本发明属于汽车配件领域,具体涉及一种高效防紫外线汽车贴膜。
背景技术
汽车贴膜就是贴在汽车玻璃上,用于美观、安全、隔热的膜,它作用主要是阻挡紫外线、阻隔部分热量以及防止玻璃突然爆裂导致的伤人等情况发生,同时根据太阳膜的单向透视性能,达到保护个人隐私的目的。目前市场上的普通贴膜粘结性能低,只能起到遮阳的作用,不具有防紫外线的功能。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种高效防紫外线汽车贴膜。
本发明的技术方案是:一种高效防紫外线汽车贴膜,由以下重量份数的原料组成:高密度聚乙烯3-5份、松香树脂5-7份、乙基纤维素3-5份、纳米二氧化硅3-5份、二氧化钛4-9份、纳米银0.5-1份、氧化铝5-10份、钡锌复合稳定剂2-6份、十二烷基硫酸钠0.3-0.6份、抗氧化剂0.05-0.1份、增塑剂2-5份、偶联剂1-7份、碳酸钡1-5份、钼酸钠2-5份。
与现有技术相比,本发明优点在于:耐高温、不易老化,能有效阻挡紫外线。
