技术领域
本发明涉及一种非平面可剥离楔块的一种获取方法以及由此方法取得的该非平面可剥离楔块。
背景技术
目前,可剥离楔块是由一个材料层堆叠制成,其中的粘合剂层(一种聚合树脂)能够将各材料层保持在一起。然而,材料层堆叠,以及由这一堆叠获得的楔块,总是平面的,换而言之这些每一个堆叠片层都构成一个平面而且所有片层都相互平行。这类可剥离楔块被记录在例如文件FR2716938和FR2831095中。FR2831095说明了可剥离程度这一特征取决于树脂中溶剂的存在,常温下可能发生的一种预聚合反应,一种最终聚合反应在两个必需平面且平行的介质之间的压力下发生。
另一方面,还存在这样的楔块其堆叠被配置成便于在楔块不同位置实现不同厚度。这一类楔块被记录在例如文件EP2329546中。然而,这些多种厚度的楔块仍旧是其堆叠为平面的且其接触表面,因此,也是平面的楔块。

发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种方法,能够获取非平面可剥离楔块,它能够在两个接触表面并非平面的表面间锲紧固定。
为此,根据本发明,通过使用一个对应待获得的非平面可剥离楔块形状的成型模具,设计了一个非平面可剥离楔块的一种获取方法,该模具包含两个互补形状部件,为了获得可剥离堆叠,其包含以下步骤:
—实现材料层和粘合剂层交替的一个堆叠;
—通过在成型模具的两个互补形状部件之间定位堆叠将由此实现的堆叠置入模具;
—成型模具内部的粘合剂聚合;
随后以下步骤:
—聚合后堆叠的脱模;以及

额外特征:
—聚合后的堆叠构成了待获得非平面可剥离楔块的一个粗坯;
—终加工步骤包含一个对聚合后堆叠在待获得的非平面可剥离楔块的最终边缘进行机械再加工的子步骤;
—在聚合步骤之后但在脱模步骤之前,该方法包含一个(如前所述,非强制性的)在聚合后未脱模的堆叠中实现穿孔的步骤;
—待获得非平面可剥离楔块的终加工步骤在聚合后的脱模堆叠被放置在一个精加工模具中时针对待获得非平面可剥离楔块的最终边缘进行;
—聚合后堆叠在精加工模具中的定位借助与该穿孔配套的标尺实现;并且
—成型模具被配置成能够容纳一组多个堆叠,这些堆叠以成对的、两两相邻的方式被定位排列。

3.根据权利要求2所述的获取方法,其特征在于,聚合步骤之后但脱模步骤之前,该方法包含一个在聚合后未脱模堆叠中进行穿孔(6)的实现步骤,聚合后堆叠在精加工模具中的定位借助与该穿孔(6)配套的标尺(10)来实现。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的获取方法,其特征在于成型模具被配置成以便能够容纳一组几个堆叠,这些堆叠以成对的、两两彼此相邻的方式被定位排列。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的获取方法,其特征在于成型模具对应作为旋转缸一部分的待获得非平面可剥离楔块的形状。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任意一项所述的获取方法,其特征在于聚合是通过对压缩的堆叠进行焙烧而获得。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任意一项所述的获取方法,其特征在于材料层是不锈钢、低碳钢、铝、黄铜、钛或混合材料层。
8.非平面可剥离楔块是根据权利要求1至7中任意一项所述的获取方法实现的。
9.根据权利要求8所述的非平面可剥离楔块,其特征在于非平面可剥离楔块是一个旋转缸的一部分。
10.根据权利要求8或权利要求9所述的一个可剥离楔块的使用,是为了在接触表面并非平面的零件之间实现锲紧。
11.根据权利要求10所述的一个可剥离楔块的使用,是因为其中一个零件是不具有平面表面的飞机机身或者汽车车身的一部分。

Claims (14)

1.一种非平面可剥离楔块的获取方法,其包含以下步骤:
—将材料层和粘合剂层交替的一个堆叠进行压缩;
—将粘合剂聚合,以获得一个可剥离堆叠,该堆叠被压缩;
—聚合后堆叠的脱模;以及
—来自聚合后脱模堆叠的非平面可剥离楔块的终加工,其特征在于压缩和聚合是在一个对应待获得非平面可剥离楔块形状的成型模具(2、3)中执行。
2.根据权利要求1所述的获取方法,其特征在于终加工前的堆叠构成待获得非平面可剥离楔块的一个粗坯。
3.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的获取方法,其特征在于终加工步骤包含一个对待获得非平面可剥离楔块的最终边缘进行聚合后堆叠机械加工的子步骤。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的获取方法,其特征在于,聚合步骤之后但脱模步骤之前,该方法包含一个在聚合后未脱模堆叠中进行穿孔(6)的实现步骤。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的获取方法,其特征在于待获得非平面可剥离楔块的终加工步骤在聚合后堆叠被放置在侧边精加工模具(11、12)中时针对待获得非平面可剥离楔块的最终边缘,通过对所述最终边缘进行堆叠磨削来执行。
6.根据权利要求4和5所述的获取方法,其特征在于聚合后堆叠在精加工模具中的定位借助与该穿孔(6)配套的标尺(10)来实现。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任意一项所述的获取方法,其特征在于成型模具被配置成以便能够容纳一组几个堆叠,这些堆叠以成对的、两两彼此相邻的方式被定位排列。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任意一项所述的获取方法,其特征在于成型模具对应作为旋转缸一部分的待获得非平面可剥离楔块的形状。
