技术领域
本发明涉及一种导电油墨。
背景技术
导电油墨,用导电材料(金、银、铜和碳)分散在连结料中制成的糊状油墨,俗称糊剂油墨。具有一定程度导电性质,可作为印刷导电点或导电线路之用。导电性油墨是指印刷于导电承印物上,使之具有传导电流和排除积累静电荷能力的油墨,一般是印在塑料、玻璃、陶瓷或纸板等非导电承印物上。但随着电子产品与设备向多功能、高可靠性等方向发展,对于导电油墨的要求越来越高,现有的导电油墨并不能够满足使用需求,有待于进一步的改进。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种导电油墨,导电效果好,用量少,同时具有良好的光泽度,实用性强。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是,一种导电油墨,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
丙烯酸树脂M1096-14份,硬脂酸铝1-5份,一乙醇胺2-5份,醋酸正丙酯7-9份,柠檬铬黄3-5份,乙醇6-9份,染料7-9份,季戊四醇松香酯12-17份,60目Ag粉2.5-7份,聚乙烯醋酸乙烯6-8份,聚乙烯蜡粉7-11份,改性氯化聚丙烯8.5-12份,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯3.6-8.7份,氨基乙醇1.5-6份,消光剂0.3-0.8份。
进一步地,一种导电油墨,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
丙烯酸树脂M10910份,硬脂酸铝3份,一乙醇胺3.5份,醋酸正丙酯8份,柠檬铬黄4份,乙醇7.5份,染料8份,季戊四醇松香酯15份,60目Ag粉4.2份,聚乙烯醋酸乙烯7份,聚乙烯蜡粉9份,改性氯化聚丙烯10.3份,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯5.4份,氨基乙醇3.6份,消光剂0.5份。

一种导电油墨,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
丙烯酸树脂M10914份,硬脂酸铝5份,一乙醇胺5份,醋酸正丙酯9份,柠檬铬黄5份,乙醇9份,染料9份,季戊四醇松香酯17份,60目Ag粉7份,聚乙烯醋酸乙烯8份,聚乙烯蜡粉11份,改性氯化聚丙烯12份,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯8.7份,氨基乙醇6份,消光剂0.8份。

一种导电油墨,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
丙烯酸树脂M10910份,硬脂酸铝3份,一乙醇胺3.5份,醋酸正丙酯8份,柠檬铬黄4份,乙醇7.5份,染料8份,季戊四醇松香酯15份,60目Ag粉4.2份,聚乙烯醋酸乙烯7份,聚乙烯蜡粉9份,改性氯化聚丙烯10.3份,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯5.4份,氨基乙醇3.6份,消光剂0.5份。
