Abstract
本文公开了一种用于带状元件 (T1,T2’,T2”)工作的装置(1),包括至少一由带状元件 (T1,T2’,T2”)穿过的切割站(2),适于定位和拖曳带状元件 (T1,T2’,T2”)到切割站(2)的至少一固定平面(P1)上、并且保持带状元件(T1,T2’,T2”)的边缘与固定平面(P1)的固定点(A1)相切的导向装置(3,4);置于相对固定轴(33)自由旋转的臂(31)上的至少导向装置(3,4)中的一个;所述固定轴(33)相对切割台(2)和至少导向装置(3,4)中的一个具有相同的距离。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于带状元件工作的装置。
发明内容
本发明尤其涉及一种应用于纸领域的用于生产旋转冲切模具的部件的装置,从直线或曲线钢带开始,受到沿着不同半径的直线、螺旋形或圆形的轨迹排列的单元的一系列操作。
至于旋转冲切模具,合适的带状被加工件应用在圆柱体上,其通常由木头制成,插入其侧面上的合适的裂缝。每个带状元件具有直线或曲线形状,被插入相应的裂缝中,并沿圆柱轴线或倾斜的轴排列。
用于带状元件工作的典型装置被插入包含一拖曳装置和适于切割、弯曲和标记等一系列带状工作站的冲切模中。
所述装置和工作站的位置取决于受到一系列操作的带状几何结构。
在旋转冲切模具的专业领域,用于带状元件工作的装置的主题朝两个方向发展:a)具有固定半径的旋转带的有限和排他操作的装置,每次挑选更适合用户的尺寸;b)沿着变化的甚至形成直线的半径的路径、适于定位工作装置的多轴系统排列的装置。
第一个问题的解决方案公开在WO2000061337中。
第二个问题的解决方案公开在WO2007063376中。
基于现有技术,本发明的目的在于解决一个末端具有固定半径的限制实施例,以及在另一端具有多轴实施例的复杂度。通过提供一台装配有一系列工作装置和沿着可变半径的圆形、甚至直线的轨迹放置的工作站的设备,通过调整每个装置和工作站的单一运动,可以顺应一垂直的角度以促进符合曲线带滚翻的螺旋形。
本发明的上述和其它目的和优点,将出现在以下的描述中,可从权利要求1保护的用于带状元件工作的装置中得出。本发明优选的实施例和非一般的变化是从属权利要求的主题。

参考图1、2、3,通过操作螺旋状带状元件T1得到的一直线带D1插入与圆柱体C主轴平行的一切口G1中。
通过操作螺旋状带状元件T2’, T2”得到的一曲线带D2插入裂缝G2中,并在圆柱体C的侧面上倾斜一定角度。
参照图4-7,用于带状元件T1, T2’, T2”工作的装置1包括带状元件T1, T2’, T2”穿过的至少一切割站2,适于定位和拖曳带状元件T1, T2’, T2”到所述切割站2的至少一平面P1上、并保持带状元件T1,T2, T2”的边缘与固定平面P1的一个固定点A1相切的导向装置3,4。
靠着切割站2,带状元件T2’, T2”的螺旋状轨迹可以近似为完全圆形的平面图形。
有了这种近似,所述带状元件T1, T2’, T2”被搁在固定的平面P1以及被带状元件T1, T2’, T2”追随的可能的边界上,保持带状元件T1,T2’, T2”的边缘与固定平面P1的一个固定点A1相切。
至少导向装置3,4中的一个被搁在相对于一固定轴Ⅰ33自由旋转的臂31上。
所述固定轴Ⅰ33相对于切割站2和导向装置3,4中的至少一个具有相同的距离。
所述切割站2包括沿一条与线28一致或平行或非常接近的线排列的一对侧面导板25,26,线28被搁在与带状元件T1,T2', T2"垂直的点A1经过的固定平面P1上。
至少导向装置3,4中的一个包括适于引导和可拖曳带状元件T1, T2’, T2”的连接元件35,36。所述连接元件35,36沿着线55排列,并被搁在与带状元件T1, T2', T2"垂直的固定平面P1上。
所述固定轴Ⅰ33大致垂直于平面P1,以及固定轴Ⅰ33和线28之间的距离与固定轴Ⅰ33和线55之间的距离一致。
参照附图4,5,可以阐明几何工作原理。一对从外部通用点P到圆周和切点的线段以及在两点A1和A2具有相同的长度的线段。
根据几何重建,与单一点A1相切的圆周C1,C2,C3(后者退化与直线重合)具有如下特征:从一个通用的点P出来的任意直线段的长度与点P和通用切点A1之间的长度相同,并且在与直线段的另一端一致的各自的点A2, A3, A4上总与任意C1, C2, C3相切。
参照图9和10,至少一操作站6被搁在一个相对固定轴Ⅱ65自由旋转的臂61上。
所述固定轴Ⅱ65相对于切割站2和操作站6具有相同的距离。
参照图11到13,带状元件T2’, T2”遵循一螺旋形轨迹,当与切割站2之间的距离增加时倾斜度增加。
为了更好的配合导向装置3,4以及操作站6的作用,一倾斜的接合处允许臂31,61依赖于带状元件T2’, T2”的螺旋半径去改变其自身的姿势,因而根据高或更小的曲率与必须位于和定位于平面P1上的带状部分在一起。
倾斜的接合处适于连接臂31,臂61到臂11,12上,臂11,12与包括一对倾斜表面的装置1的固定结构整合在一起。
参照图8,所述装置1包括一适用于检查臂31的角位移值的指示象限37以及一个适用于阻止和限制臂31的阻断装置38。
所述指示象限37可被用来检查臂61的角位移值。所述阻断装置38可被用来阻止和限制臂61。
参照图9,10,所述装置1可包括一执行机构,其包含一动力装置39,连接一螺旋转动系统54,或者直接连接在固定轴Ⅰ33上。
根据装置1的一个优选的构造,所述操作站6是可折叠的。
Claims (6)
1.用于带状元件(T1, T2’, T2”)工作的装置(1),包括所述带状元件(T1, T2’, T2”)穿过的至少一切割站(2),适于定位和拖曳带状元件(T1, T2’, T2”)到所述切割站(2)的至少一固定平面(P1)上、并保持带状元件(T1,T2, T2”)的边缘与固定平面(P1)的一固定点(A1)相切的导向装置(3,4),其特征在于:至少导向装置(3,4)中的一个被搁在相对于一固定轴Ⅰ(33)自由旋转的臂(31)上,所述固定轴Ⅰ(33)相对于所述切割站(2)和至少一个所述导向装置(3,4)具有相同的距离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于带状元件(T1, T2’, T2”)工作的装置(1),其特征在于:至少一操作站(6)被置于一个相对固定轴Ⅱ(65)自由旋转的臂(61)上;所述固定轴Ⅱ(65)相对于切割站(2)和操作站(6)具有相同的距离。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于带状元件(T1, T2’, T2”)工作的装置(1),其特征在于:臂(31,61)通过由连接的倾斜平面表面制成的一倾斜接合处与所述装置(1)连接。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的用于带状元件(T1, T2’, T2”)工作的装置(1),其特征在于:包括一适用于检查臂(31)的角位移值的指示象限(37)以及一个适用于阻止和限制臂(31, 61)的阻断装置(38)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用于带状元件(T1, T2’, T2”)工作的装置(1),其特征在于:包括一执行机构,其包含一动力装置(39),连接一螺旋转动系统(54),或者动力装置(39)直接沿着固定轴(33, 65) 连接,用于旋转所述臂(31, 61)。
6.根据权利要求2所述的用于带状元件(T1, T2’, T2”)工作的装置(1),其特征在于:所述操作站(6)是可折叠的。
