本发明公开了一种防蛀皮革面料，包括：前防蛀层、皮革层、后防蛀层、粘合剂四部分，所述前防蛀层通过所述粘合剂粘合于所述皮革层上侧，所述后防蛀层通过所述粘合剂粘合于所述皮革层下侧，所述前防蛀层为腈纶和亚麻的混纺布，所述皮革层为小牛皮，所述后防蛀层为氨纶和涤纶的混纺布，所述粘合剂为环氧胶。通过上述方式，本发明能够提高皮革的防蛀性能和保暖性能。

一种防蛀皮革面料
技术领域
本发明涉及皮革领域，特别是涉及一种防蛀皮革面料。
背景技术
皮革行业涵盖了制革、制鞋、皮衣、皮件、毛皮及其制品等主体行业，以及皮革化工、皮革五金、皮革机械、辅料等配套行业。上下游关联度高，依靠市场拉动，产品常青，集创汇、富民、就业为一体的特点。
中国皮革行业，经过调整优化结构，在全国已初步形成了一批专业化分工明确、特色突出、对拉动当地经济起着举足轻重作用的皮革生产特色区域和专业市场。它们的形成，奠定了中国皮革行业发展的基础。
目前市场上的各种皮革面料，品种繁多，各种类型，但是在储存安置时的防蛀性能都不是很高。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种防蛀皮革面料，能够提高皮革的防蛀性能和保暖性能。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的一个技术方案是：提供一种防蛀皮革面料，包括：前防蛀层、皮革层、后防蛀层、粘合剂四部分，所述前防蛀层通过所述粘合剂粘合于所述皮革层上侧，所述后防蛀层通过所述粘合剂粘合于所述皮革层下侧，所述前防蛀层为腈纶和亚麻的混纺布，所述皮革层为小牛皮，所述后防蛀层为氨纶和涤纶的混纺布，所述粘合剂为环氧胶。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述前防蛀层中腈纶和亚麻的成分配比为1:3。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述皮革层厚度为3mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述后防蛀层中氨纶和涤纶的成分配比为1:1。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明能够提高皮革的防蛀性能和保暖性能。

下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述，以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解，从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
本发明实施例包括：
一种防蛀皮革面料，包括：前防蛀层、皮革层、后防蛀层、粘合剂四部分，所述前防蛀层通过所述粘合剂粘合于所述皮革层上侧，所述后防蛀层通过所述粘合剂粘合于所述皮革层下侧，所述前防蛀层为腈纶和亚麻的混纺布，所述皮革层为小牛皮，所述后防蛀层为氨纶和涤纶的混纺布，所述粘合剂为环氧胶。
区别于现有技术，所述前防蛀层中腈纶和亚麻的成分配比为1:3，腈纶的性能极似羊毛,弹性较好,伸长20%时回弹率仍可保持65%，蓬松卷曲而柔软，保暖性比羊毛高15%，有合成羊毛之称。强度22.1～48.5cN/tex，比羊毛高1～2.5倍。耐晒性能优良，露天曝晒一年，强度仅下降20%，而且纤维材料具有极佳的防蛀性能，亚麻表面不像化纤和棉布那样平滑，具有生动的凹凸纹理，同时除合成纤维外，亚麻布是纺织品中最结实的一种。其纤维强度高，不易撕裂或戳破。
进一步说明，皮革层厚度为3mm，确保皮革的支撑性和保暖性。
再进一步说明，所述后防蛀层中氨纶和涤纶的成分配比为1:1，氨纶弹性优异。而强度比乳胶丝高2～3倍，线密度也更细，并且更耐化学降解。氨纶的耐酸碱性、耐汗、耐海水性、耐干洗性、耐磨性均较好；涤纶强度高、弹性好、耐磨性好、耐光性好、耐腐蚀，具有很强的防蛀性能。
本发明能够提高皮革的防蛀性能和保暖性能。

1.一种防蛀皮革面料，其特征在于，包括：前防蛀层、皮革层、后防蛀层、粘合剂四部分，所述前防蛀层通过所述粘合剂粘合于所述皮革层上侧，所述后防蛀层通过所述粘合剂粘合于所述皮革层下侧，所述前防蛀层为腈纶和亚麻的混纺布，所述皮革层为小牛皮，所述后防蛀层为氨纶和涤纶的混纺布，所述粘合剂为环氧胶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的种防蛀皮革面料，其特征在于，所述前防蛀层中腈纶和亚麻的成分配比为1:3。
3.根据权利要求1所述的种防蛀皮革面料，其特征在于，所述皮革层厚度为3mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的种防蛀皮革面料，其特征在于，所述后防蛀层中氨纶和涤纶的成分配比为1:1。
