本发明公开了一种稳定柜门软扣结构,包含对称设置的两个柜体组件;所述柜体组件包含门板和侧面柜板,门板铰接在侧面柜板上;所述门板和侧面柜板分别在靠近铰接处的位置上设置有柔性带体和配合槽;所述柔性带体的前部设置在配合槽中,柔性带体的前端和配合槽中分别设置有相配合的第一磁体和第二磁体;所述两个柜体组件的两个门板在相靠近的一侧上均设置有第三磁体;当门板在打开状态时,两个门板上的第三磁体分离,第一磁体与第二磁体吸合,将门板定位,便于取货;当门板在关闭状态时,第一磁体与第二磁体分离,两块门板上的第三磁体相互吸合,使整个柜体的内部空间封闭;其整体结构简单,使用方便,制造成本低,应用范围广。

本发明涉及一种结构简单、使用方便的稳定柜门软扣结构。
背景技术
在打开货柜取货时,需要将处于打开状态的柜门固定以便于取货,而现使用的具有固定效果的柜门铰链结构较为复杂,使用的型材和零部件多,安装不方便,因此,现针对这种缺陷设计一种结构简单、使用方便的稳定柜门软扣结构。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种结构简单、使用方便的稳定柜门软扣结构。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种稳定柜门软扣结构,包含对称设置的两个柜体组件;所述柜体组件包含门板和侧面柜板,门板铰接在侧面柜板上;所述门板和侧面柜板分别在靠近铰接处的位置上设置有柔性带体和配合槽;所述柔性带体的前部设置在配合槽中,柔性带体的前端和配合槽中分别设置有相配合的第一磁体和第二磁体;所述两个柜体组件的两个门板在相靠近的一侧上均设置有第三磁体;当门板在打开状态时,两个门板上的第三磁体分离,第一磁体与第二磁体吸合;当门板在关闭状态时,两个门板上的第三磁体吸合,第一磁体与第二磁体分离。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明的稳定柜门软扣结构,当门板打开时,门板带动柔性带体伸入配合槽的深处,使得柔性带体的第一磁体与配合槽中的第二磁体相靠近,当门板处于完全打开的状态时,第一磁体与第二磁体吸合,将门板定位,便于取货;当门板关闭时,两块门板上的第三磁体相互吸合,使整个柜体的内部空间封闭;其整体结构简单,使用方便,制造成本低,应用范围广。

如图1所示,本发明所述的一种稳定柜门软扣结构,包含对称设置的两个柜体组件;所述柜体组件包含门板1和侧面柜板2,门板1铰接在侧面柜板2上;所述门板1和侧面柜板2分别在靠近铰接处的位置上设置有柔性带体3和配合槽4;所述柔性带体3的前部设置在配合槽4中,柔性带体3的前端和配合槽4中分别设置有相配合的第一磁体5和第二磁体6;所述两个柜体组件的两个门板1在相靠近的一侧上均设置有第三磁体7;当门板1在打开状态时,两个门板1上的第三磁体7分离,第一磁体5与第二磁体6吸合;当门板1在关闭状态时,两个门板1上的第三磁体7吸合,第一磁体5与第二磁体6分离。

1.一种稳定柜门软扣结构,包含对称设置的两个柜体组件;所述柜体组件包含门板(1)和侧面柜板(2),门板(1)铰接在侧面柜板(2)上;其特征在于:所述门板(1)和侧面柜板(2)分别在靠近铰接处的位置上设置有柔性带体(3)和配合槽(4);所述柔性带体(3)的前部设置在配合槽(4)中,柔性带体(3)的前端和配合槽(4)中分别设置有相配合的第一磁体(5)和第二磁体(6);所述两个柜体组件的两个门板(1)在相靠近的一侧上均设置有第三磁体(7);当门板(1)在打开状态时,两个门板(1)上的第三磁体(7)分离,第一磁体(5)与第二磁体(6)吸合;当门板(1)在关闭状态时,两个门板(1)上的第三磁体(7)吸合,第一磁体(5)与第二磁体(6)分离。
