Abstract

本发明公开了一种节能加湿过滤器,包括:密闭壳体和风机,所述风机设置在密闭壳体内腔上部的一侧,所述风机的进风口延伸至密闭壳体的外侧,所述密闭壳体下部设置有一个滑动抽屉,所述密闭壳体内设置有一个位于滑动抽屉上方的滚轴,所述滚轴上环形阵列设置有数片导流风叶板,所述导流风叶板的外部覆盖设置有过滤网,所述风机的出风端设置有一个位于滚轴左上方的导流罩。通过上述方式,本发明所述的节能加湿过滤器,体积紧凑,采用一个风机进行空气的导入和导流风叶板的驱动,减少了制造成本和电力的消耗,节能性好,导流风叶板浸入纯净水中,可以洗涤空气中和过滤网上的颗粒物,净化空气的工作效率高,实用性好。

一种节能加湿过滤器
技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化装置领域,特别是涉及一种节能加湿过滤器。
背景技术
秋冬季节,天气干燥,室内开暖气或者空调的时候更是降低了室内的空气湿度。因此,为了提升室内的空气湿度,减少人体的不适,需要增加空气湿度,各种加湿器的使用越来越广泛。
普通的加湿器并没有空气过滤的效果,而越发严重的空气污染也是不容乐观,因此部分家庭还增加了空气净化装置,对室内的空气进行净化,两台设备占用的空间大,增加了购置和维护的费用,耗电量增加,不利于节能减排。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种节能加湿过滤器,同时进行空气净化和加湿,减少能耗和成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种节能加湿过滤器,包括:密闭壳体和风机,所述风机设置在密闭壳体内腔上部的一侧,所述风机的进风口延伸至密闭壳体的外侧,所述密闭壳体下部设置有一个滑动抽屉,所述密闭壳体内设置有一个位于滑动抽屉上方的滚轴,所述滚轴上环形阵列设置有数片导流风叶板,所述导流风叶板的外部覆盖设置有过滤网,所述风机的出风端设置有一个位于滚轴左上方的导流罩,所述滚轴的右上方设置有一个延伸至密闭壳体顶端的出风筒。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述数片导流风叶板上分别设置有贯穿两侧面的通气孔。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述导流罩斜指向下方的导流风叶板而使得风机工作时滚轴进行逆时针旋转。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述过滤网为涤纶纤维无纺布。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述导流风叶板分别为轻质塑胶板。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述滑动抽屉内设置有纯净水。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述数片导流风叶板旋转到底部时其下部浸入到滑动抽屉内的纯净水中。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述密闭壳体的下部设置有一个与滑动抽屉对应的开口,所述开口底部设置有导轨。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述滑动抽屉的底部设置有与导轨对应的滑槽。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述滑动抽屉内设置有一个超声波高频震荡器,所述超声波高频震荡器位于出风筒的下方。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明指出的一种节能加湿过滤器,体积紧凑,采用一个风机进行空气的导入和导流风叶板的驱动,减少了制造成本和电力的消耗,节能性好,外部空气导入后灌入通气孔并推动导流风叶板旋转,导流风叶板浸入纯净水中,可以洗涤空气中和过滤网上的颗粒物,净化空气,最后加湿和净化的空气从出风筒流出,对室内进行空气加湿,工作效率高,实用性好。

请参阅图1,本发明实施例包括:
一种节能加湿过滤器,包括:密闭壳体1和风机3,所述风机3设置在密闭壳体1内腔上部的一侧,所述风机3的进风口延伸至密闭壳体1的外侧,把外部的空气导入密闭壳体1内部进行净化和加湿。
所述密闭壳体1下部设置有一个滑动抽屉2,所述滑动抽屉2内设置有纯净水,纯净水用于净化和加湿空气。
所述密闭壳体1内设置有一个位于滑动抽屉2上方的滚轴5,所述滚轴5上环形阵列设置有数片导流风叶板4,所述风机3的出风端设置有一个位于滚轴5左上方的导流罩31,所述导流罩31斜指向下方的导流风叶板4而使得风机3工作时滚轴5进行逆时针旋转。所述导流风叶板4的外部覆盖设置有过滤网8,空气吹在过滤网8上,使得空气中的灰尘颗粒物滞留在过滤网8上,并推动导流风叶板4旋转,所述数片导流风叶板4旋转到底部时其下部浸入到滑动抽屉2内的纯净水中,灰尘颗粒物被纯净水洗涤下来,同时,纯净水对过滤网8进行润湿,所述滚轴58的右上方设置有一个延伸至密闭壳体1顶端的出风筒6,最后干净、湿润的空气才出风筒6流到密闭壳体1外部。
所述数片导流风叶板4上分别设置有贯穿两侧面的通气孔41,通气孔41在浸入纯净水时可以容纳部分纯净水,然后随导流风叶板4逆时针翻转而被气流吹散,增加了空气湿度。
所述过滤网8为涤纶纤维无纺布,涤纶纤维无纺布的重量轻,耐湿防腐性好,使用寿命长,所述导流风叶板4分别为轻质塑胶板,重量轻,便于旋转,节能性好。
所述密闭壳体1的下部设置有一个与滑动抽屉2对应的开口,所述开口底部设置有导轨11,所述滑动抽屉2的底部设置有与导轨11对应的滑槽,便于滑动抽屉2的打开和关闭,更换纯净水,提高空气净化效果。
所述滑动抽屉2内设置有一个超声波高频震荡器7,所述超声波高频震荡器7位于出风筒6的下方。在空气异常干燥的时候,可以开启超声波高频震荡器7,可以提高纯净水的雾化效果,提升空气加湿效率。
综上所述,本发明指出的一种节能加湿过滤器,同时融合了空气净化和空气加湿的功能,体积紧凑,占地面积小,只采用了一个风机3,能耗小,静音性好,工作效率高,适用范围广泛。

Claims (9)

1.一种节能加湿过滤器,包括:密闭壳体和风机,所述风机设置在密闭壳体内腔上部的一侧,所述风机的进风口延伸至密闭壳体的外侧,其特征在于,所述密闭壳体下部设置有一个滑动抽屉,所述密闭壳体内设置有一个位于滑动抽屉上方的滚轴,所述滚轴上环形阵列设置有数片导流风叶板,所述导流风叶板的外部覆盖设置有过滤网,所述风机的出风端设置有一个位于滚轴左上方的导流罩,所述滚轴的右上方设置有一个延伸至密闭壳体顶端的出风筒,所述导流罩斜指向下方的导流风叶板而使得风机工作时滚轴进行逆时针旋转。
2.根据权利要求1所述的节能加湿过滤器,其特征在于,所述数片导流风叶板上分别设置有贯穿两侧面的通气孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的节能加湿过滤器,其特征在于,所述过滤网为涤纶纤维无纺布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的节能加湿过滤器,其特征在于,所述导流风叶板分别为轻质塑胶板。
5.根据权利要求1所述的节能加湿过滤器,其特征在于,所述滑动抽屉内设置有纯净水。
6.根据权利要求5所述的节能加湿过滤器,其特征在于,所述数片导流风叶板旋转到底部时其下部浸入到滑动抽屉内的纯净水中。
7.根据权利要求1所述的节能加湿过滤器,其特征在于,所述密闭壳体的下部设置有一个与滑动抽屉对应的开口,所述开口底部设置有导轨。
8.根据权利要求7所述的节能加湿过滤器,其特征在于,所述滑动抽屉的底部设置有与导轨对应的滑槽。
9.根据权利要求1所述的节能加湿过滤器,其特征在于,所述滑动抽屉内设置有一个超声波高频震荡器,所述超声波高频震荡器位于出风筒的下方。
