本发明提出了一种黄铜浮选剂,所述黄铜浮选剂由丁黄药,月桂酸,肉豆蔻酸,马来酸酐化亚麻籽油,乙二醇乙醚,乙醇,十二烷基苯磺酸钠,偶联剂KH550与水组成,所述黄铜浮选剂的分散与捕收效果良好,选择性良好,能够高效地浮选出低品位黄铜矿中的铜。

本发明涉及浮选剂领域,特别涉及黄铜浮选剂领域。
背景技术
黄铜矿主要为铜铁硫化物,其中还含有微量金、银等物质,是分布最广的铜矿类型,也是炼铜最主要的原料,在川滇地区有集中的分布,对一般黄铜矿中铜的提取已有较成熟、稳定、高效的技术,但现有技术关于低品位的黄铜矿中铜的充分提取仍存在较大的改进空间。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种分散与捕收效果良好,选择性良好,特别针对低品位黄铜矿浮选的浮选剂。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种黄铜浮选剂,由以下组分组成:丁黄药,月桂酸,肉豆蔻酸,马来酸酐化亚麻籽油,乙二醇乙醚,乙醇,十二烷基苯磺酸钠,偶联剂KH550与水。
优选的是:按质量份,所述浮选剂包括丁黄药10~20份,月桂酸1~5份,肉豆蔻酸1~5份,马来酸酐化亚麻籽油5~7份,乙二醇乙醚10~15份,乙醇5~10份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠1~5份,偶联剂KH5501~3份,水30~50份。
上述成分主要包括用于产生疏水效果的部分、表面活性剂、稀释剂、偶联剂等,其中马来酸酐化亚麻籽油为马来酸酐与亚麻籽油反应的产物,可以为完全反应的产物,也可以为不完全反应的产物,反应可以为热聚合、自由基引发聚合、酸/碱催化聚合等各种能够使马来酸酐与亚麻籽油反应的形式。
本发明的分散与捕收效果良好,选择性良好,能够高效地浮选出低品位黄铜矿中的铜。
具体实施方式
实施例1
将丁黄药10份,月桂酸1份,肉豆蔻酸1份,马来酸酐化亚麻籽油5份,乙二醇乙醚10份,乙醇5份混合后搅拌均匀,再将十二烷基苯磺酸钠1份,偶联剂KH5501份与水30份加入其中,搅拌均匀后即得到所述的黄铜浮选剂。
实施例2
将丁黄药20份,月桂酸5份,肉豆蔻酸5份,马来酸酐化亚麻籽油7份,乙二醇乙醚15份,乙醇10份混合后搅拌均匀,再将十二烷基苯磺酸钠5份,偶联剂KH5503份与水50份加入其中,搅拌均匀后即得到所述的黄铜浮选剂。

1.一种黄铜浮选剂,其特征在于:所述浮选剂由以下组分组成:丁黄药,月桂酸,肉豆蔻酸,马来酸酐化亚麻籽油,乙二醇乙醚,乙醇,十二烷基苯磺酸钠,偶联剂KH550与水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的黄铜浮选剂,其特征在于:按质量份,所述浮选剂包括丁黄药10~20份,月桂酸1~5份,肉豆蔻酸1~5份,马来酸酐化亚麻籽油5~7份,乙二醇乙醚10~15份,乙醇5~10份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠1~5份,偶联剂KH5501~3份,水30~50份。
