车前高探照灯主体连接机构,包括底盘,圆盘通过螺母固定在底盘左右两处,圆盘上垂直设有圆环,圆环内环壁设有凹槽,凹槽绕圆环呈环形连接,圆环内套有转动棒,转动棒两端卡在凹槽内转,转动棒上垂直设有连接杆,连接杆前端设有挡板,左右圆盘结构相同,左右两处的连接杆相对设置,左右挡板将照明灯卡在中间。本发明结构简单,设计合理,圆盘可转动,实现整体360°转动,配合圆环内的转动棒,可实现整个无死角转动方向,整体无螺钉连接,安装拆卸极为便捷,简单实用。

本发明涉及照明灯连接件,尤其涉及一种车前高探照灯主体连接机构。
背景技术:
现有的观光车,垃圾车等普通低速车的照明灯一般都设在高处,简单的螺纹连接,只可上下调节照明高度的,采用螺纹连接的方式在雨水腐蚀后,螺母与螺杆难以分离,无法更换,同时采用螺母连接,只可上下调节后进行固定,调节方式受限。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种车前高探照灯主体连接机构。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现。
一种车前高探照灯主体连接机构,其特征在于:包括底盘,圆盘通过螺母固定在底盘左右两处,圆盘上垂直设有圆环,圆环内环壁设有凹槽,凹槽绕圆环呈环形连接,圆环内套有转动棒,转动棒两端卡在凹槽内转,转动棒上垂直设有连接杆,连接杆前端设有挡板,左右圆盘结构相同,左右两处的连接杆相对设置,左右挡板将照明灯卡在中间。
所述的凹槽内设有两滑动块。
所述的底盘内置有磁体,可直接吸附在车前,无螺钉连接,便于移动位置。
左右挡板上下端设有绳索相连,加固卡在中间的照明灯。
本发明结构简单,设计合理,圆盘可转动,实现整体360°转动,配合圆环内的转动棒,可实现整个无死角转动方向,整体无螺钉连接,安装拆卸极为便捷,简单实用。

如图1和图2所示一种车前高探照灯主体连接机构,包括底盘1,圆盘2通过螺母固定在底盘左右两处,圆盘上垂直设有圆环3,圆环内环壁设有凹槽,凹槽绕圆环呈环形连接,圆环内套有转动棒4,转动棒两端卡在凹槽内转,转动棒上垂直设有连接杆5,连接杆前端设有挡板6,左右圆盘结构相同,左右两处的连接杆相对设置,左右挡板将照明灯卡在中间。
所述的凹槽内设有两滑动块7。
所述的底盘内置有磁体,可直接吸附在车前,无螺钉连接,便于移动位置。
左右挡板上下端设有绳索8相连,加固卡在中间的照明灯。
