效果好,能够有效去除空气中的粉尘等颗粒物,具有持久性好的净化效果,当使用时间久后可以及时清洗或更换第一过滤网及第二过滤网,以保证较好的净化效果,本发明还可在天气潮湿时将第一过滤网及第二过滤网取出烘干,避免细菌的滋生。

实施例1
如图1所示,一种空气净化器,包括壳体1,壳体1相对的侧壁上分别设有空气进口2及空气出口3,壳体1内由空气进口2到空气出口3依次设有第一过滤网4、第二过滤网5、臭氧杀菌器6、活性炭过滤网7及风机8,第一过滤网4及第二过滤网5均为棉布过滤网,第一过滤网4孔径比第二过滤网5孔径大,第一过滤网4及第二过滤网5均与壳体1滑动连接,壳体1内侧壁上设有第一过滤网4及第二过滤网5滑动的滑槽,滑槽未在图1中标出,第一过滤网4及第二过滤网5上还设有分别将其固定在滑槽上的锁紧件,锁紧件为市售的任意锁紧件即可,第一过滤网4及第二过滤网5底端均设有密封橡胶条10。
实施例2
本实施例2提供一种空气净化器,如图2所示,与实施例1不同的是本实施例中第一过滤网4及第二过滤网5底部均设有储尘槽11,臭氧杀菌器6由紫外杀菌器代替。
实施例3
本实施例3提供一种空气净化器,如图3所示,在实施例1的基础上壳体1底部设有万向轮9,万向轮9上设有锁紧机构,空气进口2处及空气出口3处均设有格栅。

1.一种空气净化器,包括壳体(1),其特征在于:所述壳体(1)相对的侧壁上分别设有空气进口(2)及空气出口(3),所述壳体(1)内由空气进口(2)到空气出口(3)依次设有第一过滤网(4)、第二过滤网(5)、臭氧杀菌器(6)、活性炭过滤网(7)及风机(8),所述第一过滤网(4)及第二过滤网(5)与所述壳体(1)可拆卸连接,所述第一过滤网(4)孔径比所述第二过滤网(5)孔径大。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述第一过滤网(4)及所述第二过滤网(5)均为棉布过滤网。
3.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述第一过滤网(4)及第二过滤网(5)均与所述壳体(1)滑动连接,所述壳体(1)内侧壁上设有所述第一过滤网(4)及第二过滤网(5)滑动的滑槽。
4.根据权利要求3所述的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述第一过滤网(4)及第二过滤网(5)底端均设有密封橡胶条(10)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其特征在于:臭氧杀菌器(6)由紫外杀菌器或超声波震荡杀菌器替代。
6.根据权利要求1、2、3、4或5任一项所述的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述第一过滤网(4)及第二过滤网(5)底部均设有储尘槽(11)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)底部设有万向轮(9)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述万向轮(9)上设有锁紧机构。
9.根据权利要求1、2、3、4、5、7或8任一项所述的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述空气进口(2)处设有格栅。
10.根据权利要求9所述的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述空气出口(3)处设有格栅。
