车辆用光学结构
技术领域
本发明涉及车辆用光学结构,能够通过光学模块的小型化,呈现上下为薄形的前照灯。
背景技术
若现有投影(PROJECTION)光学系统中缩小透镜,会因未入射透镜而泄漏的光线(RAY)而导致效率的减少。因泄漏的光而在无意的地方产生光时,从而在设计上或法规上成为妨碍因素。目前的前照灯设计趋势是光学模块的小型化及上下薄形的前照灯。
但若适用薄的非球面透镜,会因泄漏到透镜外的光,形成如图1的波束图型。图1的中心出现的圆形的光是焦点光,在该焦点光的上下以半圆形出现的光是泄漏的光。这里薄的非球面透镜是指因上下截面而上下幅度比一般的半球型透镜狭窄的形态的透镜。为了防止这种泄漏的光,如图2,需要设定幅度为30度的目标(TARGET)波束图型。即,利用主镜片(PRIMARYOPTIC)而选择所需的热区(HOTZONE)及发光强度并进行相应的设计。
另外,作为镜片结构的一例,韩国专利公报第1230132号公开“一种对镜片加工部后面进行侵蚀加工而用一个LED就能使一个镜片加工部整体均匀发光的汽车用前照灯”。
发明内容
(要解决的技术问题)
为了解决前述问题,本发明的实施例提供一种车辆用光学结构,能够通过光学模块的小型化而呈现了上下为薄形的前照灯。
(解决问题的手段)
为了达成前述目的,根据本发明的实施例的车辆用光学结构包括:镜片部,由多个镜片构成;透镜,与所述镜片部形成一定间隔;及护罩,具备于所述镜片部与透镜之间,用透镜反射通过镜片的光。
并且,所述护罩的上面具备反射面,使通过镜片的光向透镜处反射。
并且,所述镜片部由3个镜片以一定间隔排列。
并且,所述透镜为非球面透镜。
并且,所述透镜是上下具备截面的半球型非球面透镜。
并且,所述镜片包括:球面曲线,具备于圆锥形态的镜片后面;引入口,具备于所述球面曲线的相反面镜片前面;及非球面曲线,具备于所述引入口内部。
并且,所述镜片的外侧面形成贝塞尔曲线。
并且,所述镜片的后面直径为20mm。
并且,所述透镜的宽度为70mm至80mm。
并且,所述镜片设置成球面曲线的中心面向透镜焦点倾斜。
并且,通过演算确定所述镜片前面中心与透镜焦点之间的距离。
并且,通过演算而算出所述镜片前面中心与透镜焦点之间的距离,并把演算值对照到表格而决定镜片的控制范围。
(发明的效果)
根据本发明的实施例的车辆用光学结构,能够实现前照灯设计趋势所要求的光学模块的小型化。
并且,能够呈现前照灯设计趋势所要求的薄形前照灯。

下面,参照附图详细说明本发明的优选实施例。首先,关于为各附图的构成要素附加参照符号,相同的构成要素标示在不同的附图上时,尽可能使用了相同的符号。并且,下面会说明本发明的优选实施例,但本发明的技术思想并不限定于此或受此限制,从业者可进行变更并以多种形式实施。
根据本发明的实施例的车辆用光学结构,为了利用薄的非球面透镜,光源60即LED前适用主镜片(PRIMARYOPTIC)而提供近光(LOWBEAM)光学系统。
图7是呈现根据本发明的优选实施例的车辆用光学结构的图。图7如图示根据本发明的实施例的车辆用光学结构包括:镜片部10;非球面透镜20,与镜片部10形成一定间隔地设置于镜片部10的后方;护罩30,设置于镜片部10与透镜20之间。
具体地说,镜片部10由3个镜片11组合构成。构成镜片部10的3个镜片11具有一定间隔地排列设置。镜片11包括:球面曲线111,具备于镜片11的后面;引入口112,具备于镜片11的前面。
镜片11是圆锥形态。球面曲线111具备于面向透镜20侧的镜片11后面。引入口112在球面曲线111的相反面镜片11的前面以下陷的形态形成。该引入口112内部形成非球面曲线113。镜片11的外侧面形成贝塞尔曲线114。光源的光根据贝塞尔曲线(BEZIERCURVE)而反射到透镜20。镜片11的球面曲线111的直径优选20mm。
透镜20是非球面透镜,与镜片部10形成间隔。透镜20的上下幅度比一般的透镜薄,上下具备截面21的半球型透镜形态。透镜20的宽度为70mm至80mm。截面21由平面构成。根据截面21,能够呈现薄的非球面透镜20。
护罩30是反射光的反射型护罩(SHIELD)。护罩30设置于镜片部10与透镜20之间的透镜焦点40上。该护罩30把通过镜片部10的光反射到透镜20。护罩30的上面具备反射面31,使光反射到透镜20。反射面为平面。
下面说明根据本发明的实施例的车辆用光学结构的设计过程。
图3是呈现镜片部为一个镜片时的车辆用光学结构的图。图3如图示,约束主(PRIMARY)镜片10的角度形状,使光能够进到具有上下截面21的薄的非球面透镜20。如图3所示,能够造出通过非球面曲线113与球面曲线111直入的光。光通过非球面透镜20后自然地扩散。通过贝塞尔曲线114与球面曲线111,能够用透镜焦点40聚光。这种光学结构能够提高热区的发光强度,能够阻隔泄漏到非球面透镜20外的光。
图4是呈现根据图3的波束图型的图。图4如图示,如图3的光学结构中,形成幅度为10度的波束图型。如所述,发散角存在10度左右的局限,为具有30度幅度的目标波束图型,需要3个镜片11。因此,若各镜片的尺寸(镜片后面直径)超过20mm,光学系统结构上很难呈现波束图型。而且,设计时要考虑非球面透镜20宽度为70mm至80mm,透镜间的间隔距离及尺寸。
图5是呈现适用根据图4的光阻隔型护罩的图。图5是为形成阻隔(CUTOFF)而在透镜焦点40设置光阻隔型护罩50的光学结构。
图6是呈现根据图5的波束图型的图。如图6所图示,能够确认到光被光阻隔型护罩50而阻隔而效率减少。
图7是已解决图3至6的设计过程中的技术问题的,根据本发明的实施例的车辆用光学结构。如图7,为呈现幅度30度的目标波束图型,镜片部10由3个镜片11组合构成。并且,透镜焦点40上设有反射型护罩30。
图8是呈现根据图7的波束图型的图。如图8所图示,能够确认已形成图7的光学结构所需的幅度30度的目标波束图型。
图9是用于根据本发明的优选实施例的镜片与透镜焦点之间关系的约束条件的表格。图10是用于根据本发明的优选实施例的镜片与透镜焦点之间关系的约束条件的结构图。
根据图9、10,约束镜片11的角度形状,使得光能够进入非球面的透镜20。
决定非球面透镜的使用高度后,从相应非球面透镜的焦点距离L1之间的关系中可知x+y的值。y是与非球面透镜的焦点面之间的角度,将该角度从1度开始任意增加并代入而找到数值。这时,y应大于或等于x。若y小于x,会产生被护罩遮挡的光。
根据三角函数,能够知道X,Y坐标值与镜片的倾斜角度。这里,整个光学系统存在局限。即,车灯内空间存在局限,一般长度方向的局限在类似范围内决定。
因此,X坐标值限定为65mm。在图9的表格中用粗线表示的区域内,才能控制镜片。若脱离该范围,效率将减少或因泄漏的光而导致坏结果。镜片根据X、Y及y值限定。
最终,总光学系统长度180mm、透镜厚度25mm、L1为45、散热板70厚度为45mm、使用的长度115mm、可使用的长度在65mm以内,透镜使用高度(焦点基准)20mm、x+y=23.96249。
图10的X、Y坐标值与镜片的倾斜角度根据如下三角函数计算。

1.一种车辆用光学结构,包括:
镜片部,由多个镜片构成;
透镜,与所述镜片部形成一定间隔;及
护罩,具备于所述镜片部与透镜之间,用透镜反射通过镜片的光。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用光学结构,其特征在于,
所述护罩的上面具备反射面,使通过镜片的光向透镜处反射。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用光学结构,其特征在于,
所述镜片部,
所述镜片部由3个镜片以一定间隔排列。
4.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用光学结构,其特征在于,
所述透镜为非球面透镜。
5.根据权利要求4所述的车辆用光学结构,其特征在于,
所述透镜是上下具备截面的半球型非球面透镜。
6.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用光学结构,其特征在于,
所述镜片,包括:
球面曲线,具备于圆锥形态的镜片后面;
引入口,具备于所述球面曲线的相反面镜片前面;及
非球面曲线,具备于所述引入口内部。
7.根据权利要求6所述的车辆用光学结构,其特征在于,
所述镜片的外侧面形成贝塞尔曲线。
8.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用光学结构,其特征在于,
所述镜片的后面直径为20mm。
9.根据权利要求5所述的车辆用光学结构,其特征在于,
所述透镜的宽度为70mm至80mm。
10.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用光学结构,其特征在于,
所述镜片设置成球面曲线的中心面向透镜焦点倾斜。
11.根据权利要求6所述的车辆用光学结构,其特征在于,
