一种快速解锁自锁销，包括，销体以及销体下端的销体头，其特征在于：在所述的销体上套装有销套，在销套的上部一侧焊接有销柄；在所述的销体上设有锁片及按压柄。本发明便于维护，非常方便和实用，制作成大型卡销时可用于油田大型的抽油机械设备上；制作成小型销子时又可用于自动止回销。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种卡销或销子，特别涉及一种快速解锁或自锁式的卡销。
背景技术
公知的技术是销子，也叫销钉，通常由圆柱形的木材、金属或其他材料做的零件，尤指用以将几个单独的物件固定在一起或作为一个物件悬在另一物件上的支撑物。如：“T”型销，是和钉子一样，在一个铁柱的基础上用机械削成一个帽状，再在帽状的另一端打个眼插入铁丝物，用于防止“T”型销脱落。
发明内容
针对上述问题存在的不足，本发明的目的在于，提供一种快速解锁自锁销。
一种快速解锁自锁销，包括，销体以及销体下端的销体头，其特征在于：在所述的销体上套装有销套，在销套的上部一侧焊接有销柄；在所述的销体上设有锁片及按压柄，所述的锁片安装在销体的锁片缝隙内，其锁片缝隙开口到销体头的上端，锁片下端的锁片头嵌入销套下部的销体头的缝隙内，并在其缝隙内自由进出。
所述的销套套装在销体头的上部，销体头与销套套装后其外表面平齐。
所述的锁片呈“L”形，在锁片的上部设有与销套或销体头直径相同的圆柱体，其圆柱体为锁片柱，所述的锁片柱与锁片为一体式焊接结构。
在销体、销套和锁片上部都设有穿过螺栓B的孔，在锁片柱上设有螺栓A插入的孔。
所述的按压柄上没置有安装螺栓A、螺栓B以及安装弹簧栓的孔；销体、锁片和销套安装后，再套入按压柄，经螺栓B锁紧固定；其按压柄经螺栓A与锁片柱锁紧固定，弹簧置于按压柄内部，其弹簧用弹簧栓固定。
所述锁片柱的直径小于销套或销体头。
所述的弹簧采用“V”字形弹簧。
本发明便于维护，非常方便和实用，制作成大型卡销时可用于油田大型的抽油机械设备上；制作成小型销子时又可用于自动止回销。

具体实施方式
如图1、图4、图5所示，一种快速解锁自锁销，销体1的下端是销体头12，为了更方便的将销体1插入在所需销孔内，销体头12的底部呈锥形或圆弧形。在所述的销体1上套装有销套2，从而使销套2套装在销体头12上部，销体头12与销套2套装后其外表面平齐。在销套2的上部一侧焊接有销柄3。在所述的销体1上设有安装锁片4的锁片缝隙11。
如图1、图4、图2、图3所示，所述的锁片缝隙11开口到销体头12的上端，锁片4下端的锁片头嵌入销套2下部的销体头12的缝隙内，并在其缝隙内自由进出。所述的锁片4呈“L”型，在锁片4的上部设有与销套2或销体头12直径相同的圆柱体，其圆柱体为锁片柱5。所述的锁片柱5与锁片4为一体式焊接结构。
如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5所示，在销体1、销套2和锁片4上部都设有穿过螺栓B10的孔。在锁片柱5上设有与螺栓A6插入的孔。
如图6所示，把按压柄7安装在所述锁片柱5和销套2上。在所述的按压柄7上没置有安装螺栓A6、螺栓B10的孔和安装弹簧栓9的孔。销体1、锁片4和销套2安装后，再套入按压柄7，经螺栓B10锁紧固定；其按压柄7经螺栓A6与锁片柱5锁紧固定，弹簧8置于按压柄7内部，其弹簧8用弹簧栓9固定。
如图1所示，所述的锁片柱5的直径可以小于销套2或销体头12，用以安装按压柄7，使按压柄7的宽度和销套2或销体头12的宽度一致。
所述的弹簧8呈“V”字形，也可试用各种弹簧，只要是能把销柄3和按压柄7分离即可。
所述的按压柄7试用于各种形状的按压手柄，只要是能安装螺栓A6和螺栓B10能起到按压作用即可。

1.一种快速解锁自锁销，包括，销体以及销体下端的销体头，其特征在于：在所述的销体上套装有销套，在销套的上部一侧焊接有销柄；在所述的销体上设有锁片及按压柄，所述的锁片安装在销体的锁片缝隙内，其锁片缝隙开口到销体头的上端，锁片下端的锁片头嵌入销套下部的销体头的缝隙内，并在其缝隙内自由进出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种快速解锁自锁销，其特征在于：所述的销套套装在销体头的上部，销体头与销套套装后其外表面平齐。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种快速解锁自锁销，其特征在于：所述的锁片呈“L”形，在锁片的上部设有与销套或销体头直径相同的圆柱体，其圆柱体为锁片柱，所述的锁片柱与锁片为一体式焊接结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种快速解锁自锁销，其特征在于：在销体、销套和锁片上部都设有穿过螺栓B的孔，在锁片柱上设有螺栓A插入的孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种快速解锁自锁销，其特征在于，所述的按压柄上设置有安装螺栓A、螺栓B以及安装弹簧栓的孔；销体、锁片和销套安装后，再套入按压柄，经螺栓B锁紧固定；其按压柄经螺栓A与锁片柱锁紧固定，弹簧置于按压柄内部，其弹簧用弹簧栓固定。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的一种快速解锁自锁销，其特征在于，所述锁片柱的直径小于销套或销体头。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种快速解锁自锁销，其特征在于，所述的弹簧采用“V”字形弹簧。
