本发明公开了一种耐摩擦的新型汽车材料涂层,由以下重量份数的成份组成:硅藻土1-6份,开孔膨胀珍珠岩3-8份,3-6份润滑剂,1-9份交联改性剂,1-3份填充剂,2-4份阻燃剂,1-5份灰料,2-9份硅藻土,0.5-3.5份云母粉,1-6份羟乙基纤维素,1-2份金红石型钛白粉。本发明的有益技术效果是:本发明的摩擦材料不含对人体有害的物质,无制动噪音、磨损率低,高温制动性能稳定,减速制动平稳,成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐摩擦的新型汽车材料涂层。
背景技术
目前同内车用摩擦材料类型可分为三种:1)石棉基:其制造成本低,工艺简单,主要用于农用车和工程机械。其存在的缺点:石棉对人体有害,污染环境,高温热衰退严重,制动性能差,安全系数小,该种产品已在逐年减少。2)半金属基:具有良好的耐温性和在高温下耐衰退性能,制造成木适中,其存在的缺点:产品的硬度高、制动时有噪音,特别是低速制动或早晨放应易产生噪音,制品表面易生锈,同时腐蚀对偶件,导热系数高,当摩擦温度高于300度时,易使摩擦材料与钢片间的粘合剂分解。3)少金属基:优点是对盘鼓的攻击性较小,噪音小,存在的缺点:噪音和落灰问题仍没有解决,易锈蚀。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种耐摩擦的新型汽车材料涂层。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种耐摩擦的新型汽车材料涂层,由以下重量份数的成份组成:硅藻土1-6份,开孔膨胀珍珠岩3-8份,3-6份润滑剂,1-9份交联改性剂,1-3份填充剂,2-4份阻燃剂,1-5份灰料,2-9份硅藻土,0.5-3.5份云母粉,1-6份羟乙基纤维素,1-2份金红石型钛白粉。
本发明的有益技术效果是:本发明的摩擦材料不含对人体有害的物质,无制动噪音、磨损率低,高温制动性能稳定,减速制动平稳,成本低。
