众所周知，尿路感染又称泌尿系统感染，是尿路上皮对细菌侵入导致的炎症反应，通常伴随有菌尿和脓尿。尿路感染根据感染部位分为上尿路感染和下尿路感染；根据两次感染之间的关系可分为孤立或散发性感染和复发性感染，后者又可分为再感染和细菌持续存在，细菌持续存在也称为复发；根据感染发作时的尿路状态又可分为单纯性尿路感染、复杂性尿路感染及尿脓毒血症。尿路感染常多发于女性，尤其多发于性生活活跃期及绝经后女性。尿路感染的危害极大，其导致的后遗症也较多，最严重和致命的情况包括尿脓毒血症和肾功能衰竭，肾衰竭可分为急性和慢性，可逆和不可逆等，危害不容小觑。目前治疗尿路感染的药物有很多，比如抗生素、氧氟沙星、氧氟沙星等等，这类药物毒副作用强，长期效果不佳，且价格昂贵，严重影响患者的肠胃等
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术的不足，提供一种治疗尿路感染的中药，具有清热解毒、渗湿利尿、消炎止痛、益气生津之功效，使用方便，吸收效果好，无不良及毒副作用，可以和解表里、祛风退热、利尿活血，改善机体内外环境，从而治疗或减轻尿路感染的各种症状。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是：一种治疗尿路感染的中药，其特征在于由如下重量百分比的原料药制成：金钱草3～12％、大腹皮3～15％、金铁锁6～10％、马鞭草3～10％、通淋草3～10％、线叶蓟3～10％、升麻3～10％、木通5～10％、双肾子5～20％、叉歧繁缕5～15％、灯心草10～15％、鹰不扑10～15％、金樱子10～30％、萆薢6～10％、萹蓄10～30％、女贞子6～10％、地骨皮2～10％，将上述原料药用水浸泡煎熬后去渣得滤液。
本发明的有益效果是，具有清热解毒、渗湿利尿、消炎止痛、益气生津之功效，使用方便，吸收效果好，无不良及毒副作用，可以和解表里、祛风退热、利尿活血，改善机体内外环境，从而治疗或减轻尿路感染的各种症状。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述：
实施例1：
采用金钱草、大腹皮、金铁锁、马鞭草、通淋草、线叶蓟、升麻、木通、双肾子、叉歧繁缕、灯心草、鹰不扑、金樱子、萆薢、萹蓄、女贞子、地骨皮为原料药制备而成。其组分(重量％)每付为金钱草8、大腹皮10、金铁锁8、马鞭草6、通淋草5、线叶蓟6、升麻8、木通8、双肾子15、叉歧繁缕10、灯心草12、鹰不扑12、金樱子20、萆薢8、萹蓄20、女贞子8、地骨皮8。取上述17味原料药总重量为200克，将各原料药放入煎锅内，加水800～900毫升在室温下浸泡5～6小时，文火煎熬至60～80分钟，去渣得滤液150毫升左右，药渣再加入水200～300ml，煎熬20～30分钟，去渣得滤液50～70毫升，共得200～220毫升左右的药汁，即制得本发明汤剂。装入无菌玻璃瓶内，密封瓶盖备用，每日1剂分2次口服，早晚各一次，每次空腹服100～110毫升。
本发明金钱草利水通淋、清热解毒、散瘀消肿、清利湿热、沙淋、尿涩作痛；大腹皮用于湿阻气滞，脘腹胀闷，大便不爽，水肿胀满，脚气浮肿，小便不利；金铁锁除风湿，定痛，止血，祛瘀；马鞭草有凉血、散瘀、通经、清热、解毒、止痒、驱虫、消胀的功效；通淋草具有清热解毒、镇痛消炎、利尿通淋等功效；线叶蓟活血散瘀，解毒消肿。主月经不调，闭经，痛经，乳腺炎，跌打损伤，尿路感染；升麻发表透疹，清热解毒，升阳举陷；木通有利尿通淋，清心除烦，通经下乳的功效；双肾子利尿，消炎，解毒。治睾丸炎，尿路感染，虚咳，痈疽疔毒；叉歧繁缕清热凉血，通虚热。主阴虚潮热，骨蒸，结核潮热，久疟发热；灯心草用于心烦失眠，尿少涩痛，口舌生疮；鹰不扑散瘀消肿，祛风利湿；金樱子具有固精缩尿，固崩止带，涩肠止泻之功效；萆薢用于膏淋，白浊，白带过多，风湿痹痛，关节不利，腰膝疼痛；萹蓄利小便。治五淋白浊，热淋，瘀精涩闭关窍；女贞子用于肝肾阴虚的目暗不明，视力减退，须发早白，腰酸耳鸣及阴虚发热等；地骨皮凉血除蒸，清肺降火。用于阴虚潮热、骨蒸盗汗。17味中草药巧妙组方，药物相互协调作用，诸药合用，共奏尿路感染之特效。
本发明各原料还可按下表所列比例(重量百分比)混合的实施例来实现，其煎熬程序、口服方法与实施例1相同，其含量如下表所示。
下面结合我院进行的临床试验对本发明作进一步详细地描述：
1、病例选择：
选择我院确诊尿路感染患者100例临床观察，病人随机分成两组，治疗组50例，年龄11岁～56岁，病程2个月～1年。对照组50例，年龄8岁～52岁，病程1个月～2年。两组病例的病程、症状轻重程度基本一致，无显著差异，具有可比性。
2、药物选择：
治疗组服用本发明实施例一中药制剂，每日1剂分2次口服，早晚各一次，每次空腹服100～110毫升；7天为1个疗程，轻者1～2个疗程，重者3～4个疗程，或遵医嘱逐量增加。
对照组服用左氧氟沙星，口服，急性单纯性下尿路感染，一次0.1g，一日2次，疗程5～7日；复杂性尿路感染：一次0.2g，一日2次，或一次0.1g，一日3次，疗程10～14日。
3、疗效判定：
(1)治愈：尿急尿痛、排尿困难、高热恶心等症状消失。
(2)显效：上述症状有所缓解，身体恢复健康。
(3)无效：病症无变化。
4、结果：
服用本发明药物的治疗组中，治愈39例，显效9例，无效2例，总有效率96％。
对照组中治愈30例，显效8例，无效12例，总有效率76％。
典型病例举例：
孙某，男，12岁。患者因进入新环境不适应，出现尿频、尿急，1～2小时排尿一次，尿量不多，并伴有食欲不振、恶心呕吐等症状。服用本发明中药制剂1个疗程后，尿急尿频等症状明显缓解，继续服用2个疗程后，精力旺盛，身体痊愈。
马某，女，42岁。患者尿频、尿急、尿痛，膀胱区不适，尿道有烧灼感，严重时出现急迫性尿失禁。被我院确诊为尿路感染。服用本发明中药制剂2个疗程后，身体逐渐康复，尿频、尿痛等症状明显缓解，继续服用2个疗程，身体恢复健康。
邓某，女，49岁。患者近期右侧腰痛一天，伴浑身发冷，后出现右侧腰痛，伴浑身发冷，同时有尿频尿急，尿液混浊等症状，曾患有尿道炎。服用本发明中药制剂3个疗程后，疼痛等症状消失，身体痊愈。

1.一种治疗尿路感染的中药，其特征在于由如下重量百分比的原料药制成：金钱草3～12％、大腹皮3～15％、金铁锁6～10％、马鞭草3～10％、通淋草3～10％、线叶蓟3～10％、升麻3～10％、木通5～10％、双肾子5～20％、叉歧繁缕5～15％、灯心草10～15％、鹰不扑10～15％、金樱子10～30％、萆薢6～10％、萹蓄10～30％、女贞子6～10％、地骨皮2～10％，将上述原料药用水浸泡煎熬后去渣得滤液。
