冷却富烃馏分的方法
本发明涉及冷却富烃馏分,特别是天然气的方法。
为了液化富烃气体馏分特别是天然气,在所采用的方法中,利用气体的做功膨胀(work-producingexpansion)产生制冷。为了增大热力学效率从而降低单位能量消耗,可以使用多于一个的膨胀涡轮。被称作“多膨胀器方法”的共同特征是各自供应仅仅通过由做功膨胀冷却的气流的显热的最大制冷(最低制冷剂温度),以及通过使用至少一个另外的膨胀涡轮在较低温度水平下供应全部所需制冷功效的主要部分。这种膨胀器方法已经被例如美国专利5768912以及美国专利6412302公开,美国专利5768912公开了所谓双N2的膨胀器方法,美国专利6412302公开了称之为N2-CH4的膨胀器方法。
膨胀器在最低温度水平下运行,然而,在这种情况下对全部制冷功效的贡献只有大约25%,典型地少于20%。因此,如果使用多于两个膨胀器,大部分冷却工作取决于一个或多个温膨胀器。

根据本发明的冷却富烃馏分的方法现在同样具有温膨胀器和冷膨胀器,其中制冷剂支流做功膨胀。然而,相比于现有技术的方法,冷膨胀器不再用于产生最大制冷。结果是,冷膨胀器的运行点以这样的方式变化,即现在两个膨胀器的制冷功效在40/60至60/40之间的所需比例中。在膨胀器的给定最大尺寸下,相比于现有技术的方法,这样可以增大设备容量而无需使用并列的膨胀器。
根据本发明的方法的更有利的实施方案,除氮气和甲烷以外,包含至少一种选自CO、Ar、O2、Kr、Xe、C2H4和C2H6的其他组分的混合物用作制冷剂,其中氮气以至少50mol%,优选至少60mol%的浓度存在,并且甲烷以至少10mol%,优选至少20mol%的浓度存在。

在多个热交换器或热交换区E1、E2、E3中将待冷却的富烃气体馏分A冷却,并且在方法中任选地液化和过冷却,或者在高于临界压力的压力下转换而无需相变成高密度流体。在这种情况下,将待液化的馏分冷却(流体B)至如下程度,即在阀V2中膨胀至最大5bar,优选最大1.5bar的压力后,主要形成液体,其中,液体馏分至少为85mol%,优选至少90mol%。
