一种防尘式红外触摸屏框架
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种防尘式红外触摸屏框架,属于红外触摸屏用具技术领域。
背景技术:
红外线技术触摸屏由装在触摸屏外框上的红外线发射与接收感测元件构成,在屏幕表面上,形成红外线探测网,任何触摸物体可改变触点上的红外线而实现触摸屏操作。红外线式触控屏的实现原理与表面声波式触控相似,它使用的是红外线发射与接收感测元件。这些元件在屏幕表面形成红外线探测网,触控操作的物体(比如手指)可以改变触电的红外线,进而被转化成触控的坐标位置而实现操作的响应。在红外线式触控屏上,屏幕的四边排布的电路板装置有红外发射管和红外接收管,对应形成横竖交叉的红外线矩阵。
红外触摸屏是在紧贴屏幕前密布X、Y方向上的红外线矩阵,通过不停的扫描是否有红外线被物体阻挡检测并定位用户的触摸。这种触摸屏是在显示器的前面安装一个外框,外框里设计有电路板,从而在屏幕四边排布红外发射管和红外接收管,一一对应形成横竖交叉的红外线矩阵。每扫描完一圈,如果所有的红外对管通达,绿灯亮,表示一切正常。
当有触摸时,手指或其它物就会挡住经过该位置的横竖红外线,触摸屏扫描时发现并确信有一条红外线受阻后,红灯亮,表示有红外线受阻,可能有触摸,同时立刻换到另一坐标再扫描,如果再发现另外一轴也有一条红外线受阻,黄灯亮,表示发现触摸,并将两个发现阻隔的红外对管位置报告给主机,经过计算判断出触摸点在屏幕的位置。
现有的红外触摸屏框架在使用时不能实现防尘,导致屏幕上有灰尘,容易出现干扰,使用不方便。
发明内容:
针对上述问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种防尘式红外触摸屏框架。
本发明的一种防尘式红外触摸屏框架,它包含上整体框、下安装板、铜板插接槽板、铜板插接板、弹性接触片、弹簧、接触板、防尘安装板、防尘圈;上整体框下端的两侧均安装有铜板插接槽板,安装板的两端均安装有铜板插接板,两个铜板插接板的下端与防尘安装板的两端连接,铜板插接板的两侧面均安装有弹性接触片,铜板插接板的上端安装有弹簧,弹簧的上端安装有接触板,防尘圈套接在铜板接触板上且安装在下安装板的安装槽内,下安装板插接在上整体框的内部,同时铜板插接板插接在铜板插接槽板内,弹性接触片与铜板插接槽板侧面接触,接触板与铜板插接槽板的上表面接触。
作为优选,所述的弹簧的外表面套接有散热圈。
作为优选,所述的防尘安装板上设置有安装槽。
本发明的有益效果为:便于实现快速安装,且能实现防尘,使用方便,结构紧凑,使用方便。

如图1所示,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:它包含上整体框1、下安装板2、铜板插接槽板3、铜板插接板4、弹性接触片5、弹簧6、接触板7、防尘安装板8、防尘圈9;上整体框1下端的两侧均安装有铜板插接槽板3,安装板2的两端均安装有铜板插接板4,两个铜板插接板4的下端与防尘安装板8的两端连接,铜板插接板4的两侧面均安装有弹性接触片5,铜板插接板4的上端安装有弹簧6,弹簧6的上端安装有接触板7,防尘圈9套接在铜板接触板4上且安装在下安装板2的安装槽内,下安装板2插接在上整体框1的内部,同时铜板插接板4插接在铜板插接槽板3内,弹性接触片5与铜板插接槽板3侧面接触,接触板7与铜板插接槽板3的上表面接触。
进一步的,所述的弹簧6的外表面套接有散热圈。
进一步的,所述的防尘安装板8上设置有安装槽。
本具体实施方式的工作原理为:采用防尘圈9与防尘安装板8实现整体的防尘,同时采用铜板插接槽板3、铜板插接板4组成了接插器,采用弹性接触片5、弹簧6保护接触性,使得接触性好,提高了性能。
