Abstract

本发明提供一种单面导湿和光致发光的双面纺织物,包括拒水层和吸水光致发光层;所述拒水层的原料为拒水纤维,所述吸水光致发光层的原料为亲水纤维、稀土铝酸盐光致发光纤维;所述拒水层包括第一表面和与所述吸水光致发光层相接的第二表面,所述第一表面还设有多个排水通道。通过本技术方案可以使得在拒水层的水分能够穿透拒水层,被吸水光致发光层所吸收,从而保持拒水层的表面干燥;并且由于本技术方案在拒水层表面设置了排水通道,就不会导致水分聚集在局部,造成局部过于潮湿,引起导湿效果不佳的情况,因而具有优异的并且持久的单向导湿效果。

一种单面导湿和光致发光的双面纺织物
技术领域
本发明涉及针织面料技术领域,尤其涉及一种单面导湿和光致发光的双面纺织物。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高和制衣业的发展,消费者对衣物的舒适性、功能性以及外观和手感等各方面的追求越来越高。因此,生产既舒适又具有一定功能性的织物和衣物是今后纺织工业的发展趋势。
天然纤维织物,特别是纯棉织物,其舒适性和环保性深受消费者的青睐。纯棉纤维具有良好的吸湿性,但是在吸湿之后就会贴身,使穿着者感到不舒适。因此生产具有吸湿排汗和快干功能、穿着舒适、干爽、手感好的织物具有良好的实用性。
为了克服纯棉或者以棉为主要成分的混纺服装在出汗后贴身的问题,改善出汗时皮肤与衣物之间的微气候环境,近年来开发出了一系列产品。其中最为普遍的是采用化纤材料作为针织物的反面,正面采用纯棉材料。
由于现有技术的织物中反面的亲水点不是均匀分布的,所以在穿着时不能均匀地分散汗液,从而不能获得充分的舒适感和良好的外观,所以人们需要进一步改进织物的结构以获得更加有利于汗液的均匀扩散和蒸发。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种单面导湿和光致发光的双面纺织物,包括拒水层和吸水光致发光层;所述拒水层的原料为拒水纤维,所述吸水光致发光层的原料为亲水纤维、稀土铝酸盐光致发光纤维;所述拒水层包括第一表面和与所述吸水光致发光层相接的第二表面,所述第一表面还设有多个排水通道。
其中,所述排水通道由弹性纤维交织而成。
具体的,所述弹性纤维为锦纶纤维。
其中,所述排水通道的形成为长条形,在所述拒水层的第一表面纵向或横向均匀排列。
其中,所述拒水纤维为PP纤维。
其中,所述亲水纤维为天然纤维纱线。
具体的,所述天然纤维纱线为棉、毛、丝和麻纤维中的一组或其组合。
本发明的有益效果是:通过本技术方案可以使得在拒水层的水分能够穿透拒水层,被吸水光致发光层所吸收,从而保持拒水层的表面干燥;并且由于本技术方案在拒水层表面设置了排水通道,就不会导致水分聚集在局部,造成局部过于潮湿,引起导湿效果不佳的情况,因而具有优异的并且持久的单向导湿效果。这样的材料,用在衣物上能起到很好的吸湿排汗的功效,具有良好的穿衣舒适度;用在床单上能够使得床单保持干燥,提高睡眠质量,且亲水纤维和拒水纤维原料来源广且廉价有助于降低成本,使织物能适应大众化消费需求。

具体实施方式
为详细说明本发明的技术内容、构造特征、所实现目的及效果,以下结合实施方式并配合附图详予说明。
请参阅图1至图3,本实施方式提供一种单面导湿和光致发光的双面纺织物,包括拒水层1和吸水光致发光层2;所述拒水层1的原料为拒水纤维,所述吸水光致发光层2的原料为亲水纤维21、稀土铝酸盐光致发光纤维22;所述拒水层1包括第一表面和与所述吸水光致发光层2相接的第二表面,所述第一表面还设有多个排水通道11。
在本实施方式具体的实施例中,所述拒水纤维为PP纤维。拒水层1由拒水纤维——PP纤维交织而成,PP纤维具有抗菌、保暖、节能环保等性能,此外,PP纤维具有很好的穿透性,可以使得在拒水层的水分能够穿透拒水层,被吸水光致发光层所吸收,从而保持拒水层的表面干燥。这样的材料,用在衣物上能起到很好的吸湿排汗的功效,具有良好的穿衣舒适度;用在床单上能够使得床单保持干燥,提高睡眠质量。
在上述实施方式中,所述排水通道11由弹性纤维交织而成,使得本发明提供的织物具有弹性。具体的,所述弹性纤维为锦纶纤维。
在上述实施方式中,所述排水通道11的形成为长条形,在所述拒水层1的第一表面纵向或横向均匀排列。在具体的实施例中,所述排水通道11在拒水层1的第一表面纵向均匀排列形成纵向的排水系统;或是横向均匀排列形成横向的排水系统;或是纵向、横向两个方向都均匀排列,形成网状结构的排水系统。总之,排水通道11的设置,使得拒水层1呈现凹凸不平,这样,当水分与拒水层1接触的时候,就能够沿着凹陷的排水通道扩散,这样,就不会导致水分聚集在局部,造成局部过于潮湿,引起导湿效果不佳的情况。在其他实施方式中,所述排水通道11的形状还可以为多边形,均匀分布于拒水层1的第一表面。
在上述实施方式中,所述吸水光致发光层2由亲水纤维21及稀土铝酸盐光致发光纤维22交织而成。所述亲水纤维21为天然纤维纱线。具体的,所述天然纤维纱线为棉、毛、丝和麻纤维中的一组或其组合。在另外的实施方式中,所述亲水纤维21还可以为经亲水处理过的天然纤维,此处所说的“亲水处理”是指按照常规技术,使用亲水软油进行的处理,这在本领域中是很常规的技术,在此不再赘述。
综上所述,本发明的有益效果是:通过本技术方案可以使得在拒水层的水分能够穿透拒水层,被吸水光致发光层所吸收,从而保持拒水层的表面干燥;并且由于本技术方案在拒水层表面设置了排水通道,就不会导致水分聚集在局部,造成局部过于潮湿,引起导湿效果不佳的情况,因而具有优异的并且持久的单向导湿效果。这样的材料,用在衣物上能起到很好的吸湿排汗的功效,具有良好的穿衣舒适度;用在床单上能够使得床单保持干燥,提高睡眠质量,且亲水纤维和拒水纤维原料来源广且廉价有助于降低成本,使织物能适应大众化消费需求。

1.一种单面导湿和光致发光的双面纺织物,其特征在于,包括拒水层和吸水光致发光层;所述拒水层的原料为拒水纤维,所述吸水光致发光层的原料为亲水纤维、稀土铝酸盐光致发光纤维;所述拒水层包括第一表面和与所述吸水光致发光层相接的第二表面,所述第一表面还设有多个排水通道;所述排水通道的形成为长条形,在所述拒水层的第一表面纵向或横向均匀排列;
所述排水通道由弹性纤维交织而成,所述弹性纤维为锦纶纤维;
所述拒水纤维为PP纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单面导湿和光致发光的双面纺织物,其特征在于,所述亲水纤维为天然纤维纱线。
3.根据权利要求2所述的单面导湿和光致发光的双面纺织物,其特征在于,所述天然纤维纱线为棉、毛、丝和麻纤维中的一组或其组合。
