技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗腰痛的药物，具体地说是一种中西药结合制剂腰痛宁胶囊，用于治疗腰椎间盘突出症，坐骨神经痛，腰肌劳损引起的腰腿酸软，肢体麻木等症状。本发明还涉及该药物的制备。
背景技术
腰椎间盘突出症是临床上较为常见的腰部疾患之一，约占外科门诊患者的五分之一，骨科门诊人数的三分之一。属中医学的“腰腿痛”、“腰脚痛”、“腰痛连膝”等范畴。发病原因主要在于腰椎间盘的退行性变化、外伤和劳损等，致使作为椎间盘主要支架的纤维环变得薄弱、甚至破裂。纤维环薄弱或破裂多位于椎间盘后方或侧后方。腰椎间盘向后方的椎管内突出，或破裂脱出，导致相邻的组织，如脊神经根、脊髓等遭受刺激或压迫，从而产生腰部疼痛、单侧或双侧下肢麻木、疼痛等临床症状，给病人带来极大的痛苦。
目前国内外基本治疗方法有：手术疗法、介入疗法、保守疗法。手术摘除突出的髓核是最有效的治疗手段，其它如推拿、牵引、理疗、口服止痛药等都只能缓解症状，而服用化学止痛药，则完全是治标不治本，无根本治疗作用。手术疗法适应症非常严格(临床上适应做手术的人群不足8％)，而且费用大、创伤大、恢复期长、易复发。传统的胶原酶溶解、臭氧注射、椎管内封等化学介入疗法，则常需患者忍受不可避免的副作用。近年来微创技术的应用虽然在减少身体创伤方面比传统手术有了较大的提高，但由于其视野小，愈后不彻底的先天缺陷，并不能获得医学界广泛认同。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种中西医结合制剂，用于腰椎间盘突出症，坐骨神经痛，腰肌劳损引起的腰腿酸软，肢体麻木等症状的治疗。
本发明的另一目的是提供该腰痛宁胶囊的制备方法。
本发明的解决方案基于祖国医学与现代医学的结合，配方中诸药协同作用，既可快速促使髓核失水萎缩，又可促使神经根周围组织水肿快速消除，双效合一，标本兼治，创新了治疗腰椎间盘突出极为方便、安全、经济的口服用药治疗方法，是非手术治疗腰椎间盘突出的重大突破。
本发明药物包括下述重量配比的原料药：

本发明所述的药物是散剂或颗粒剂，可以制成胶囊。
制备本药物的方法是：
(1)、制马钱子粉：取合格的马钱子用童便浸泡10天后，装入麻袋置流水中冲洗8小时，取出，砂炒至颜色呈棕褐色，粉碎，过筛，备用。
(2)、制枳壳粉：取合格的枳壳用童便浸泡10天后，装入麻袋置流水中冲洗8小时，取出，烘干，粉碎，过筛，备用。
(3)、制备细料部份药粉：将炮制合格的细料部份的药材，粉碎，过筛，备用。
(4)、制备提取部份的药粉：将提取部份的药材，炮制合格后，置于煎煮锅中，加水过药面，煎煮二次，合并煎液，过滤，浓缩成膏，热测密度(d)为1.30，80℃干燥后粉碎过筛，备用。
(5)、混合：将提取部分的药粉，充分混匀，细料部分的药粉，按等量递增的方法加入，过筛后，装入胶囊即得。
本发明根据祖国医学“久痛入络”、“久病入络”的认识，脉络瘀阻是病理变化之一，其治法应搜风驱邪、化瘀通络、补益肝肾。本发明方中马钱子、枳壳通络镇痛，能兴奋脊髓，改善周围神经的营养代谢，有利于消除慢性炎症；威灵仙、独活、羌活开通经络，透达关节，搜逐附筋骨之邪；麻黄、木瓜、独活、羌活祛湿散寒通络；茄子花止痛，利湿。全蝎、土鳖、僵蚕内通脏腑，外达经络，活血化瘀，引药直达病所；三七活血止痛，散瘀生新、扩张血管，改善局部循环，血竭散瘀定痛、缓解局部血管因受压而致的痉挛或不通，还能提高人体免疫力；杜仲、狗脊、淫羊藿、牛膝补肝肾，强腰膝；秋水仙碱是从中药山慈菇中提取，能对致痛的炎性介质白三烯和前列腺素的合成起抑制作用，对椎间盘突出症致痛的二羟焦磷酸盐结晶起溶解作用，抑制肥大细胞的组胺分泌，抑制炎症时白细胞释放溶酶，减轻炎性浸润和渗出，使胶原的合成和分泌物受阻，有利于粘连的形成，使神经根受压的症状及体征消失，椎间盘萎缩；甘草解毒止痛、调和百药。诸药合用，共奏活血、搜风、通络之功，使客邪祛，痹滞通，筋骨坚，肝肾充。故此方搜邪与扶正兼顾，寄养血于化瘀之中，久服无化燥伤阴之弊，切中病机，取效甚著。
发明人应用本方，治疗260例腰椎间盘突出症患者，其中治愈(腰腿痛完全消失，直腿抬高试验达70度以上，拇趾背伸力及跟腱反射恢复同健侧，能从事原来工作，活动后无其它不适)175例；显效(疼痛消失，但剧烈活动后仍有轻度不适，直腿抬高试验达70度以上，能参加原来工作)78例；有效(疼痛明显减轻，直腿抬高试验达60度，能参加轻工作)4例；无效(连续治疗3个月，症状未见改善)3例。总有效率为98.8％。

腰痛宁胶囊的制备方法：
(1)、制马钱子粉：取合格的马钱子用童便浸泡10天后，装入麻袋置流水中冲洗8小时，取出，砂炒至颜色呈棕褐色，粉碎，过80目筛，备用。
(2)、制枳壳粉：取合格的枳壳用童便浸泡10天后，装入麻袋置流水中冲洗8小时，取出，烘干，粉碎，过80目筛，备用。
(3)、制备细料部份药粉：将炮制合格的细料部份的药材，粉碎，过80目筛，备用。
(4)、制备提取部份的药粉：将提取部份的药材，炮制合格后，置于煎煮锅中，加水过药面，煎煮二次，合并煎液，过滤，浓缩成膏，热测密度(d)为1.30，80℃干燥后粉碎过80目筛，备用。
(5)、混合：将提取部分的药粉，充分混匀，细料部分的药粉，按等量递增的方法加入，过筛后，装入胶囊即得。
按以上量制成的腰痛宁胶囊，每个0.3±5％，可以服用3个月，3个月为一个疗程，口服，每天三次，每次2粒，十天内即可有明显疗效。

5.根据权利要求1所述的治疗腰痛的药物的制备方法，其特征是：
(1)、制马钱子粉：取合格的马钱子用童便浸泡10天后，装入麻袋置流水中冲洗8小时，取出，砂炒至颜色呈棕褐色，粉碎，过筛，备用。
(2)、制枳壳粉：取合格的枳壳用童便浸泡10天后，装入麻袋置流水中冲洗8小时，取出，烘干，粉碎，过筛，备用。
(3)、制备细料部份药粉：将炮制合格的细料部份的药材，粉碎，过筛，备用。
(4)、制备提取部份的药粉：将提取部份的药材，炮制合格后，置于煎煮锅中，加水过药面，煎煮二次，合并煎液，过滤，浓缩成膏，热测密度(d)为1.30，80℃干燥后粉碎过筛，备用。
(5)、混合：将提取部分的药粉，充分混匀，细料部分的药粉，按等量递增的方法加入，过筛后，装入胶囊即得。
