本发明公开了一种纯水机余氯检测控制装置,其特征在于:该装置包括检测单元和电子控制单元,检测单元包括流通池和余氯传感器,流通池与纯水机组的产品水出水口连接,余氯传感器的检测探头设在流通池内;电子控制单元设在纯水机组的控制箱内,与纯水机组的控制电路连接,余氯传感器与电子控制单元通过信号线连接。将本发明设置在纯水机组的产品水出水口,检测产品水中的余氯是否超标,并根据余氯检测结果控制纯水机组做出反应,能保证产品水的质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及医用纯水设备领域,具体地说,涉及一种纯水机余氯检测控制装置。
背景技术
目前,医用血液透析纯水机组采用的是二级反渗透原理,主要包括两级反渗透装置、清洗系统和中间水箱。反渗透是当今世界最先进和最节能有效的膜分离技术,广泛应用于淡化除盐等水处理领域,其原理是:由于反渗透膜的膜孔径非常小,在高于溶液渗透压力的作用下,只允许水通过不允许溶质透过反渗透膜,从而,将这些物质和水分离开来,有效地去除水中的溶解盐类、胶体、微生物、有机物等。
二级反渗透的工艺流程如下:原水加压泵-多介质过滤器-活性炭过滤器-软水器-保安过滤器-第一级反渗透机-第二级反渗透机-储水罐-纯水输送泵-用水点。上述的工艺流程中缺少一个关键的环节,即在第二级反渗透机和储水罐之间缺少余氯在线检测环节,这样就容易导致产品水中余氯超标,不合格。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服上述缺陷,提供一种可检测纯水机组产品水中余氯是否超标,保证产品水质量的纯水机余氯检测控制装置。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种纯水机余氯检测控制装置,其特征在于:该装置包括检测单元和电子控制单元,检测单元包括流通池和余氯传感器,流通池与纯水机组的产品水出水口连接,余氯传感器的检测探头设在流通池内;电子控制单元设在纯水机组的控制箱内,与纯水机组的控制电路连接;余氯传感器与电子控制单元通过信号线连接。
将本发明设置在纯水机组的产品水出水口,检测产品水中的余氯是否超标,并根据余氯检测结果控制纯水机组作出反应,能保证产品水的质量。

具体实施方式
实施例:
一种纯水机余氯检测控制装置,如附图所示,包括检测单元和电子控制单元D,检测单元包括流通池B和余氯传感器C,流通池B与纯水机组A的产品水出水口连接,流通池B可为余氯传感器C提供一个安全、稳定的测试空间。余氯传感器C的检测探头设在流通池B内;电子控制单元D设在纯水机组A的控制箱内,与纯水机组A的控制电路E连接;余氯传感器C与电子控制单元D通过信号线连接。
上述的余氯传感器C含有次氯酸电极,次氯酸电极用于测量水中次氯酸的浓度。测量水中的次氯酸浓度的方法,是建立在次氯酸电极根据次氯酸浓度变化所产生的电流变化。余氯传感器C将这个变化信号处理转化成为电压信号传输到电子控制单元D,再由电子控制单元D根据接收到的信号,向纯水机组A发出指令。若检测到产品水中余氯超标,则电子控制单元D向纯水机组A发出停机指令,纯水机组A自动停机,对活性炭进行清洗,并切换到排污阀进行排污。
由此,将本发明设置在纯水机组的产品水出水口,检测产品水中的余氯是否超标,并根据余氯检测结果控制纯水机组作出反应,能完全保证产品水的质量。

1.一种纯水机余氯检测控制装置,其特征在于:该装置包括检测单元和电子控制单元(D),检测单元包括流通池(B)和余氯传感器(C),流通池(B)与纯水机组(A)的产品水出水口连接,余氯传感器(C)的检测探头设在流通池(B)内;电子控制单元(D)设在纯水机组(A)的控制箱内,与纯水机组(A)的控制电路(E)连接;余氯传感器(C)与电子控制单元(D)通过信号线连接。
