Abstract

本发明公开了一种废气净化装置,包括与废气排出口相连通的净化箱,所述净化箱内设有臭氧发生装置,净化箱在远离废气排出口处连接有排气管,所述排气管的出口处连接用于溶解臭氧的水箱,所述水箱的顶部连接排风管,所述排风管与大气相连通。本发明设置了水箱,能够溶解未反应完全的臭氧,同时可将溶解了臭氧的水作为其他消毒使用,能够减少臭氧排放,减少大气污染,避免对人体造成伤害。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种废气净化装置。
背景技术
随着国家工业的高速发展,工业生产过程中会产生大量的有毒有害的恶臭气体,如硫化氢、氨气、硫醚类、硫醇类、烃类等,如果排放到大气中的废气未能达到国家规定的排放标准,这些工业废气将会对人体的健康、农作物的生长、以及天气气候等造成极大的影响和危害。为避免上述情况的产生和恶化,国家各废气净化企业已进行了相关设备的研究和制造,旨在利用生产出的设备对工业生产中产生的大量恶臭有害气体进行高效的处理,以达到国家废气对外排放的标准。
针对上述存在的问题,目前很多企业都已研制出了自己的废气净化设备并投入生产,这些废气净化设备主要利用的是光氧催化技术,即利用高能UV光束以及其产生的臭氧对恶臭气体中的细菌进行杀灭和氧化以达到废气净化的目的。但臭氧具有强烈的刺激性,吸入过量对人体健康有一定危害。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种废气净化装置,解决现有技术中废气净化设备臭氧随意排放危害人体健康的技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种废气净化装置,包括与废气排出口相连通的净化箱,所述净化箱内设有臭氧发生装置,净化箱在远离废气排出口处连接有排气管,所述排气管的出口处连接用于溶解臭氧的水箱,所述水箱的顶部连接排风管,所述排风管与大气相连通。
所述臭氧发生装置包括固定于净化箱内的紫外灯以及二氧化钛催化剂板。
所述二氧化钛催化剂板为涂覆有二氧化钛的栅格板。
所述水箱上还设置有用于检测水中臭氧浓度的检测器,当水中臭氧浓度达到设定值时,对水箱内的水进行更换。
所述排风管的出口处设有活性炭吸附装置。
所述废气排出口处还覆盖有废气过滤网。
与现有技术相比,本发明所达到的有益效果是:设置了水箱,能够溶解未反应完全的臭氧,同时可将溶解了臭氧的水作为其他消毒使用,能够减少臭氧排放,减少大气污染,避免对人体造成伤害。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1所示,废气净化装置,包括净化箱1,净化箱1与废气排出口相连通,废气排出口处还覆盖有废气过滤网2。
净化箱1内设有臭氧发生装置,臭氧发生装置包括固定于净化箱内的紫外灯3以及二氧化钛催化剂板4,二氧化钛催化剂板4为涂覆有二氧化钛的栅格板。净化箱1在远离废气排出口处连接有排气管5,排气管5的出口处连接用于溶解臭氧的水箱6,水箱6的顶部连接排风管,排风管的出口处设有活性炭吸附装置7。水箱6上还设置有用于检测水中臭氧浓度的检测器8,当水中臭氧浓度达到设定值时,对水箱内的水进行更换。

1.一种废气净化装置,其特征在于,包括与废气排出口相连通的净化箱,
所述净化箱内设有臭氧发生装置,净化箱在远离废气排出口处连接有排气管,所述排气管的出口处连接用于溶解臭氧的水箱,所述水箱的顶部连接排风管,所述排风管与大气相连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的废气净化装置,其特征在于,所述臭氧发生装置包括固定于净化箱内的紫外灯以及二氧化钛催化剂板。
3.根据权利要求2所述的废气净化装置,其特征在于,所述二氧化钛催化剂板为涂覆有二氧化钛的栅格板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的废气净化装置,其特征在于,所述水箱上还设置有用于检测水中臭氧浓度的检测器,当水中臭氧浓度达到设定值时,对水箱内的水进行更换。
5.根据权利要求1所述的废气净化装置,其特征在于,所述排风管的出口处设有活性炭吸附装置。
6.根据权利要求1所述的废气净化装置,其特征在于,所述废气排出口处还覆盖有废气过滤网。
