随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对生活品质的要求也越来越高,由于现代社会生活节奏不断加快,人们的睡眠质量越来越差,为追求良好的睡眠质量,人们对寝具用品相当讲究,棉被是寝具中必不可少的日用品,天然棉花纤维不但具有丝、麻的轻盈蓬松,又具备不产生静电,不易滋生细菌,散热、吸湿、亲肤和养肤的功能,越来越受到人们的喜爱,但是目前的被套大多由化学纤维制成,因为化学纤维具有优良的可染性,因此色彩丰富,而天然棉花纤维由于色彩单一,不适宜制造被套,但是化学纤维对人体具备一定的副作用,容易刺激肌肤,与人体肌肤接触的舒适性比较差,严重影响了棉被的使用舒适性。现有技术中的被芯一般都是用棉絮填充,棉絮具有较好的保暖作用,但抗菌效果较为一般,且没有安神作用。

因此,针对以上内容,本发明提供一种抗菌效果好、具有安神作用的抗菌安神棉被。
为达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种抗菌安神棉被,包括被芯及套设在被芯外的被套,所述被芯包括以下重量份的各原料:棉纤维65~70重量份、改性甲壳素纤维21~25重量份、薰衣草5~10重量份、晒干的合欢皮6~12重量份、郁金香提取液5~10重量份、首乌藤10~15重量份、竹炭纤维20~30重量份;
所述改性甲壳素纤维的制备方法为:称取甲壳素20~30g,加入氢氧化钾200~300ml,水浴加热反应15~20min,水浴温度控制在98~100℃,接着调节pH至7.0,采用真空泵抽滤,然后加入甲壳素脱乙酰酶7~8g,在pH为4.2~4.5,温度为45~50℃的条件下反应12~14h。
进一步的改进是:所述被芯包括以下重量份的各原料:棉纤维67~70重量份、改性甲壳素纤维23~25重量份、薰衣草7~10重量份、晒干的合欢皮9~12重量份、郁金香提取液7~10重量份、首乌藤13~15重量份、竹炭纤维25~30重量份。
进一步的改进是,所述被套为由以下重量份的纤维混纺织造而成:棉纤维50~60重量份、大豆蛋白纤维10~20重量份、丝光棉纤维10~20重量份、竹炭纤维10~20重量份。

4.根据权利要求3所述的抗菌安神棉被,其特征在于,所述被套由以下重量份的纤维混纺织造而成:棉纤维55重量份、大豆蛋白纤维15重量份、丝光棉纤维10重量份、竹炭纤维20重量份。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的抗菌安神棉被,其特征在于,所述被套还经过抗菌整理液浸渍处理15~18min,所述抗菌整理液由以下重量份的各组分组成:十二烷基葡萄糖苷15~25重量份、1-(2,4-二氯苯基)-2-(1-咪唑基)-O-异丁基乙酮肟5~15重量份、乙氧基喹啉5~15重量份、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐10-25重量份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌安神棉被,其特征在于:所述被芯的制备方法为,将棉纤维65~70重量份、改性甲壳素纤维21~25重量份、薰衣草5~10重量份、晒干的合欢皮6~12重量份、首乌藤10~15重量份、竹炭纤维20~30重量份混合,与郁金香提取液5~10重量份充分混合均匀,按照被芯的常规制备方法进行制备。
